"Allahu akbar!" in Germany - cops arrest Iraqi "refugees" in bomb plot

If the headline bears a remarkable similarity to "'Allahu akbar!' in Canada - cops arrest Syrian 'refugees' in bomb plot" (WWW 25/1/19), that's because the story is virtually the same, except that the locale is City, Germany, and the number of "refugees" arrested is three instead of two.

German federal prosecutors announced yesterday that three Iraqi refugees have been arrested on suspicion of planning an Islamic extremist bomb attack. Die polizei said Shahin F. and Hersh F., both 23, and Rauf S., 36, were taken into custody in an early morning raid by a police SWAT team in the area of Dithmarschen, near the border with Denmark. German laws forbid the release of the last names of the jihadists, for reasons of political correctness.

The two younger men are suspected of preparing a bomb attack and violating weapons laws, and the older one is alleged to have aided them. A spokesthingy for the federal prosecutor's office said the men appear to have been in the early stages of planning. "We believe that Shahin F. and Hersh F. were firmly committed to carrying out an attack," she told reporters, "but...according to our information the concrete target and timing of the attack weren't determined yet." Oddly enough (?) that's exactly what the Mounties said in the Canadian case.

But the Germans went way farther than the ultra-PC Canucks, alleging the two men decided in late 2018 to "carry out an attack motivated by Islamic extremism in Germany." Imagine that! Unlike the mealy-mouthed Canucks, they actually used the words "Islamic" and "terrorists" in the same sentence! According to the spokesthingy, there are indications that they sympathized with ISIS, although there was no evidence so far that they were members of, or directed by Islamic extremists.

In December, the spokesthingy went on, Shahin F. downloaded instructions on how to build a bomb, and ordered a detonator from a contact person in Britain, but never got it as it was its delivery was stopped by Inspector Knacker of the Yard. At the same time, the two younger men carried out tests using about nine ounces of gunpowder extracted from New Year's fireworks, and asked Rauf S. to procure a firearm.

The head of the German federal police said a task force of around 200 investigators had searched properties in three states, while keeping a close eye on the suspects, who had refugee status under Angela Merkel's discredited Willkommenskultur policy. In a remarkable statement of the obvious, he told reporters "The case shows that the threat of Islamic terrorism is still present." Imagine that (again)!

It wasn't immediately clear when the suspects came to Germany. More than a million "refugees" and asylum-seekers entered Germany in 2015-16, most of them young followers of the prophet Mohammed from Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan. The involvement of several asylum-seekers in extremist attacks or plots has helped boost support for the anti-immigrant Alternativ für Deutschland (AfD) party.

Security authorities have thwarted several Islamic terrorist attacks in Germany since the killing of 12 innocent people when a truck mowed down people at Berlin's Christmas market in 2016. Yesterday's news is bound to be repeated. The barbarians are not just at the gates, but inside the gates, and there will be no getting them out now.

Fed-up Germans take to streets in anti-immigrant demos

I've been waiting for months now to see which country's native-born citizens would be the first to take to the streets in revolt against open borders policies that allow the invasion of their country by hordes of mostly Muslim, mostly non-white asylum-seekers and "refugees".

I knew it wouldn't be Canada, because Canucks are so damn passive that the only thing that riles them up is losing (or winning) a hockey championship. And I figured it wouldn't be the Excited States of America. Since the election of President Trump, there's at least a faint hope that the wall might get built, and POTUS has kept his promise to close the borders to at least some of the Islamists, so protests like this months Unite the Right rally have kind of fizzled out.

So that left Europe and the Disunited Kingdom, the latter being (supposedly) on its way out of the EU. It's hard to think of a western European country that isn't struggling to assimilate 1000s of "irregular migrants", who keep washing up (literally) on the shores of the Mediterranean, assisted by do-good weenies and discredited policies like Angela Merkel's "Willkommenskultur".

As President Trump has pointed out, crime rates in such tolerant societies as those of Sweden, Britain, France and Germany have spiked since the migrant tsunami of 2015. Welfare payments and other social costs have gone through the roof. Who would be the first to say "We've had enough!"?
Answer: It's the Germans of Saxony who this week had the courage (I don't know the German word for "cojones") to get up on their hind feet and into the streets of the state's third-largest city, Chemnitz, to protest Willkommenskultur and the Merkel government's pro-refugee, anti-German policies.

"Ausländer raus!" -- "Foreigners out!" -- sums up perfectly the sentiments of the majority of Germans -- feelings with the Fatherland's politicians ignore at their peril. Chemnitz is very close to the border with Czechi (aka the Czech Republic) where they have virtually no problems with Muslim migrants because... well... because they don't let them in! The Germans of Saxony have not been slow to notice the difference between their country and those to the east, but are stuck with daft rulers obsessed with political correctness to the point of proscribing the naming in the media of those accused of crimes, for fear of stoking Islamophobia and/or xenophobia.

Which brings us to the cause of this week's riots in Chemnitz. Late last week there was a fatal stabbing in the city. The victim was German. Die polizei arrested two men, who they would not identify, but the news leaked out that the perps were both Muslims, both "refugees", one Iraq and one Syrian. When outraged citizens took to the street, the government's response was predictable. Martin Dulig, the deputy premier of Saxony, told the called the leak of the arrest warrant (most likely from a police or judicial source) a scandal. "We have a bigger problem to deal with there," he said Martin Dulig, without specifying the nature of the problem.

When Herr Dulig's statement failed to calm the unrest, his boss went into damage control mode. Saxony's premier, Michael Kretschmer (for it was he) vowed to deal firmly with... wait for it... not foreign criminals, but with "extremists" who dared to raise their voices (and arms -- the old Nazi salute is verboten in Germany). "The fact that we have a Syrian and an Iraqi suspect is no reason -- no reason at all -- for a general suspicion of all foreign residents," he said.

