Allowing millions of 3rd Worlders into Europe "cardinal mistake": Putin

When it comes to the wisdom (or otherwise) of filling your country with unassimilable Muslim "refugees" and asylum-seekers, Vladimir Putin is on the right track. Speaking at the beginning of the G20 summit in Osaka, the Russian president declared recently that liberalism in Europe and the US has "outlived its purpose".

The Father of All the Russias [Archaism! Ed.] criticised Western views on gay rights, immigration and multiculturalism, all of which he sees as parts of an attack on traditional family values. Speaking to the Financial Times, Mr Putin said the "liberal idea" was on its way out, as the public has turned its back on "social justice" issues. And he called German chancellor Angela Merkel's 2017 decision to allow more than a million "refugees" into her country (and thus into the European Union) a "cardinal mistake".

President Putin said, "[Liberals] cannot simply dictate anything to anyone just like they have been attempting to do over the recent decades. This liberal idea presupposes that nothing needs to be done. That migrants can kill, plunder and rape with impunity because their rights as migrants have to be protected. Every crime must have its punishment. The liberal idea has become obsolete. It has come into conflict with the interests of the overwhelming majority of the population."

Indeed. But do you hear anything like that from any of the mainstream political leaders in western Europe or the AABC countries? Sadly, no. Walt would like to hear one, just one of the 20+ hopefuls looking to lose the 2020 election say at least that it's time to have a "conversation" about the wisdom of the Democrats' liberal (and worse) policies. But I'm not holding my breath.

Hey "migrant"! Been on welfare? No citizenship for you!

Some 15 years ago, Walt had the pleasure of travelling, on business, in the western part of Switzerland, to Genève and the canton of Vaud. I remember it being an exceptionally clean, orderly and prosperous place, bordering on the ideal. And white. Very white. The few immigrants I met may have been from North Africa, but spoke excellent French (the language of that region) and could have passed for Swiss-born. And they were working, apparently nicely assimilated into Swiss society.

That was then; this is now. 15 years later Switzerland, like the rest of Europe, is having a problem with scruffier, darker, "refugees" and asylum-seekers entering the country across its southern border with Italy.

Some of these While Switzerland is not a member of the European Union, asylum seekers have attempted to flood into the country through the southern Italian border. Many of these "irregular" migrants come without any form of identification, making it difficult to process their asylum claim or deport those not approved for asylum status. In face, the Swiss government is unaware of the true identity of 90% of the asylum-seekers in the country. It wouldn't be a problem if they were just using Switzerland as a transit country to reach Merkeland, where German hospitality awaits them, but many are choosing to remain in Switzerland, which is safer and richer.

That such scum should be able to live for years on state handouts, even after their asylum claims have been denied, galls the good burgers of Switzerland. There has been a huge anti-immigrant backlash. Unlike the governments of the AABC countries (America, Australia, Britain and Canada), the Swiss government is actually listening to the voice of its native-born citizens, and doing something to push back against the tide of migrants by making it less appealing for them to come to the country.

Late last year, the city of Zurich voted to dramatically cut benefits to failed asylum seekers who had been given so-called "F-status", under which they cannot be deported. And now, under the sub-headline "An idea for Austria?", the Swiss newspaper Kronen Zeitung reports on the coming into force of a new civil rights act that prevents residents who have been on welfare in the past three years from becoming citizens unless they pay back to the state (read: taxpayers!) the money they received.

The previous law allowed migrants to apply for citizenship as long as they were not on state benefits at the time of their application. The new regulations will make it impossible for asylum seekers and migrants who have lived off state handouts in the last three years to become citizens, even if they have lived in Switzerland as permanent residents for the required time to make a citizenship application. The new act requires migrants to demonstrate a greater level of integration than before, including making them prove they have a certain number of Swiss friends and acquaintances. Language requirements vary by canton with most expecting an intermediate level of language proficiency in one or more of Switzerland's official languages.

What I would like to know is how the Swiss got their governments to pay attention to the threat to European culture and civilization posed by the waves of bogus "refugees" -- economic migrants, really -- who keep washing up, literally, on the northern shores of the Mediterranean and Aegean Seas. It's not as if no-one's talking or writing about it. Read, for example, The Strange Death of Europe: Immigration, Identity, Islam, by Douglas Murray, recommended here not long ago. But on this subject, our governments are like the three wise monkeys. In fact they're worse. Not only do they hear nothing, see nothing and say nothing. They DO nothing! How much longer can this go on?

