UPDATED: "Allahu Akbar!" in Europe... again???

Today is the Muslim sabbath, a day when followers of the Prophet go to the mosque... or into a crowded market to perpetrate another in a long line of attacks on innocent civilians who have welcomed them into their once-Christian countries.

This year alone, five people were injured in a violent spree in Amsterdam, while three months ago a teenage boy was killed in a similar attack in Austria. The authorities described the latter as "an Islamic incident".

The Netherlands, Austria, and today Germany. This evening at least 12 people were injured in a knife attack at Hamburg Central Station. What's unusual about this one is that, according to Bild, a woman was arrested at the scene.

In keeping with official policies, in a country where the government thinks "right-wing extremism" is the greatest threat, die Polizei have yet to confirm that the suspect was woman, or to provide any information about her (?) citizenship, ethnicity, or religion.

Of course we shouldn't jump to the usual conclusion. Mustn't stoke the fires of Islamophobia.

The perp might not have been a woman at all. "She" might have been a man hiding under a hijab, like the one pictured at left. And so far there have been no ear-witness reports of shouts of "Allahu akbar!"

Still, as far as Ed. can remember, we've only been wrong about this once. We'll let you know if further details disprove our assumption. Let's not forget that the Islamic terrorists are engaged in a jihad, a "holy war". They are out to kill us "infidels". All of us.

UPDATE ADDED 24/5/25 @ 0701 FMT: Die Polizei are now describing the assailant as "Caucasian". So? There are many Caucasians -- people whose family or ancestors come from the Caucasus, e.g. Chechens in rebellion against Russia -- who are Muslims. You can be a Caucasian and still be an illegal immigrant or an asylum-seeker or bogus refugee.

UPDATED - "Allahu akbar!" in Austria

Ed. suggests we create a new standing headline: "Your jihadis today". There seems to be a lot of jihadism -- holy war against uf infidels -- going around these days.

In Munich, Germany, this past Thursday, a 24-year-old Afghan asylum-seeker was arrested after deliberately driving a car into a trade union demonstration. See "'Allahu akbar!' in Germany... just in time for the election", WWW 13/2/25, and "Munich Islamic terror attack UPDATE", WWW 14/2/25. A two-year-old girl and her mother died on Saturday from injuries suffered in the attack, which left 37 others injured.

If Ed. had been on the ball, instead of watching the Canada-USA hockey game, we'd have posted another story about Islamic terrorism last night, for it was just yesterday that a 14-year-old boy was killed and four other people injured in a knife attack in the southern Austrian city of Villach.

Die Polizei were Fritzie-on-the-spot, quickly arresting a 23-year-old Syrian who they say was... wait for it... an asylum seeker.

Pictures of the arrest show him smiling as a cop covers him with her weapon. For those who can't read German, he's saying (or at least thinking) "You can't arrest me! I'm a refugee!"

A spokesthingy for the local police tolld the meeja, "A man randomly attacked passers-by with a knife. One victim, a 14-year-old boy, died."

Two other men suffered serious injuries, while another two men suffered less serious wounds.

The incident happened in the centre of the city, the capital of the Carinthia province, at just before 1600 local time. A food delivery rider saw the attack and rammed his vehicle into the attacker, who was arrested right after the attack.

The arrested man is a Syrian asylum-seeker with a valid residence permit and without a criminal record, according to preliminary information Police said he may have had Islamist extremist motives for the attack. No shit, Schultz!

UPDATE ADDED at 0850 FMT. The good folks at Blazing Cat Fur have a later version of this story. The words "ISIS death cult" leap off the screen.

Good news from Austria: The Right coalesces to take power

Christian Stocker, the new leader of the conservative Austrian People's Party (ÖVP), said today his party is prepared to negotiate with the far-right Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ) to agree on a pathway to forming a coalition government.

As reported on WWW, the FPÖ won the most seats in Austria's parliamentary election last September. The ÖVP subsequently tried to keep them out of power by cobbling together a coalition of centrist parties with the Social Democratic Party of Austria (SPÖ), and the liberal NEOS. They failed.

Chancellor Karl Nehammer, leader of the ÖVP, maintained his opposition to governing with the FPÖ, and was duly ousted by more practical members of his own party, who preferred collaboration with the rightists to a continuing stalemate. The only alternative was a new election, which could only have been held around the end of December. Moreover, polling indicated that the FPÖ would win another election even more convincingly.

Austrian President Alexander van der Bellen said this afternoon that he had the impression that, with Herr Nehammer out of the picture, the voices within the ÖVP rejecting collaboration with the FPÖ had become significantly quieter. He will therefore start talks tomorrow with FPÖ leader Herbert Kickl  about forming a new government.

