VIDEO: Meanwhile, in Poland, soccer fans welcome refugees

During Saturday's Polish Ekstraklasa match between Legia Warsaw and Zaglebie Lubin, this happened...

Legia Warsaw unveiled this huge "refugees welcome" banner, depicting Polish men with a hammer and a baseball bat and a woman holding a pig's head. The translation of their chant is "All of Poland sings with us. Refugees fuck off!"

The usual suspects (including those who posted this video) have condemned the bannit, and the 1000s of fans who sang along, as "racist", "disturbing", yada yada yada. I'm sure this kind of behaviour would likewise be founr "unacceptable, totally unacceptable" in western Europe and the AABC countries, which are being overrun even as we speak.

VIDEO: No April Fool gags, just straight talk from Michael Matt

YouTube is doing its best to put Michael Matt's videos in the shadows, the step just above banning them altogether. Just in case, Mr Matt and the good folks at RemnantTV have their own website up and running, and we're going to repost their videos here, occasionally, to encourage you to visit RemnantTV and sign up for regular notifications of the latest vids, because the truth is there.

In this episode of "the Editor's Desk" (posted on March 29th), Mr Michael J. Matt asks some timely and tough questions:
• Why does the Old Normal show no signs of returning, even though the vaccines are finally here? • Wasn't the point of masks and social distancing to flatten the curve and slow the spread until the vaccines were ready?
• Why does Dr. Fauci want us to keep wearing masks indefinitely?
• Whatever happened to all those ventilators Donald Trump manufactured by the millions last year? Were they ever used? Where did all the ventilators go?
• New York's Andy Cuomo introduces a Vaccination Passport app that will allow people to go back to Broadway shows, but wouldn't it be better to surgically insert microchips to keep us all even safer?
• Is Senator Rand Paul, the libertarian, onto something when he defends vaccination so long as it's not mandatory? Isn't that what Operation Warp Speed was all about, to provide the vaccine option so that the country go back to the Old Normal?
• Can Catholic Poland break through the mainstream media propaganda that "patriotism" and "Christianity" in Poland are just codewords for "racism" and "white supremacy"?

Walt really likes that last segment. Recent events in the Vatican, Eire and elsewhere in western Europe suggest that eastern Europe may turn out to be the last bastion of traditional Catholicism. God bless all who preach, teach and practise the Faith of our fathers!

Speaking of which... today is Holy Thursday. Except for Good Friday and Easter greetings, there will be no posts from Walt until the Tuesday of Easter Week. Go to church if the nanny state lets you!

VIDEO: Poland won't take Muslim illegal migrants - "Not even one!"

Channel 4 is a British "public-service" television broadcaster that joined the lamestream media in 1982. Although largely commercially self-funded, it is ultimately publicly owned, so, like PBS, slavishly follows the liberal progressive party line. Populism bad; Trump bad; racism bad. Merkel good; refugees good; multiculturalism wonderful!

One of Channel 4's featured propaganda pieces stars presenter Cathy Newman, who became famous a few months ago for a train-wreck interview with Canadian professor Jordan Peterson, who set her straight about what he (and real conservatives) believe.

A few days ago, Ms Newman interviewed Polish legislator Dominik Tarczyński on the subject of Europe's migrant crisis. Ms Newman called Mr Tarczyński a racist -- what else? -- for being happy that his government has refused to take a single illegal migrant, which is what his Law and Justice Party (Pis) promised before recent elections.

The Channel 4 presenter demanded to know how many "refugees" Poland had taken, to which Mr Tarczyński replied, "Zero."
"And you’re proud of that?" queried the obviously "triggered" interviewer.
"If you are asking me about Muslim illegal immigrants, none, not even one, will come to Poland," replied the adamant solon. "We took over two million Ukrainians — who are working, who are peaceful — in Poland. We will not receive even one Muslim, because this is what we promised.... This is why our government was elected; this is why Poland is so safe, this is why we have not had even one terror attack!"

Here's the video. As you watch, ask yourself who's smarter -- the Poles and President Trump or the leaders of western Europe and Canuckistan. Stupid question!

Polish patriots celebrate Independence Day

I admit to being bad on dates. Just terrible. Ask Mrs Walt and she'll tell you. [So will several of your agents! Ed.] Until being reminded this afternoon, I had forgotten that today was the 99th anniversary of Poland's rebirth as a nation in 1918, after having been wiped off the map for 123 years. So, even though it's late in the day, I and Poor Len Canayen [and Ed.! Ed.] wish the people of Poland HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!

News reports coming in on the AP mojo wire say that, without waiting for our good wishes, something like 60,000 Polish nationalists marched through the streets of Warsaw, under the slogan "We Want God", words from an old Polish hymn that President Trump quoted from during a visit earlier this year. They carried the white-and-red national flag and lit red flares, filling the night sky with a red glow, as can be seen in this photo.

In recent years, the march, organized by groups which in the decadent nations of the West would be called "white nationalist" or even "white supremacist", has become the largest Independence Day event in Poland, overshadowing official state observances and other patriotic events. Speakers addressing the crowd spoke of standing against liberals and defending Christian values. Some participants carried banners reading "White Europe of brotherly nations."