Is it any wonder that the right-wing, anti-immigrant Alternative for Germany (AfD) party and the Pegida movement are strong in Saxony, and getting stronger. Both groups, along with a local right-wing group called Pro Chemnitz, united for a rally on Sunday. Just as in the USA, a counter-rally was organized by SJWs and antifa extremists, but, unlike in the USA, the 1000 or so lefties were outnumbered by some 6000 patriotic Germans determined to get their country back.

Chemnitz is braced for fresh protests this weekend, with local authorities (like Herr Kretschmer and Herr Dulig) calling in federal police to help. Walt heard one of them -- not sure which -- interviewed on TV last night. He said that, in Germany, violence is reserved exclusively for the government. Something similar was said some 85 years ago by officials of the Weimar Republic. Stay tuned.

UPDATED: Spain takes "refugees" Italy refused, with predictable results

In mid-June, the new Italian government, elected on an anti-immigrant platform, put its foot down and refusesd to allow a boatload of bogus "refugees" -- economic migrants, really -- to dump its cargo of mostly black, mostly Muslim third-worlders on Italian shores. See "New Italian government turns back boatload of 'refugees'", WWW 11/6/18. "Enough is enough!" said Interior Minister Matteo Salvini. "Saving lives is a duty, but transforming Italy into an enormous refugee camp isn't. We're closing the ports!"

After much hand-wringing and tut-tutting by the EU, the Vatican and the usual gang of SJWs, Spain finally agreed to take the 269 "refugees", but only temporarily of course, since they expected the itinerant welfare-seekers to move on to places which offered more generous benefits. Like Sweden, or Britain, or Angela Merkel's Germany, where Willkommenskultur reigns supreme, in spite of the feelings of the German people.

So Spain took them. And guess what? The word got out! "Hey, fellow asylum-seekers! Set your boats of a northwest course. Spain is the new Canada!" Surprise, surprise for the Spaniards, and not a pleasant one either. This weekend Spain's coastguard union warned that the service was "completely overwhelmed" by a dramatic rise in the number of migrant crossings. The "extraordinary upturn" in arrivals meant "an absolute overflow of work" for maritime rescue centres, the union said, issuing an urgent call for more resources to help it cope with the "massive arrival of immigrants" on the country's shores.

On Friday morning alone, the Spanish coastguard pulled 627 people from 35 rafts in the Strait of Gibraltar yesterday morning, bringing arrivals to more than 2000 this week. Dozens more were also picked up in Murcia, Majorca and Alicante. By an accident of history, Spain still owns two tiny enclaves on the coast of north Africa. On Thursday, more than 600 border-jumpers forced their way through the border fence at one of them -- Ceuta. The unions representing the Spanish Civil guard called the incursions "well-planned" and "of unprecedented violence".

In the Spanish province of Andalusia, authorities are sounding the alarm over the surge in arrivals, noting that reception centres are saturated and migrants being forced to sleep in converted sports halls, on boats and in one case on a police station patio. Spain is now the largest gateway for migrants crossing the Mediterranean to Europe, with 20,992 people having landed so far this year. That's 3000 more, now, than have landed in Italy in the same time period. A week earlier the difference was about 200.

The Spanish government blames the increase on the crackdown on the Mediterranean route from Libya to Italy. The fact that, like Canada's gaga Prime Minister Trudeau, they rolled out the welcome mat for "refugees" who now turn out to be not so welcome, had nothing to do with the crisis.

UPDATED: "Allahu akbar!" in Merkeland... again?

Walt can't be certain on this one, since die Polizei are being characteristically tight-lipped [and ashen-faced? Ed.], but initial reporters out of Lübeck, Germany, suggest that a terror attack in which 12 people were injured may be the work of a fanatcial Islamist. No-one has yet reported hearing cries of "Allahu akbar!" but German media are under instructions not to publish mere details like that, for fear of provoking still more Islamphopbia amongst a people sick, sore and tired or Angela Merkel's Willkommenskultur.

The local paper, Lübecker Nachrichten reports that a suspect attacked passengers with a knife onboard a busy bus, in the Kücknitz district of the northern German city. Inspektor Katzenjammer of the state police said that authorities were still trying to determine the circumstances of the attack. "Nobody was killed," a press release stated. "The perpetrator was overpowered and is now in police custody."

AP quoted Ulla Hingst, a spokesthingy for state prosecutors, as saying that police are investigating a suspicious rucksack. "Nothing can be ruled out, including a terrorist background," she said. The local cops tweeted, "We ask for your understanding that we cannot provide any information about the identity of the suspect at the moment."

No "authorities" -- prosecutors, police, first responders or anyone else -- has dared to whisper words like "asylum-seeker", "refugee", "North African", "Muslim", or "Islamic terrorist". Walt is surely not the only person, though, who remembers that, in December 2016, 12 people were killed in Berlin when a Tunisian with links to Islamist militants ploughed into a crowded Christmas marketplace. Walt predicts that a similar connection will be revealed in this case... but later... and very quietly. Lifetime pct .990.

UPDATE ADDED 21/7/18: Die Polizei today issued a statement (on Twitter!) as follows: "The identity of the perpetrator has been clarified: a 34-year-old German citizen resident in Lübeck. There are currently no indications the man was political radicalized and no signs of a terrorist background." They later clarified that the suspect was a German citizen who was born in, errr, Iran. So that's all right then.