Walt's comment: This is a real Kickl in the ass to the lefties and Euro-wienies. Happy New Year too the people of Austria!

European Right on the rise! Freedom Party wins Austrian election

More good news from central Europe, this time from Austria. Kronen Zeitung reports that the Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ) has topped the polls in this weekend's election for the National Council, winning an estimated 29.2% of the total vote.

The populist party (labelled "far right" by the lickspittle media, of course) led by former interior minister Herbert Kickl bested the governing neo-liberal Austrian People’s Party (ÖVP) led by Chancellor Karl Nehammer at 26%, and the left-wing opposition Social Democratic Party (SPÖ) at 21%. The farther-left New Austria and Liberal Forum (NEOS) got 9% and eco-wienie Green Alternative (GRÜNE) brang up the rear with 8%.

The win for FPÖ) echos strong showings for the like-minded [and right-minded. Ed.] Alternativ für Deutschland (AfD) in elections in the German states of Saxony, Thuringia and Brandenburg. See "Good news from Occupied Germany" WWW 31/8/24, and "More good news for Germany, but what about the USA and Canada?", WWW 10/9/24.

From this side of the Atlantic, it looks like yet another defeat for the socialists, Euro-wienies, one-worlders and their fellow travellers. Issues such as mass migration, the economic downturn throughout the EU, and growing opposition to support for the war in Ukraine propelled the Freedom Party to victory.

The results mark the first time in the Second Republic of Austria, and the first time since the Freedom Party was founded in 1956, that the FPÖ came out on top of a national election. Herr Kickl, who stridently opposed coronavirus lockdown diktats and serves as a leading critic of the open borders agenda, called for a "Fortress Austria" -- an immediate halt to the acceptance of asylum-seekers and bogus refueees -- and backed "remigration" policies of encouraging foreigners to return to their homelands.

Herbert Kickl said after his victory that his party is ready to govern and that it will not back away from its positions. "My big thanks go to the citizens," he said. "It was not easy to go against this political system. The voters have delivered a powerful message."

Meanwhile, in America and Canada, who dares to campaign on an platform which is honestly and openly against mass immigration? Anyone? Answer comes there none.

"Allahu akbar!" in Vienna

As is well known, there is no prostitution in countries where the Religion of Peace (TM) dominates in law or in fact. Prostitution is haram... dirty... taboo... not good. In other countries, where people are not wise enough to follow the teachings of the Prophet, prostitution and prostitutes must be eliminated. Thus such societies can be cleansed.

That explains the news just in over the AP mojo wire from Austria, where police in Vienna launched a criminal investigation after three women were found dead in a brothel yesterday. (Brothels are legal in Austria.) A witness discovered traces of blood outside the building, located near the Danube River, and alerted police.

"The bodies of the three victims had cuts and stab wounds," said a spokesthingy for der Polizei. Police found a fourth woman inside the brothel, and are questioning her as a witness. The identities and ethnicity of the three victims remains unclear.

A 27-year-old man was arrested in the vicinity of the brothel while carrying a knife, which the cops say is the murder weapon. The man arrested, who is even now helping police with their investigations, is... wait for it... an asylum-seeker from Afghanistan.

"Allahu akbar!" in Vienna: Islamic terrorist kills four before shot dead

Walt didn't hurry to post this story yesterday, when it broke, because it would be embarrassing to cast suspicion on Muslims, only to have the attackers turn out to be, errr, non-Muslim, twice in one week. So I waited until my suspicions were confirmed.

Yes, it's another terrorist attack on innocent civilians. This time it happened in Vienna, the civilized and delightful capital city of Austria, where Islamic extremists rampaged through the entertainment district on Monday night, killing four people. One of the attackers was shot dead by police, but a personhunt [the PC term for "manhunt". Ed.] is on for others.

After the customary dithering over whether to utter words like "Islamic" or "Muslim", the polizei identified the Muslim who is now in Paradise being serviced by 72 virgins. He was 20-year-old Kujtim Fejzulai, a dual citizen of Austrian and North Macedonia [Where dat? Ed.], seen in this selfie taken shortly before the attack.

In April of 2019, he was sentenced to 22 months in prison for trying to travel to Syria to join ISIS. He was released in December because, hey, he was just a juvenile. Boys will be boys.

Dressed in white coveralls and armed with an automatic rifle and a fake explosive vest, the late Mr Fejzulai ran through Vienna's cobblestone streets, firing off bursts at random. Two men and two women died from their injuries. A police officer who tried to get in the way of the attacker was shot and wounded, and another 14 people were wounded.

Chancellor Sebastian Kurz told the meeja, "It is now confirmed that yesterday's attack was clearly an Islamist terror attack," Kurz said. "It was an attack out of hatred -- hatred for our fundamental values, hatred for our way of life, hatred for our democracy in which all people have equal rights and dignity." Note: not "Western values" or "Christian values", just "fundamental values". But at least he called out Islamism.