UPDATED: "Allahu akbar!" again? Attack on German train passengers

Every now and then, followers of the Prophet show that Islam is truly the religion of peace by praying in the streets and, every now and then, attacking non-Muslims. Particularly in Germany, where there is a surfeit of Muslim "migrants" (read: invaders) thanks to the Willkommenskultur imposed on the German people by Chancellor Angela Merkel.

This morning the mojo wire brings us a news report from Düsseldorf, where the central railway station was placed on lockdown Thursday night after a man went on a violent rampage with an axe, injuring seven to nine (accounts vary) innocent people, including two of the hundreds of cops who swarmed the scene. Police said none of the victims are in life-threatening condition but one person is seriously injured.

A witness, Bruno Macedo, tweeted: "Man with axe chased by police in Dusseldorf. Station closed. I am in the train things look bad #police #terror." Another tweet: "Stay away from #Dusseldorf train station crazy man with axe on the loose." An eyewitness told Bild, "We were standing on the track, waiting for the train. The train came, and suddenly someone jumped out with an axe, hit the people. There was blood everywhere. I have experienced a lot, but I have never experienced something like this."

The suspect jumped from a walkway in an effort to escape police but was later found hiding under a railway bridge and captured by armed police. He was identified as "Fatmir H". His surname was not given, possibly to protect his privacy, or to avoid the inference that he is, errr, a Muslim. Herr Inspektor Knäcker would say only that Herr H is from Kosovo (part of the former Yugoslavia) and now lives in the nearby city of Wuppertal.

A police spokesthingy went on to say, "The suspect appears to have had psychological problems.... We are not using the words 'rampage' or 'terror'." Of course they wouldn't use those words. Too close to election time, when German voters will have a chance to show what they think of Frau Merkel's open-door immigration policies.

This is a story in progress. As yet, the German and international lamestream media have not published any reports of the axeman shouting "Allahu akbar!", nor has any Islamic terror group, such as ISIS/ISIL, claimed Herr H as one of their jihadis. But Walt has a ten-spot here that says Herr H will be identified (very quietly) as a Muslim fanatic after the usual thorough German investigation. They haf vays of making him talk! Stay tuned...

UPDATE 11/3/17 from Fox News: Not so much an update, really, as another story about terrorist attacks (actual or threatened) in Germany. This time it's Essen. "German police order large mall to stay closed after attack threat".

Brits to build wall to keep Muslim invaders out

Build a wall to keep illegal immigrants from invading your country? What a great idea! How Trumpian! But wait a minute. We're not talking about a wall between the Paranoid States of America and Mexico. We're talking Britain and France! But wait another minute. Isn't there already a wall of water -- the English Channel -- which separates those two countries? To understand this story, you need to know that the British have already established -- at the request of the French -- a (theoretically) secure area at Calais, at the French end of the Eurotunnel. Anyone wishing to go through security into the Chunnel and thence to British soil is supposed to have the proper papers. Many do not.

Just outside the British port area is a "refugee" camp known as "The Jungle", which is home to about 7000 "refugees" and asylum-seekers, the vast majority of them young Muslim men from the Middle East and North Africa. More of them arrive every day, all hoping to reach the UK by stowing away on trucks and trains going through the Chunnel.

To discourage them, the French have poured in hundreds of cops, and the Brits have built high barbed-wire fences to keep the invaders away from freight trains, the port and the highway. But the security guards and barbed wire have failed. The migrants are using increasingly dangerous tactics to slow trucks and hitch a ride. Others are scaling the barbed wire barricades and making a dash for it. 11 would-be migrants have died so far this year.

Now the British propose to erect a wall -- 13 feet high and a kilometre long -- to keep the Muslims out. It's part of a new 17 million GBP security package agreed to by the UK and France last week. The British Minister of Home Affairs told the House of Commons yesterday that construction of the wall, along the main highway to the port, would start very soon. "We've done the fence; now we are doing a wall," said the Hon. Robert Goodwill. (Seriously. That's his name.)