"Allahu akbar!" (?) in Germany: 3 dead as van crashes into crowd

It was a fine spring morning in the German city of Muenster. Hundreds of people thronged the downtown market square. People were sitting in front of the popular Kiepenkerl bar, enjoying their beer and bratwurst, until a van roared down the street at high speed, crashing into the patio and a crowd of pedestrians. The body count so far: at least three people killed and 20 injured.

Following the crash, the driver of the van shot himself to deadh. Another suspect -- maybe more than one -- may have fled the vehicle after the crash, according to eyewitness accounts. Inspektor Katzenjammer of the local polizei said the driver's identity was unknown. So also his motive. A suspicious object was found inside the van, but police declined to comment on a rumour that it was a black flag with some kind of foreign writing on it.

A spokesthingy for German Chancellor Angela Merkel -- yes, she's still in office -- offered her condolences and said Frau Merkel was terribly terribly sorry that the German people couldn't see the benefits of Willkommenskultur. [Ed., please check that last part.]

The police coverup ["investigation", shurely! Ed.] continues. The koppers put out a brief statement on social media describing the situation as "confusing" and told members of the public, "Please don't speculate." (They didn't say what we shouldn't speculate about! Three guesses....) ”Walt will bring you further details just as soon as the first denunciation of Islamoophobia is released.

German pro-migrant politicos cringe as Afghan asylum-seeker charged with brutal rape-murder

This is Maria Ladenburger -- the late Maria Ladenburger, the daughter of Dr Clemens Ladenburger, a German lawyers who works as an assistant to the legal director of the European Commission. Fräulein Ladenburger, who lived in Freiburg, Germany, was the victim of a brutal rape and murder. She was 19 years old.

A spokesthingy for the local police told a press conference last month that the pretty medical student had been at a party in October. She left around 0237 to cycle home, when she became "the victim of a sexual offence and a violent crime." She was raped and then drowned in the River Dreisam, where her body was found on 16 October 2017. Her black scarf was discovered on the riverbank, and a single strand of dark hair that had been partially dyed blonde was found in a blackberry bush.

DNA from the hair and the scarf were run through the police criminal database, but no matches were found. Detectives then turned to CCTV footage in the town and the surrounding area where the young woman was found. Video footage taken on a local streetcar showed a young man who had what police said was "a very conspicuous hairstyle, an undercut hairstyle", with a portion of his long hair dyed blonde. They arrested a teenage asylum-seeker whose DNA matched that found at the crime scene.

Fräulein Ladenburger volunteered at a home for "refugees" in her spare time, but it is unclear whether she ever met her murderer before he took her life. The German public prosecutor handling the case said the suspect, who had been taken in by a local family who believed in Angela Merkel's "Willkommenskultur", confessed to the murder.

Police are now trying to establish if he may be responsible for the death of another girl in the area. Carolin G., 27, was raped and murdered at the beginning of November while jogging in Endinge, just 18 miles away from Freiburg. Connecting the unnamed yoof with that crime will be difficult, as detectives found no DNA evidence at that crime scene.

Interest in this story has been revived this month as Chancellor (pro tem) Merkel struggles to put together a coalition government, after the rising tide of anger at her open-door refugee policy resulted in huge gains in last September's election for the anti-immigrant Alternativ für Deutschland (AfD) party and a drastically reduced minority for Frau Merkel's Christian Democratic Union.

Other parties, including the CDU's erstwhile ally, the CSU, are demanding drastic changes to Germany's immigration policy. One of the major issues which they seem unable to resolve is the suspension of the policy of reunifying refugee families. The person who killed Fraülein Landenburger was one of 1000s of young Muslim men from the shithole countries of the Middle East and North Africa who came to Germany as unaccompanied minors. Crime among such young men has spiked as the tidal wave of "refugees" washed over Europe.

Now leading criminologists commissioned by Frau Merkel's government have produced a study arguing that family reunification would be an effective method to counteract crime among young migrants. The solution, then, is to bring in their parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins -- millions more unassimilable Muslims to be welcomed into das Vaterland. Reaction to the plan, even within Frau Merkel's own CDU, has been distinctly cool.

AfD parliamentarian's account blocked for anti-Muslim Tweet

Canada has its M-103 (full title: Motion 103), passed in March 2017 by the ruling Liberal Party in collusion with the pinkish NDP over the objections of the Conservative opposition. The brainchild of a Muslim MP representing a minority majority riding in the so-called Greater Toronto Area, it is (in theory) only a non-binding motion of the Canadian Parliament calling on the federal government to condemn Islamophobia in Canada. It also calls for the collection of data on "hate crimes" and a study on how racism and religious discrimination can be reduced. and collect data on hate crimes.

Although M-103 is only a motion, and doesn't carry the force of law, Canadian governments at all levels and the (((controlled media))) treat it as law requiring censorship of any negative reference to Islam or Muslims, particularly in connection with terrorist attacks or other crimes. This leads to such absurdities as the refusal of Canuck police to identify a man who, last month, walked into a bank in the Toronto suburb of Vaughan, with explosives strapped to his torso, demanding drugs and a telephone call to President Trump. See "Canuck cops cover up terror attack outside Toronto", WWW 15/15/17. The uncle of the now-deceased attacker said the man was an immigrant from Iran, and yes, a follower of the Prophet.

Citizens of more sensible nations [like the Excited States of America? Ed.] may laugh at the self-loathing of Canadians (see Further Reading, below), but the let's-be-nice-to-Muslims-and-maybe-they-won't-kill-us policies of other countries are even worse. Take, for example, Angela Merkel's Germany.