Austrian polizei fine man for farting in their general direction

No, this story was not made up by the Monty Pythons.

The Grauniad reports that a man in Vienna has been fined €500 ($563 in real money) for breaking wind loudly in front of police. The Österreich newspaper reported that the penalty stemmed from an incident on June 5th and that the offender was fined for offending public decency.

City police wrote on Twitter "of course no one is reported for accidentally letting one go," but added that the man had behaved provocatively and uncooperatively during an encounter with officers that preceded the incident. He got up from a park bench, they said, looked at officers and "let go a massive intestinal wind apparently with full intent."

Inspektor Katzenhammeer noted that the decision could be appealed against.

Note from Ed.: You can't imagine how long I've waited to be able to use this meme. Walt said the day would never come, but he was wrong! {Lifetime pct .977.)

Netherlands latest EU country to ban the burqa

The Netherlands today joined a number of other European nations -- and non-EU countries too -- in implementinga law requiring people to show their faces in public, when providing or accessing public services. Clothing that "covers the face" must not be worn in a variety of public spaces, such as schools, hospitals, public buildings and public transport. A similar law was recently passed by the National Assembly of the Canadian province of Québec.

Contrary to the fake news being spread by the usual gang of Islamophiles and SJWs, the ban does not target only Muslim women. It applies equally to men and women, and prohibits not only burqas and nijabs -- see "Hijab, niqab, burqa -- what's the difference?", WWW 28/7/10 -- but any full-face covering, such as a balaclava or motorcycle helmets. [What about a hockey goalie mask? Ed.] Anyone who doesn't comply can be denied access to public areas, and fined up to €150 ($167 in real money).

France was the first country in Europe to ban the veil almost ten years ago. Last year, however, a committee of the United Nations (of course!) ruled that the legislation violated human rights. In spite of the UN's predictable opinion, other European countries have followed suit. In Denmark, the burqa ban has been in effect for a year. And earlier this year, Austria passed a law intended to ban Muslim girls from wearing headscarves in primary schools. The headscarf ruling came in addition to Austria's prohibition of full-face coverings which has been in force since 2017.

The German state of Hesse has implemented similar burqa restrictions for the civil service. Six months ago, full-face coverings were forbidden at Kiel University in northern Germany, citing the need for open communication that includes facial expressions and gestures. However, some politicians (Hello, Angela Merkel!) came out against the move, saying it undermined religious freedom.

The most surprising imposition of a burqa ban comes, however, from the Islamic kingdom of Morocco! As reported in "Burqas banned in... you'll never guess!", WWW 17/1/17, because of concerns about... wait for it... security! A spokesthingy for the Moroccan Ministry of the Interior told AFP, "We have taken the step of completely banning the import, manufacture and marketing of this garment in all the cities and towns of the kingdom, since bandits have repeatedly used this garment to perpetrate their crimes." ("Bandits" is Arabic for "terrorists".)

What are the chances of a burqa ban being enacted in The Rest of Canada (Just In Trudeau, Prop.) or the Paranoid States of America? In today's political climate, where any proposal that smacks of "Islamophobia" is instantly condemned by all progressive, correct-thinking people as "racist" and "divisive", the chances of a burqa ban are slim and none.

Hungarians reject (((Soros))) for second time in a month

This weekend Breitbart News reported that a majority of Hungarians support Prime Minister Viktor Orbán's "Anti-Soros university law", which would force foreign universities, such as the (((George Soros)))-founded Central European University (CEU) to adhere to new regulations.

A poll conducted by the Századvég Foundation found that 70% of Hungarians support amendments to the Higher Education Act which would oblige foreign universities issuing degrees in Hungary to observe Hungarian regulations. The CEU was targetted because it was allowed to give out both Hungarian and American diplomas while not operating a campus in the USA.

Today, the left-wing billionaire admitted defeat, as CEU announced plans to move from Budapest to Vienna, in neighbouring Austria. The Deputy Rector of CEU said the university had already signed an agreement with a landlord in Vienna, but the administration was still hoping they would not have to move as they had set up a branch in New York state, as requested by the Hungarian government.

At a press conference earlier this week, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán said the government had yet to make a final decision on the fate of the university. As reported here, his Fidesz party won a massive two-thirds majority in the Hungarian parliament. Fidesz campaigned against the influence of foreign NGOs, many of which are part of the network of (((George Soros))) -- aka (((Gyorgy Schwartz))) -- and his Open Society Foundation.