Lesson for Americans: The next time someone tells you The Donald is talking crazy when he suggests building a wall along the border with Mexico, tell them he got the idea from the reasonable, non-racist British!

Christian refugees threatened by Muslims in migrant camps

Forgotten in liberal Europeans' suicidal rush to welcome millions of Muslim refugees and asylum-seekers are the hundreds of Christians from the war zones of Syria and Iraq who are comingled with the followers of the Prophet. Just because the Christians are in the same boat -- literally -- doesn't mean that the Muslims see them as brothers and sisters in trouble.

Quite the opposite. Rainer Cardinal Woelki of Cologne (site of the New Year's Eve sexual assaults by Arab and North African migrants), told an audience in Dusseldorf last Saturday that Christian refugees face threats and intimidation by other migrants in transit camps. Christian persecution is not a topic of "bygone ages", he said.

Speaking at an "ecumenical" service -- there's that nonsensical word again -- Cardinal Woelki warned that: “Concern is growing that politicians and the authorities might not be taking such threats seriously enough." He said Germany must speak out more loudly for religious freedom rights, a right that Christians in Muslim countries also had. “That is what we demand,” Woelki said.

Meanwhile, Gottfried Martens, a Protestant pastor told katholisch.de that the "mobbing" of Christian refugees in refugee camps in Germany was increasing. He said it was no longer rare for entire Muslim communities in refugee shelters to threaten Christians. He claimed that Christians had been forced to watch videos of beheadings, were barred from using the kitchen because they were “unclean” and had been beaten up and their crosses removed from their necks.

As a solution, Rev. Martens suggested accommodation Muslims and Christians separately. He said, "In our efforts to be tolerant, which are in themselves praiseworthy, we cannot just let Christians become some kind of guinea pigs." What are the chances of Muslim and Christian refugees being "welcomed" separately? Slim and none! After all, to isolate the Muslims from our "inclusive society" would be racist and Islamophobic, wouldn't it.

"Please, Mr. Migrant, don't rape me!"

Seriously. "Please don't rape me!" is the message that refugees, asylum-seekers and other male, non-white "migrants" are being "taught" to understand when they look at pictures of this typical European woman.

Seriously (again), a Norwegian company called Hero (seriously) has developed a course of classes to teach Arab and African "newcomers" not to rape white women. This was in response to a series of brutal rapes and attacks by non-white Muslim invaders in the southwestern town of Stavanger between 2009 and 2011, but the courses only attracted attention after the mass sex attacks which took place over the New Year in Cologne and other cities around Europe.

Norway's NRK news service reports that international interest in the rape prevention courses is high because it's the only one of its kind in Europe. At a conference held on January 27th, delegates from "migration agencies" around Europe were given a tutorial on how to teach the non-whites to stop attacking white women after they get to Europe.

Course developer Linda Hagen is pictured here, showing typical "students" a picture of a rather more attractive white woman in a short skirt. Women who dress like that, she says, are not issuing an invitation for sex. Hey, that's just your basic black cocktail dress! The instructors will ask over-sexed (and over here!) migrants questions like "Is violence is ever justified?", "How do you know if a woman is consenting to sex?", and "What is the difference between love and sex?"

Apparently it didn't occur to Ms Hagen that Muslim guys' responses to such pictures and such questions might differ from what European liberals might wish. Another part of the course consists of a video of two white 20-somethings at a party. After drinking alcohol, the girl and the boy go upstairs into a bedroom, where they kiss and embrace on a bed. The boy then becomes increasingly physical and pulls off the girl's panties, while she expresses increasing unease. The video then ends with the message "No means no."

How do you suppose your typical horny Muslim would react to that video? Here are some actual responses from the demonstration class.
"She kissed him. It’s an invitation to have sex."
"If she wants come to my place, that means she’s consenting."
"But I have friends, they come from a different culture, from a strict family. For them, any part a woman shows (is) a sign she wants to have sex."
"He tricked her but the girl should also have been clear and said no and not gone upstairs with him."
"If a girl kisses me, I figure she wants to sleep with me."

Errr, yeah... The NRK report quotes Ms Hagen as explaining that "There are many 'grey areas' which come about due to 'cultural misunderstandings'." Misunderstandings, yeah... So it's our fault then....