Walt trusts that his readers have not forgotten how, last New Year's and the New Year's before that, gangs of Arab and African yoofs -- Muslim asylum-seekers, "refugees" and other migrants -- rampaged through the streets of Köln (Cologne) and other German cities molesting, robbing and raping Aryan women. This year, die Polizei decided to forestall the expected repetition of the Islamists' demonstrations of appreciation for their hosts' Willkommenskultur by issuing New Year's greetings in Arabic. "Peace on earth" and all that. This expression of brotherly love was met with responses of "Piss on you!" and others too vile to post in Walt's family-oriented blog.

Among those who thought this gesture of of accommodation was unnecessary and ridiculous was Beatrix von Storch, a prominent lawmaker with the nationalist Alternativ für Deutschland (Alternative for Germany) party, who Tweeted, "Do they think they will calm the barbaric, Muslim, group-raping hordes of men this way?"

No good deed goes unpunished, and no politicall incorrect Tweet goes uncensored in the Fatherland. Frau Storch's innocent question resulted in her Twitter account being blocked for several hours yesterday over a suspected breach of rules on hate speech -- Germany's much tougher version of Canada's M-103.

Inspektor Katzenjammer said this morning that his storm troopers ["officers", shurely! Ed.] were filing a criminal complaint to prosecutors over "suspected incitement". He did not say against whom the complaint would be filed. Walt suspects it will be against those who expressed outrage at the barbaric behaviour of the poor mistreated Muslims, not at the Muslims who provoked the outrage. Such is the strange death of European civilization.

Walt predicts earthquake in Germany

Germans are trooping to the polls, even as I write, to cast their ballots for or against the destruction of their country. As a result of Chancellor Angela Merkel's policy of "Willkommenskultur", which has seen the Fatherland "welcome" nearly two million non-white Muslim "refugees" and asylum-seekers, Germany is being transformed from a white Christian society to a colony of Turkey and the IS "caliphate".

"Merkel muss weg!" -- "Merkel must go!" -- read the signs and banners carried by tens of thousands of German citizens, fed up with the constant pandering to the "rapefugees" and the deluded one-worlders who goal is to impose Muslim culture and Sharia law not just on Germany but on all of Europe. But what are the chances that Frau Merkel and her liberal allies can be turfed out of office after three terms? Not so good.

The latest polls show Frau Merkel's Christian democrats with a substantial lead over the pinkish Social Democrats of challenger Martin Schulz. You can't call Herr Schulz the leader of the opposition, because for the last four years his party and that of Frau Merkel have governed the country in a so-called "grand coalition". Most forecasts suggest that coalition will win another majority today.

The only real opposition to the governing parties' suicidal Islamophiliac policies comes from the pro-German Alternativ für Deutschland, whose policies are populist, anti-migrant and anti-EU. Several German pollsters have forecast that the AfD, which appears assured of gaining seats in the national parliament for the first time, may come in as third-strongest party.

After Marine Le Pen and her Front National, and Geert Vilders' Partij voor de Vrijheid (Party for Freedom) did not do as well as expected in recent elections in France and the Netherlands, the liberals and one-worlders tried to tell us that "far right" populism was dead. It is not. Walt predicts that the AfD will indeed finish a strong third in today's elections, and, once they take their rightful place in Germany's Bundestag (federal parliament) will cause an earthquake whose tremors will be felt right across Europe. The word our "leaders" just won't say

"We have to stop being politically correct and get down to the business of protecting our people!"

Who do you think said that, following yesterday's "incident" of Islamic terrorism in London? (Body count as of this morning: 48 wounded, 7 dead plus 3 Muslim "martyrs" shot by British cops.) Give up? OK, I'll tell you. It was Donald J. Trump, President of the United States of America. It was not:
- Theresa May, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, a very proper English lady who is trying on her Maggie Thatcher impression -- "Enough is enough!", is what she said -- and failing.
- Angela Merkel, the frumpy hausfrau whose discredited Willkommenskultur policy opened Germany's borders to well over a million Muslim "refugees" and asylum-seekers, who are now sucking on the welfare tit while biting the hand that fees them.
- Emmanuel Macron, the newly-elected President of France, a "man" who never held political office and, because he couldn't marry his mother, instead married his school teacher, a lady (thank goodness!) 25 years his senior.
- Justin Trudeau, the King of the Selfies who poses as Prime Minister of Canada, who never met a Muslim he didn't invite to come to Canada and vote for him. M Trudeau and the state-owned CBC thump the multicult drum incessantly, preaching that Canada's diversity is its strength.

Now that President Trump has (according to the lamestream media) abdicated his position as leader of the Western world, Mrs May, Frau Merkel, and Messrs Macron and Trudeau are the only "leaders" we have left. Lord have mercy on us! Now that we so badly need a real man, where is the Churchill, where is the De Gaulle, who will order his government to take all means necessary -- including not just "containment", but deportation, imprisonment and execution -- to rid us of the scourge of Islamic terrorism.

For that's what this weekend's attacks in London (and Kabul) were. Islamic terrorism. "Allahu akbar!" is heard in the streets of a Western capital once again. Although there was no immediate claim of responsibility for the latest attack, ISIS had sent out a call on instant messaging service Telegram early on Saturday, urging its followers to launch attacks with trucks, knives and guns against "Crusaders" during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.

The one thing that the four "leaders" named above have in common is that not one of them used the words "Islam", "Islamic" or "Islamist" -- let alone "ISIS" -- in their public shedding of crocodile tears in response to the attacks. Like "cunt" and "piss", "Islam" is a word that the ladies who lead us have decided they just won't say. So the PC police have made it clear that "Islam" is now the I-word, the new N-word, not to be uttered, especially in the same breath as "terrorism" or "terrorists", in any form or any medium. Period.

Apology to Theresa May: In the video embedded in the Bloomberg article, Mrs May did say "Islamist extremism" once, in the two-minute clip. However, she also said these attacks are not representative of Islam, which we all know is the religion of peace. (OK, she didn't say that last part. I did.)