Prime Minister Orbán has long denounced the billionaire's influence on the migration policies of the European Union claiming that the "Soros Plan" would see millions of migrants enter Europe. "The Soros network has an extensive sphere of influence within the European Parliament and other EU bodies," Mr. Orbán said last October, adding: "Its aim is to build a Europe of mixed population and to condemn the Hungarian government for opposing their view on migration."

How Austrians deal with the Muslim immigrant problem

In "Anti-immigrant Austrian voters won't be denied this time!" (WWW 15/10/17) Walt predicted that the results of that day's general election would come as an unpleasant surprise to the globalist, pro-EU politicians and (((controlled media))) who were saying that Marine Le Pen's defeat in last spring's French presidential election meant that nationalism and anti-immigrant sentiment were on the wane in Europe. They were wrong. I was right! (Lifetime pct .992.)

When the votes were counted, the centre-right, (somewhat) anti-immigrant Austrian People's Party (ÖVP) came first, and my choice, the nationalist, (decidedly) anti-immigrant Austrian Freedom Party (FPÖ) came a respectable third. How (I hear some of you ask) can you say you were right? Well, here's what I wrote in the aforementioned post:

[Sebastian] Kurz [the leader of the ÖVP] seems likely to become the next chancellor (= prime minister) of a coalition government in which his party will be joined by... wait for it... the FPÖ! The Social Democrats, who were the junior partners with the ÖVP in the last government, will challenge the FPÖ for second place, but even if they finish second, the ÖVP will have little choice (because of the immigration issue) but to work with the FPÖ, leaving the liberals in opposition.

And so it came to pass that, on the 16th of this month, the new coalition government was announced. Herr Kurz is the Chancellor. The FPÖ, led by Heinz-Christian Strache (pictured) holds the key ministries of defence, foreign affairs and the interior. (For North Americans, the ministry of the interior, in most European governments, is responsible for such things as immigration, internal security and the police.)

The new government plans to act quickly and firmly to deal with the influx of Muslim "refugees" and asylum-seekers and the threatened Islamization of the land of the edelweiss. Here's how.
  • Welfare payments to accepted refugees will be cut in half.
  • Newcomers will have to hand over any cash and valuables they bring with them. (The Danes already thought of this.)
  • Newcomers will also have to waive medical confidentiality, so they can be properly screened for social and other diseases.
  • Islamic schools will be monitored more closely, and closed if they break rules or accept foreign funding.
  • Sentences for drug and sex crimes will be made stiffer.
  • Over 2000 more police will patrol the streets to keep Austrians safe.
And that's only part of the larger picture. Under the new coalition government, Austria is moving steadily to the right, and to closer co-operation with central European governments like those of Hungary and Poland who are pledged to halt or even reverse the Merkelization (read: Islamization or mongrelization) of Europe. Will the AABC countries draw any lessons Austria's vote to remain white and Christian? Let us hope so. Let us pray so!

Anti-immigrant Austrian voters won't be denied this time!

The last time I wrote at length about Austrian politics was in the middle of 2016, when a conspiracy of the mainstream parties robbed the right-wing populist Austrian Freedom Party (FPÖ) of victory in that country's presidential election. On 1 July 2016 the Constitutional Court ruled that there had been some "irregularities" and ordered a do-over. The result was a clear(er) win for the pro-EU former Greenie Alexander Van der Bellen.

The liberal meeja were all cock-a-hoop over the defeat of FPÖ leader Norbert Hofer, saying that Austrian voters had "decisively rejected the possibility of the EU getting its first far-right head of state, instead electing a former leader of the Green party who said he would be an 'open-minded, liberal-minded and above all a pro-European president'." (The Grauniad, 4/12/16) All very well, but liberals and one-worlders lost sight of the fact that the presidency of Austria is a ceremonial position. The president is just a figurehead. Real power lies with the Austrian parliament.

Today, Austrians voted in a general election in which the main issue was immigration. Overwhelmingly negative public sentiment has forced even the mainstream political parties to call for tougher immigration policies, and the Austrian Freedom Party (FPÖ) is expected to increase its representation in parliament significantly.

The frontrunner, according to the latest polls, is the conservative People's Party (ÖVP), led by 31-year-old Sebastian Kurz, another selfie-loving glamour boy in the mold of Canada's Trudeau or France's Macron. Herr Kurz seems likely to become the next chancellor (= prime minister) of a coalition government in which his party will be joined by... wait for it... the FPÖ! The Social Democrats, who were the junior partners with the ÖVP in the last government, will challenge the FPÖ for second place, but even if they finish second, the ÖVP will have little choice (because of the immigration issue) but to work with the FPÖ, leaving the liberals in opposition.

Immigration has been a dominant issue in the campaign, and the election comes amid anxiety in Austria (and Europe as a whole) over the huge influx of illegal migrants, "refugees" and asylum-seekers which fuelled an electoral breakthrough by the AfD (Alternativ für Deutschland)in neighbouring Germany last month. See "German election results 'a political earthquake'", WWW 24/9/17.

Since the beginning of the refugee crisis in 2015, the political landscape of Austria has shifted to the right. Just how far it has shifted should be known in the next six hours. Stay tuned.

Anti-immigrant backlash grows across Europe

While I was away [Watch this space for "Tales from Down East". Ed.], Agent 17 sent along the link to "'Enlightenment values': Austria enacts anti-burqa & compulsory integration law", RT News 9/6/17. "Enlightenment values" strikes me as a good phrase. What are those values? They must be the "values" -- a loaded word for the progressive do-good wienies -- which "enlightened" people share and hold dear. "Enlightened" is nowadays equated, quite properly, with the word "civilized". (See the article in the Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy.)

Enlightened civilization -- European civilization -- is under threat now as never before from the hordes of unenlightened -- read Muslim -- invaders pouring into Europe from the Middle East and North Africa. Even such famously tolerant peoples as the Swedes and the Austrians are getting tired of it, and fearful of being drowned in the wave of Islamization sweeping across the continent. That's what the article is about.

Like King Canute trying to turn back the tide, the Austrian parliament has passed a law that will fine women who wear Islamic dress covering the whole face, and takes away welfare benefits from immigrants who fail to learn the language. It says, remarkably frankly, that "those who are not prepared to accept Enlightenment values will have to leave our country and society."

According to the law, women will face a fine of €150 ($168 in real money) if they wear Islamic dress, either the niqab or the burqa, in public places. In addition to the fines, all new migrants -- even the "refugees" and asylum-seekers -- coming to Austria will now be forced, if they want to suck on the public tit [receive welfare benefits, surely! Ed.] to take a 12-month "integration course" that includes German language lessons.

But wait (as Vince Offer used to say), there's more! The new law also makes it illegal for newcomers to distribute "incendiary materials". Migrants will also be encouraged to volunteer -- do unpaid community work -- to prepare them for life in the workplace, before acquiring permanent work permits. Good luck with that one.

Austria's latest attempt to integrate new immigrants has come in response to the migrant crisis rocking most European countries. At least 90,000 migrants, mostly from Muslim-majority countries outside Europe, have arrived in Austria since 2015. Nothing like the hundreds of thousands who've entered Germany, but still you have to hand it to the Austrians for trying to do something about the problem before it's too late. Oh... wait....

Meanwhile... Virginia Raggi, the Mayor of Rome, has asked the Italian government to stop the flow of immigrants into the Eternal City. Here's why.

This is one of several "camps" -- read "instant slums" -- which have sprung up in Rome. The unenlightened people who live here in squalor are Roma. That's the PC name for "gypsies", the people our mothers warned us would pick our pockets, steal our horses and kidnap our children. They do do those things, except maybe for the horses, of which there's a dearth in Rome, which is why, this past Tuesday, Sra Raggi asked the Italian interior ministry to suspend migrant arrivals to the capital. "I find it impossible, as well as risky," she wrote, "to think up further accommodation structures." See
Rome mayor promises to close Roma camps in the capital , The Local it, 31/5/17.

Mayor Raggi cited as reasons for the request the "strong migratory presence" in the capital and "the continued influx of foreign citizens". According to the most recent figures published by the administration, on 1 January 2016 -- nearly 18 months ago -- there were approximately 364,632 foreigners living in Rome, almost 13% of the total population.

Across Italy as a whole [Ed., please check spelling] around 8.3% of the population is foreign. In Rome, around half of the foreign population were from Europe, with Romanians -- gypsies -- making up 23.2% of the total. Although over half the 170,000 or so Roma in Italy are Italian citizens with regular jobs and houses, attacks on the ousiders are common. According to a 2015 Pew Research Centre survey, anti-Roma sentiment is significantly stronger in Italy than almost any other European country. Not hard to understand, is it?

VIDEO: "Génération Identitaire" declares war on immigration, multiculturalism, globalism

From Europe this weekend, we're getting mixed signals as to the appeal of right-wing populism.

In yesterday's rerun of the rigged presidential election earlier this year, Austrian Freedom Party candidate Norbert Hofer lost to the Green Party's Alexander Van der Bellen by a margin of about 5%. No recount is being demanded. It seems that many Austrian voters are still fearful of being labelled "neo-Nazis", so have decided to sell out their country and their culture to the forces of globalism and multiculturalism. But, since the presidency of Austria is only a ceremonial position, this temporary setback doesn't matter all that much.