1000s of Taliban fighters allowed into Germany as "refugees"

Thanks to Angela Merkel's wrong-headed and discredited policy of Willkommenskultur (= Be nice to the poor oppressed Muslims), 1000s of former (?) Taliban fighters may have entered Germany over the past two years among an influx of more than a million "refugees", asylum-seekers and other "migrants". So reports Der Spiegel today, in "Tausende afghanische Flüchtlinge bezichtigen sich selbst als Taliban".

This is not supposition or an educated guess. No less an authority than the German Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (Bamf) has admitted to security officials that 1000s of migrants had identified themselves as former Taliban insurgents during the asylum application process. The Bamf added that at least 70 Afghan men were being investigated by Germany's chief federal prosecutor, though it was not clear whether all of them were suspected of being active Taliban militants. Six are being held in investigatory detention and preliminary court hearings involving several others are due to start next week, the magazine added.

Chancellor Merkel's government is under fire -- excuse the expression! -- for allowing in so many migrants, especially after several militant attacks which have been linked to people yelling "Allahu akbar!". In response, the government has stepped up the deportation of rejected Afghan asylum seekers. Frau Merkel said that "only" about 55% of Afghans were granted refugee status in Germany, while 45% were turned down. So everything's all right then. Nothing to worry about. Alles is gut!

FOOTNOTE: Not all the Taliban are in Germany. 10 or so of them, disguised in Afghan army uniforms stormed a military compound in the Balkh province of Afghanistan, killing about 10 dozen (120) real Afghan soldiers. The attackers, in two separate military vehicles which they had somehow obtained, told guards at the gates that they were carrying wounded soldiers and therefore immediately needed to enter the site, according to Reuters. "Allahu akbar!" again; German soccer team targeted

Muslims aren't very good at football (= soccer, for North Americans who prefer real football). Their Islamically correct clothes impede mobility, and make it difficult for them to move easily as well. And, because of Angela Merkel's discredited Willkommenskultur policy, Germany is full of anti-Western, anti-soccer, jihadis. So when three (count 'em, 3) bombs exploded beside the bus carrying the Borussia Dortmund soccer team, Walt immediately thought "Ach du lieber! Muslime!" Today comes the confirmation. (Lifetime pct .991.)

German police say the soccer team were on their way to their Champions League quarter-final match against Monaco when three explosive charges, hidden in a hedge, detonated. Not much damage was done. Some of the bus's windows were broken and a couple of tires burst. One player underwent an operation after breaking a bone in his wrist. No other players were hurt, but a police officer on a motorbike escorting the bus was also wounded.

Today, the head of Dortmund police said the attack was targeted. His minions -- zey haf vays of making people talk! -- are investigating a possible Islamic extremist link to the bombing, according to German media. A letter found near the scene cites the Berlin Christmas market attack and denounces German military operations in Syria. Süddeutsche Zeitung said the letter found nearby began with the phrase "In the name of Allah", and mentioned Germany's use of Tornado jets in the coalition forces fighting ISIS. German federal prosecutors, who now have plenty of experience with terror investigations, are taking over the probe.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel called the bombing a "revolting act". Her spokesthingy said, "The Chancellor was, like the people of Dortmund and millions of people everywhere, appalled by the attack on the BVB team bus." He carefully avoided the use of the words "Islamic" or "Muslim" or "terrorist". Another coat of whitewash is expected soon.

On Thursday, in "UK 'terror incident' - Guess the missing word!", Walt called attention to a motion -- M-103 -- by Iqra Khalid, a Muslim activist and Liberal member of Canada's parliament, calling for an "all-government" effort to combat "Islamophobia". "All government" = total government, as in... wait for it... totalitarianism. No more criticism of Islam. No questions about welcoming Islamic extremists into the Great No-longer-white North. No more freedom of speech.

M-103 passed easily, as expected, with all the Gliberals and the socialist NDP members voting for it, and only the Conservatives opposed. Stay tuned for news of further measures to censor the Canuck meeja (although they already do a pretty good job of censoring themselves) and silence the voices of the Canadian people.

Agent 6 has sent us an e-mail raising the very good question of what and who is behind Canuck Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's version of Angela Merkel's discredited and despised "Willkommenkultur". UPDATED: "Allahu akbar!" again? Attack on German train passengers

Every now and then, followers of the Prophet show that Islam is truly the religion of peace by praying in the streets and, every now and then, attacking non-Muslims. Particularly in Germany, where there is a surfeit of Muslim "migrants" (read: invaders) thanks to the Willkommenskultur imposed on the German people by Chancellor Angela Merkel.

This morning the mojo wire brings us a news report from Düsseldorf, where the central railway station was placed on lockdown Thursday night after a man went on a violent rampage with an axe, injuring seven to nine (accounts vary) innocent people, including two of the hundreds of cops who swarmed the scene. Police said none of the victims are in life-threatening condition but one person is seriously injured.

A witness, Bruno Macedo, tweeted: "Man with axe chased by police in Dusseldorf. Station closed. I am in the train things look bad #police #terror." Another tweet: "Stay away from #Dusseldorf train station crazy man with axe on the loose." An eyewitness told Bild, "We were standing on the track, waiting for the train. The train came, and suddenly someone jumped out with an axe, hit the people. There was blood everywhere. I have experienced a lot, but I have never experienced something like this."

The suspect jumped from a walkway in an effort to escape police but was later found hiding under a railway bridge and captured by armed police. He was identified as "Fatmir H". His surname was not given, possibly to protect his privacy, or to avoid the inference that he is, errr, a Muslim. Herr Inspektor Knäcker would say only that Herr H is from Kosovo (part of the former Yugoslavia) and now lives in the nearby city of Wuppertal.

A police spokesthingy went on to say, "The suspect appears to have had psychological problems.... We are not using the words 'rampage' or 'terror'." Of course they wouldn't use those words. Too close to election time, when German voters will have a chance to show what they think of Frau Merkel's open-door immigration policies.

This is a story in progress. As yet, the German and international lamestream media have not published any reports of the axeman shouting "Allahu akbar!", nor has any Islamic terror group, such as ISIS/ISIL, claimed Herr H as one of their jihadis. But Walt has a ten-spot here that says Herr H will be identified (very quietly) as a Muslim fanatic after the usual thorough German investigation. They haf vays of making him talk! Stay tuned...

Happy New Year (II) ! 100s of "Africans" detained in Cologne

In my first post of this beautiful New Year's Day, 2017, I said I was waiting for reports of "refugee" rape rampages in Cologne (aka Köln), Germany, and other European cities, along the lines of the attacks on white women which occurred a year ago.

I didn't have to wait long. According to Associated Press, Die Polizei von Koln have detained hundreds of men "seemingly of African descent" as part of operations to prevent a repeat of the attacks seen in that city a year ago. Whether "African" means sub-Saharan African -- the real black ones -- or North African -- the Muslim Arabs -- was not made clear, but I know which way I'm betting. (See UPDATE below.)

Cologne police say the men were detained at two main train stations so that officers could question them and check their identities, to determine if they're "refugees" or asylum-seekers or failed asylum-seekers or just plain old illegal immigrants. Some revelers complained on Twitter that police appeared to be detaining people based on their appearance alone. Inspektor Katzenjammer was heard to say that they didn't have anything else to go on.

By early New Year's Day, police had received reports of two -- only two -- women being sexually assaulted in Cologne. One man was arrested. His nationality (or lack thereof) has so far not been disclosed.

UPDATE: Cologne police have now admitted that by "African" they mean, errr, NORTH African, by which they mean Arabs, by which they mean Muslims. Hundreds of people were robbed and sexually assaulted during New Year's celebrations in Cologne last year. The crimes were blamed largely on men of North African origin who had taken advantage of chaotic and crowded scenes around the city's cathedral.

Cologne Police Chief Juergen Mathies said he had instructed officers to intervene sooner this year. Of the 650 people detained for identity checks, almost all were from North African countries, he said, adding that "their characteristics were such that potential crimes could indeed be expected." Is it possible that Chief Mathies has not yet read Angela Merkel's diktat about "Willkommenskultur"?

Your militant Muslims today (Islamic terrorism update)

Following up yesterday's posts on attacks in Europe and the Middle East for which fanatical Muslim terrorists are responsible...

In Germany, the toll from the death truck which was deliberately crashed into people thronging the Christmas market near Kaiser Wilhelm church in Berlin has climbed to an even dozen (12), with four dozen (48) reported injured.

Die Polizei arrested a Muslim-looking person caught running away from the scene, who turned out to be... wait for it... a Pakistan asylum-seeker. But now Herr Inspektor Hitler [Ed., please check name.] says they may have got the wrong man. "They all look the same," he told the press.

In a separate statement, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, whose policy of Willkommenskultur has opened Germany's legs [Arms! shurely. Ed.] to over a million "refugees" and asylum-seekers in the last year, said she was "disappointed". Walt says she's not half so disappointed now as she will be after next year's elections.

The gunman who assassinated the Russian ambassador to Turkey turned out to be a native-born Muslim, hardly surprising since the vast majority of Turks are followers of the Prophet. If Turkey is ever admitted to the European Union (which now seems highly unlikely) it would be the first Muslim nation to be included in once-Christian Europe. The whole idea of Turkey being considered a European nation is ludicrous, but I digress...

Turkish police say it was easy for the assassin to get close to the ambassador since he (the killer) was an off-duty policeman. As he pulled the trigger (eight times) he shouted "Allahu akbar!" and other dire imprecations in Arabic, but then switched to Turkish for a rant about Syria and Aleppo. Although his family and roommates are helping police with their investigation, it's unclear whether the killer was acting in support of ISIS or the militias who are revolting against the Syrian government. This one may not be "Islamic terrorism"... merely a "political statement".

The excitement over the Berlin and Ankara attacks was such that a less spectacular incident in Switzerland got buried in the inside pages, so to speak. In Zurich, a gunman wounded three people attending prayers at an Islamic centre, before turning the gun on himself.

Witnesses to the attack reported that the gunman, dressed in dark clothes and a woolen cap, had escaped on foot after the shooting. Swiss police have not identified a motive for the attack on the Islamic centre, which was largely frequented by members of Zurich's community of Somali "refugees". An update on the investigation is expected momentarily.

Finally to the Middle Eastern sandpit of Jordan, where seven members of the country's security forces, two local civilians and a Canadian tourist were killed on Sunday in an attack on a Crusader-era castle in Karak, south of the capital, Amman.

At least four gunmen laid siege to the popular tourist attraction for reasons as yet "unexplained". Four of the attackers were shot dead by police. 15 members of the security forces were injured along with 17 Jordanian civilians and two foreigners, including the son of the Canadian lady who was killed. The attack is said to be one of the bloodiest incidents in Jordan in recent memory. ISIS has claimed responsibility for a series of weekend shootings, in a statement released today by the US-based SITE Intelligence Group, which monitors militant internet traffic.

Islamist truck attack in Berlin leaves 9 dead

The mojo wire is hot, really hot today! BBC and other reports from Germany say that a large truck has ploughed into a Christmas market in the heart of Berlin, killing nine people and injuring many more, perhaps as many as 50. Video footage from the scene shows stalls knocked over and people lying injured on the ground. We have raw footage, which may be difficult to watch! [Got your attention now? Ed.]