There's better news from Italy. Pinkish Prime Minister Matteo Renzi yesterday announced he would resign, following a stinging defeat on his proposals for constitutional reform. His defeat is seen as a body blow to a European Union already reeling under anti-establishment anger that led to Brexit -- the shock exit of UK from the club in June.

Mark Willis, head of an investment consultancy, told Thomson Reuters, "It's not very hard to see a new election, and it's not very hard to see the [opposition] 5-Star Movement taking power and they've basically said they want to get out of either the European Union or the euro or both. For Italy, establishing stable governance and a plan to guide the nation is of critical importance given the fragility of the economy, challenging policies and the liquidity problems in the banking system."

Next to France, where even-more-pinkish Président François Hollande said last week he would not seek re-election next year. M Hollande is the least popular president in the history of any of the French Republics. His decision to not face the people again is the first time in history that a French president has bailed rather than let the people of France judge him on his record.

To understand why M Hollande shrinks from running again, Walt presents an old video, first posted in October 2012, then banned from YouTube for a time (although it has now reappeared). This is a "Declaration of War", posted as a kind of founding document by members of Génération Identitaire -- young, white, Europeans agitating in France and across the continent against immigration and Islam, and for a future rooted deep in Europe's white Christian past.

As an older person proud of his European ancestry, I never fail to be inspired and encouraged by this video. It gives me hope for the youth of Europe. I just hope that the youth of North America will be long in catching up. There are English subtitles for those who don't understand the language of Molière.

"I only came to fuck the women," sez Muslim "asylum-seeker"

Muslim "refugees" and asylum-seekers in their 1000s are spreading throughout Europe, a-rippin', a-rappin' and a-rapin'! And the Europeans can't get rid of them. Today's case in point comes from Austria, where Nachtrichten.ap reports that a Muslim "asylum-seeker" whose claim was rejected is now on trial for an attempted rape in the city of Linz. When asked why he came to Austria, he told he only came to Europe to "fuck the women."

Last April, the 35-year-old citizen of Algeria attacked a 41-year-old woman at a bus stop. Timea Lorenz, who went public with a description of her ordeal, fought back bravely. By the time the attacker had pulled her pants off and lay down on top of her, she had bitten him through the lip. The Arab then punched her several times in the face before running off. Ms Lorenz lost consciousness and suffered severe injuries, including a broken nose. Witnesses, alerted by the noise, observed the attacker running off half-naked, bleeding profusely.

The would-be rapist, who cannot be named for reasons which (of course) have nothing to do with political correctness, was denied asylum in Austria in 2012, and deported to Hungary, from where he had entered the country. However, he returned some time later, using a fake French passport. In November 2015 he was arrested for an attack upon a 58-year-old woman, and ordered deported. However, since there is no extradition treaty between Austria and Algeria, the deportation order could not be enforced. Algeria routinely refuses to take back any of its citizens who have been successful in getting into Europe.

So what to do with this criminal? The Austrians have decided to test him for insanity. And of course they're reconsidering his claim for asylum, because he's obviously one of those poor, downtrodden, "marginalized" followers of the "religion of peace", who we have a duty to protect, yada yada yada. Isn't that why he came to Europe? Err, maybe not. Here's what he told the court: "Ich bin nach Österreich gekommen, um hier die Frauen zu ficken." Obviously not insane!

Further reading: "9 'refugees' rape Austrian woman; news hushed up until after election", WWW 21/8/16.

Footnote: As reported here 3/7/16, the Austrian Freedom Party was successful in having the result of the disputed presidential election (referred to in the headline cited above) set aside. A do-over was scheduled for next month, but has not been postponed because of, errr, "technical difficulties" with the postal ballots -- the same problem that caused the previous election to be voided! Curious, isn't it....

9 "refugees" rape Austrian woman; news hushed up until after election

Last May, the Austrians held a presidential election in which the No. 1 issue was immigration -- specifically, the admission to the country of hordes of Muslim invaders posing as asylum-seekers. Anti-immigrant backlash looked like putting the anti-immigrant Freedom Party into office. But just when FPÖ candidate Norbert Hofer was measuring the drapes of the Hofburg, 1000s of postal ballots suddenly appeared, giving the edge to the incumbents. See "Absentee votes deny Freedom Party victory in Austrian election", WWW 23/5/16.

The good news is that the vote was so close, and the suspicion of electoral fraud so strong, that the Freedom Party's appeal to the Austrian Constitutional Court was successful, and a do-over has been ordered. The reply will take place on either 25 September or 2 October.

Rewind to New Year's Day in Vienna, when a white German woman went to police claiming that she had been raped by a gang of Arab foreigners. Inspektor Katzenjammer didn't exactly spring into action. Only last week -- the middle of August -- following a painstaking (and ballsachingly slow) investigation, and careful analysis of DNA evidence and CCTV camera footage, did Austrian police announce the arrests of nine (9) Iraqi "refugees". Aged between 21 and 47, all nine had applied for or been granted asylum.