NOTE FROM ED. ADDED 11/12/18. The video which was embedded in this post has apparently been deleted by either Global News or the PC police enforcing Canada's notorious M-103 (Say nothing bad about Muslims) policy.

The market is at Breitscheidplatz, close to the Kurfuerstendamm, the main shopping street in the city's west. It is situated at the foot of the Kaiser Wilhelm memorial church, which was kept as a bombed-out ruin after World War Two. The truck drove into the crowd around 8 PM local time, when the market was crowded with people drinking mulled wine and eating sausages. [C'mon! If this happened in Detroit you wouldn't talk about people eating fried chicken and watermelon, would you? Ed.] Speaking to CBC News from Berlin, freelance journalist Nick Spicer said "If you wanted to hurt a large number of people with a truck, this is the kind of place you would go to."

Die Polizei have arrested the truck driver, but have so far declined to provide details of his ethnicity and religion. Nor have they confirmed or denied reports that cries of "Allahu akbar!" were heard. This event evokes memories of a similar attack massacre of Bastille Day crowds in Nice, France, when 86 innocent people were massacred. That atrocity was perpetrated by "soldiers" of the Islamic State.

Walt will not be able to confirm this as a case of Islamic terrorism until the German police deny that there is any link between the attack and Angela Merkel's "Willkommenskultur". Ms Merkel is up for re-election next year. Today's massacre could be a Russian attempt to discredit her and cause her to lose!

Had enough Muslim immigrants yet?

Here's what we know about Ahmad Khan Rahami, the man taken into custody yesterday in connection with homemade bombs planted around New York and New Jersey. Mr Raham is a 28-year-old Muslim. He was born in Afghanistan and came to the USA with his family some years ago, while still a minor. He is now a naturalized citizen.

A family acquaintance by the name of Flee Jones [That's his name. Seriously. Ed.] told Reuters that Mr Rahami went back to Afghanistan for a visit several years ago. After he returned, he grew a beard and became more serious and quietood friend, told Reuters. "He was way more religious," Mr Jones said, adding, "I never knew him as the kind of person who would do anything like this."

Here's what we know about Dahir Adan, the man shot dead by police after stabbing 10 people with a kitchen knife at the Crossroads Center in St. Cloud MN on Saturday night. The late Mr Adan was a 22-year-old Muslim. He was born in Kenya, but was ethnically Somali, and was brought to the USA while still a minor. Although he lived in America for 15 years, whether or not he became a citizen is unclear.

Jama Alimad, a Muslim community leader in St Cloud, described Mr Adan as "the most assimilated kid in the neighbourhood", which says quite a bit about both the man and the neighbourhood. (Minnesota is home to America's largest Somali population with at least 40,000. More than 20 young men have left the state since 2007 to join al-Shabaab in Somalia, and a dozen have left to join militants in Syria.)

It wasn't al-Shabaab but ISIS that claimed Dahir Adan as one of its "soldiers", shortly after his rampage made headlines around the world. During the attack, he made references to Allah -- "Allahu akbar!" -- and asked at least one victim if he was a Muslim. So what does the FBI call this "incident"? "A potential act of terrorism." Seriously. But, St. Cloud's police chief hastens to assure us, no evidence has been found tying the suspect directly to terror groups. So that's all right then.

Walt begs pardon of Barrack Hussein Obama, Hellery Clinton and all the liberal elites for calling both Mr Rahami and Mr Dahir "Islamic terrorists". That's what they were, and all the liberals' dissembling and accusations of race-baiting won't change that fact. It's also a fact that these Muslim extremists were allowed to enter and remain in the USA by the federal government. It doesn't matter whether they came as legal immigrants or refugees or winners in the Green Card Lottery. They came, they stayed, they received the benefits of residence in one of the richest countries in the world, and they bit the hands -- taxpayers' hands -- that fed them.

In about seven weeks, Americans will go to the polls to choose a new President. One candidate -- Mrs Bill Clinton -- has pledged to expand President 0's refugee plan to accept about 65,000 more of them, in addition to the tens of thousands of refugees accepted every year from other Third World countries. This "policy" can only be called the Obama version of Angela Merkel's disastrous Willkommenskultur.

The other candidate promises to make America safe again by beefing up border security and only admitting to the USA people who share or at least accept to be governed by American values. On August 31st, Donald Trump said that, if elected, he would suspend immigration from "places like Syria and Libya" and would order a list of regions and countries be drawn up from which "immigration must be suspended until proven and effective vetting mechanisms can be put into place."

Donald Trump says it is folly to welcome into your country those who are hell-bent on destroying it. Walt couldn't agree more!

Another prelate disagrees with Pope, says Muslims trying to conquer us

Pope Francis keeps talking through his beanie [Ed., what's the proper term for that little white hat?] or some other place, insisting that the attacks of Islamic terrorists being felt on virtually every continent have noting to do with the Muslim jihad -- religious war -- against Christianity and western civilization. The fact is that the Muslims intend to destroy the West.

They can't do it by force of arms in a conventional war, perhaps because they's too busy shooting at each other. So they resort to terrorist attacks on innocent civilians, hoping to make us so paranoid that we will start fighting with each other, like rats in a cage. In that they are having some success, as any traveller or would-be traveller knows. Who'd have thought that we'd see the streets of London patrolled by militarized police -- I'm scared to call them "Boobies" [watch your spelling. Ed.] any more -- clothed in bullet-proof vests and armed with assault rifles. I'd be afraid to ask one of those guys for directions!

If terrorism won't make us cower in our basements -- some folks in Europe, at least, are standing up and fighting back -- the ultimate Muslim weapon is immigration! Even German chancellor Angela Merkel, the proponent of "Willkommenskultur", as been forced to admit that the perps of recent atrocities in Germany were Muslims, with born in Germany but somehow "self-radicalized", or among the 1000s who flooded into the Fatherland disguised as "refugees" and "asylum-seekers". Same as the fanatics who killed dozens in France and Belgium.

And yet, and yet... leaders like Geert Wilders, Marion Le Pen, and (yes) Donald Trump, who call for controlling borders and resisting further immigration to our countries, are reviled as racists, Islamophobes, fascists, and so on. To my mind, they are not racists but realists! If we don't keep the Muslims out of our countries, and deport those who are already here illegally, they're going to kill us! They say so themselves...

The latest member of the Roman Catholic hierarchy to take issue with Pope Francis's assertion that the war on the West is not about religion -- see "Sorry, Holy Father, the war IS about religion", WWW 30/7/16 -- Most Rev. Gyula Márfi, Archbishop of Veszprém (Hungary) said in an interview that a desire to conquer Europe is a factor in mass Muslim migration to the continent.

"Jihad is a principle for Muslims that means they must expand," he told Il Timone today. "The earth must become dar al-Islam, that is, Islamic territory, by introducing Shariah -- Islamic law." He added that "Migration does not only have causes, it also has a purpose, such as the destabilization of Europe and the Euro. Just because we love the wolves, as God’s creatures, doesn’t mean we let them enter among the sheep, even if they come in sheep’s clothing." [Walt's emphasis.]

Another ISIS-inspired random attack, Germany this time

Arentcha getting tired of it? I am. It was just over two months ago that we heard about a random attack on a German train. A quick click on my post will remind you that German authorities at first tried to hide the fact that the perp was... wait for it... a radical Muslim asylum-seeker, one of the million-plus allowed into the Fatherland by Angela Merkel's insane "Willkommenskmultur" policy.

That was just an isolated incident, right? It wouldn't happen again because the "refugees" and asylum-seekers are (mostly) poor, frightened, peace-loving people, and their religion, Islam, is "the religion of peace". If you thought that, you were wrong. It did happen again. Just yesterday a 17-year-old man ran amok on a train (again) near the town of Wuerzburg, in southern Germany (again). He injured four Chinese tourists, one critically, before being shot dead by (white) police.

The yoof has not been named because he was a minor, but, in a case of "suspicions confirmed", the Polizei have revealed that he was an Afghan who had claimed asylum after travelling to Germany a year ago as an unaccompanied minor. He had been living with the foster family since moving from a refugee centre in the town two weeks ago. His last words, as he was hacking away at the Chinese were... wait for it... "Allahu akbar!!!"

After the dust had settled and the blood mopped up, police searched the kid's room and found a hand-painted black flag of ISIS. Also found, according to the Bavarian Minister of the Interior, was a text written in Pashtun which showed a strong indication that the teenager "could be a person who had been self-radicalized". The minister said those who had interacted with the young man in recent months described him as calm and quiet and they could not understand his actions. Just like the driver of the Nice death truck.

The minister went on to say that the teenager had gone to the mosque on special occasions, but no-one had noticed any radical behaviour and there were no signs "yet" of a direct link to jihadist networks. Even as the minister spoke, the Amaq news agency -- a PR outfit with links to ISIS -- said the teenager was an IS "fighter", who "carried out the operation in answer to the calls to target the countries of the coalition fighting the Islamic State."

That's enough for me. I need a few days off. I want to go someplace peaceful. Maybe Cleveland....

Absentee votes deny Freedom Party victory in Austrian election

The final results from Austria's presidential election are now in. With Austrian voters apparently sick and tired of the centre-left coalitions that governed the country for two generations, the hard-fought campaign pitted the right-wing populist Freedom Party (FPO) against (believe it or not) the Green Party. It was like watching Donald Trump vs Bernie Sanders, but in German of course.

The Freedom Party campaigned on an "anti" platform -- anti-immigration, anti-Muslim (although they don't say so as directly as does The Donald), and -- very significantly -- anti-European Union, which is to say they're against the One Rainbow World Agenda. The Greens? Well, they're for all the rainbows and unicorns, alternative energy, Willkommenskultur and the brotherhood of man. [Ed., can I still say "brotherhood of man"?]

A key campaign issue was Europe's migrant crisis, which has seen the number of mostly Muslim asylum-seekers and "refugees" soar into the millions. Unlike their German kith and kin, Austrians have been decidedly unwelcoming to the Muslim hordes. Although only 90,000 or so people claimed asylum in Austria last year, that's equivalent to about 1% of the country's population, and many Austrians -- the majority, apparently -- feel that enough is enough!

As of last night, the Freedom Party's presidential candidate, Norbert Hofer, was leading the Greens' Alexander Van der Bellen by 51.9% to 48.1%. The actual margin was 144,006 votes, but there are some 750,000 postal ballots yet to be counted. Projections indicate the postal votes could favour Herr Van der Bellen, and sure enough, the final tally showed Herr Hofer with 49.7% of the vote and Herr Van der Bellen the president-elect, with 50.3%. The difference is only a little more than 31,000 votes out of more than 4.6 million ballots cast.

If Norbert Hofer had won, he would have been the first "far-right" head of state in the European Union. The implications -- not just for Austria but for all of Europe -- of the FPO's very narrow loss are enormous! Although the "antis" lost a close one, the result still adds momentum to the surge in support for populist and far-right parties in other European countries. As well, it gives impetus as well to the "Quit Europe" side in the UK "Brexit" referendum, coming next month. The forces of "progress and enlightenment" are more nervous now than ever... and rightly so!