Sex attacks by Muslim "migrants" from the Middle East and North Africa are nothing new in Europe, with numerous outrages being reported in Germany, Sweden and other countries that have welcomed the poor downtrodden "refugees". Austria has seen its share of attacks, not just on women but even brutal homosexual attacks on little boys at public swimming pools.

In this case, Austrians are asking why it took nearly eight months to arrest the perps. Was the investigation so "protracted and difficult" as the police claim? Vienna police spokesthingy Paul Eidenberger said there was "no doubt about the gang rape according to the biological traces." And (they say now) what happened was pretty clear. The Arabs met the woman in Vienna's central Schwedenplatz, drugged her, and then assaulted her for four hours in an apartment where two of the attackers lived.

Surely the FPÖ can be forgiven for suggesting that the delay in arresting the criminals was a deliberate attempt to withhold the news during the run-up to the presidential election. But the cat is out of the bag now. News of the gang rape, combined with ongoing refugee-terrorist attacks and other criminal activities by the Muslim invaders, is expected to push even more Austrian voters into the FPÖ camp come the fall. Stay tuned.

Austrian Freedom Party wins do-over of disputed election

On May 23rd, Walt told you how Austria's nationalist Freedom Party lost that country's presidential election -- to the leftist Greens, no less! -- by a mere 31,000 votes out of more than 4.6 million ballots cast. It was the absentee votes, mailed in from goodness knows where, that provided the margin of victory. Before the postal ballots were counted, the FPÖ's Norbert Hofer was leading the Greens' Alexander Van der Bellen by 51.9% to 48.1%.

Something outta whack there? Some possibility of election fraud? Herr Hofer's supporters thought so and brought a case before Austria's constitutional court, which agreed. On July 1st the court annulled the election because of a string of violations in the counting of postal ballots, which made up 16% of the total.

In a televised announcement, the high court’s president, Gerhart Holzinger, said there was no evidence that votes had been altered or manipulated. But he cited legal precedents, going back almost 90 years, ruling that even the possibility of foul play requires that the election be scrapped. If all the disputed ballots had gone to Herr Hofer, he would have edged out the Greens' Alexander Van der Bellen. The judge dismissed the option of a rerun limited to the disputed districts, ruling that the whole election must be done over.

Austrian voters have already shown themselves sick and tired of the centre-left coalitions that governed the country for two generations. And the anti-immigrant backlash which marked the British "Brexit" referendum is even stronger in Austria. So there's every chance that the rematch between the Austrian versions of Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders will have a different outcome. (Lifetime pct .991.) To the people of Austria, Walt says:

Absentee votes deny Freedom Party victory in Austrian election

The final results from Austria's presidential election are now in. With Austrian voters apparently sick and tired of the centre-left coalitions that governed the country for two generations, the hard-fought campaign pitted the right-wing populist Freedom Party (FPO) against (believe it or not) the Green Party. It was like watching Donald Trump vs Bernie Sanders, but in German of course.

The Freedom Party campaigned on an "anti" platform -- anti-immigration, anti-Muslim (although they don't say so as directly as does The Donald), and -- very significantly -- anti-European Union, which is to say they're against the One Rainbow World Agenda. The Greens? Well, they're for all the rainbows and unicorns, alternative energy, Willkommenskultur and the brotherhood of man. [Ed., can I still say "brotherhood of man"?]

A key campaign issue was Europe's migrant crisis, which has seen the number of mostly Muslim asylum-seekers and "refugees" soar into the millions. Unlike their German kith and kin, Austrians have been decidedly unwelcoming to the Muslim hordes. Although only 90,000 or so people claimed asylum in Austria last year, that's equivalent to about 1% of the country's population, and many Austrians -- the majority, apparently -- feel that enough is enough!

As of last night, the Freedom Party's presidential candidate, Norbert Hofer, was leading the Greens' Alexander Van der Bellen by 51.9% to 48.1%. The actual margin was 144,006 votes, but there are some 750,000 postal ballots yet to be counted. Projections indicate the postal votes could favour Herr Van der Bellen, and sure enough, the final tally showed Herr Hofer with 49.7% of the vote and Herr Van der Bellen the president-elect, with 50.3%. The difference is only a little more than 31,000 votes out of more than 4.6 million ballots cast.

If Norbert Hofer had won, he would have been the first "far-right" head of state in the European Union. The implications -- not just for Austria but for all of Europe -- of the FPO's very narrow loss are enormous! Although the "antis" lost a close one, the result still adds momentum to the surge in support for populist and far-right parties in other European countries. As well, it gives impetus as well to the "Quit Europe" side in the UK "Brexit" referendum, coming next month. The forces of "progress and enlightenment" are more nervous now than ever... and rightly so!

What your country looks like when "refugees" invade

Are we our brothers' keepers? European and North American governments keep telling us we are (somehow) responsible for the plight of the millions of Africans and Arabs washing up on the shores of Europe, that we have a humanitarian duty to feed them, clothe them, house them and make them feel welcome in our countries.

Here's a look at what happens when you open the floodgates -- the eye-witness report of Polish blogger Kamil Bulonis, describing what he saw as swarms of "refugees" poured across the Italian-Austrian border on September 5th.

Half an hour ago on the border between Italy and Austria I saw with my own eyes a great many immigrants … With all solidarity with people in difficult circumstances I have to say that what I saw arouses horror … This huge mass of people – sorry, that I’ll write this – but these are absolute savages … Vulgar, throwing bottles, shouting loudly "We want to Germany!" – and is Germany a paradise now?

I saw how they surrounded a car of an elderly Italian woman, pulled her by her hair out of the car and wanted to drive away in the car. They tried to overturn the bus in I travelled myself with a group of others. They were throwing shit at us, banging on the doors to force the driver to open them, spat at the windscreen … I ask for what purpose? How is this savagery to assimilate in Germany?

I felt for a moment like in a war … I really feel sorry for these people, but if they reached Poland – I do not think that they would get any understanding from us … We were waiting three hours at the border which ultimately could not cross.

Our whole group was transported back to Italy in a police-cordon. The bus is damaged, covered with shit, scratched, with broken windows. And this is supposed to be an idea for demographics? These big powerful hordes of savages?

Among them there were virtually no women, no children. The vast majority were aggressive young men … Just yesterday, while reading about them on all the websites I subconsciously felt compassion, worried about their fate but today after what I saw I am just afraid and yet I am happy that they did not choose our country as their destination. We Poles are simply not ready to accept these people – neither culturally nor financially. I do not know if anyone is ready. To the EU a pathology is marching which we had not yet a chance to ever see.

I can add that cars arrived with humanitarian aid – mainly food and water and they were just overturning those cars.

Through megaphones the Austrians announced that there is permission for them to cross the border -- they wanted to register them and let them go on -- but they did not understand these messages. They did not understand anything.

And this was the greatest horror … For among those few thousand people nobody understood Italian or English, or German, or Russian, or Spanish … What mattered was fist law… They fought for permission to move on and they had this permission— but did not realize that they had it! They opened the luggage hatches of a French bus—and everything that was inside was stolen within short time, some things left lying on the ground …

Never in my short life had I an opportunity to see such scenes and I feel that this is just the beginning.

We have some pictures, taken at about the same time, on the border between Hungary and Austria. Thanks to Agent 6 for forwarding both the pix and the article.

Do you want your country to look like this? But, you say, it won't be in my backyard. They'll keep them in camps or settlements of some kind, maybe near the border or the airport or wherever they arrive. Oh yeah? Depends on where you live. Look around you!

These poor people are starving, we are told, fleeing war and persecution with no food and only the clothes they stand up in. We must feed them and clothe them! Oh yeah? Does this look like they're grateful for the food and clothing which the welcoming Austrians gave them?

"Fucking good name", say Austrians

Sorry to spoil the fun, but the proper German pronunciation of "Fucking" -- a village in Austria -- rhymes with "booking". Today, Franz Meindl, the Fucking mayor, has again denied reports that the good burgers (look it up) of his village were agitating for a name change.

Despite having a population of only 104, the village has become famous for its name in the English-speaking world. Its road signs are a popular visitor attraction, and were often stolen by souvenir-hunting tourists until 2005, when they were modified to be theft-resistant. If you want to have a try anyway, go north from Salzburg for about 21 miles, and you'll find the Fucking sign about 2.5 miles east of the German boarder. ["Border", surely! Ed.]

Burgermeister Franz Meindl dismissed news reports that residents were pushing to change the name to something less controversial. "I don't know where you're getting the idea that we want to change the Fucking name," the annoyed-sounding mayor told Reuters today. "A couple of years ago some people suggested alternate spellings like 'Fuking' or 'Fugging'. An Irishman suggested 'Fooking', the way it should be said. But nothing came of it."

It is believed that the settlement was founded in the 6th century by a Bavarian nobleman named Focko. The existence of the village was documented for the first time in 1070 and historical records show that some twenty years later the lord was Adalpert von Vukkingen. The spelling of the name has evolved over the years, having been spelled Fukching in 1303 and Fugkhing in 1532. The modern Fucking spelling dates from the 18th century.