The march has become one of the largest such demonstrations in Europe. Today it drew nationalist leaders from other countries, including Tommy Robinson from the UK and Roberto Fiore from Italy. State broadcaster TVP called the event a "great march of patriots" which drew, for the most part, not extremists but regular Poles expressing their love of their country. "It was a beautiful sight," said Interior Minister Mariusz Blaszczak. "We are proud that so many Poles have decided to take part in a celebration connected to the Independence Day holiday."

Earlier in the day, President Andrzej Duda presided over state ceremonies also attended by European Union president Donald Tusk, a former Polish prime minister. Mr Duda oversaw ceremonies at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, walking past a military guard before the raising of the flags and cannon salute. After delivering a speech, he took part in a wreath-laying ceremony, kneeling and crossing himself at the monument to all unknown soldiers killed fighting for the country.

Walt hangs his head in shame that such a joyously patriotic celebration is unlikely to happen in Britain, Canada or the USA. Except for me and (I hope) you, dear reader, we Westerners have been brainwashed by the liberal politicians and the lamestream media into hating ourselves too much.

What your country looks like when "refugees" invade

Are we our brothers' keepers? European and North American governments keep telling us we are (somehow) responsible for the plight of the millions of Africans and Arabs washing up on the shores of Europe, that we have a humanitarian duty to feed them, clothe them, house them and make them feel welcome in our countries.

Here's a look at what happens when you open the floodgates -- the eye-witness report of Polish blogger Kamil Bulonis, describing what he saw as swarms of "refugees" poured across the Italian-Austrian border on September 5th.

Half an hour ago on the border between Italy and Austria I saw with my own eyes a great many immigrants … With all solidarity with people in difficult circumstances I have to say that what I saw arouses horror … This huge mass of people – sorry, that I’ll write this – but these are absolute savages … Vulgar, throwing bottles, shouting loudly "We want to Germany!" – and is Germany a paradise now?

I saw how they surrounded a car of an elderly Italian woman, pulled her by her hair out of the car and wanted to drive away in the car. They tried to overturn the bus in I travelled myself with a group of others. They were throwing shit at us, banging on the doors to force the driver to open them, spat at the windscreen … I ask for what purpose? How is this savagery to assimilate in Germany?

I felt for a moment like in a war … I really feel sorry for these people, but if they reached Poland – I do not think that they would get any understanding from us … We were waiting three hours at the border which ultimately could not cross.

Our whole group was transported back to Italy in a police-cordon. The bus is damaged, covered with shit, scratched, with broken windows. And this is supposed to be an idea for demographics? These big powerful hordes of savages?

Among them there were virtually no women, no children. The vast majority were aggressive young men … Just yesterday, while reading about them on all the websites I subconsciously felt compassion, worried about their fate but today after what I saw I am just afraid and yet I am happy that they did not choose our country as their destination. We Poles are simply not ready to accept these people – neither culturally nor financially. I do not know if anyone is ready. To the EU a pathology is marching which we had not yet a chance to ever see.

I can add that cars arrived with humanitarian aid – mainly food and water and they were just overturning those cars.

Through megaphones the Austrians announced that there is permission for them to cross the border -- they wanted to register them and let them go on -- but they did not understand these messages. They did not understand anything.

And this was the greatest horror … For among those few thousand people nobody understood Italian or English, or German, or Russian, or Spanish … What mattered was fist law… They fought for permission to move on and they had this permission— but did not realize that they had it! They opened the luggage hatches of a French bus—and everything that was inside was stolen within short time, some things left lying on the ground …

Never in my short life had I an opportunity to see such scenes and I feel that this is just the beginning.

We have some pictures, taken at about the same time, on the border between Hungary and Austria. Thanks to Agent 6 for forwarding both the pix and the article.

Do you want your country to look like this? But, you say, it won't be in my backyard. They'll keep them in camps or settlements of some kind, maybe near the border or the airport or wherever they arrive. Oh yeah? Depends on where you live. Look around you!

These poor people are starving, we are told, fleeing war and persecution with no food and only the clothes they stand up in. We must feed them and clothe them! Oh yeah? Does this look like they're grateful for the food and clothing which the welcoming Austrians gave them?

Hallowe'en greetings (ignore if you're Catholic)

Mr. and Mrs. Whiteman extend Hallowe'en greetings to all Walt's readers. Except maybe for traditional Catholics, as explained below. To the rest of you, then...

Note to Catholic readers: You realize of course that Hallowe'en is a celebration of paganism and the occult. It promotes diabolical behaviour and strictly observant Catholics shouldn't observe it. That (and only that) is the reason why Walt's log cabin is and will remain dark and undecorated. Don't come to me looking for teeth-rotting candies, razorblade-concealing apples or (especially) a donation for UNICEF.

I'm serious about the first part, though. So is Most Rev. Andrzej Dziega, Archbishop of Szczecin, Poland, who wrote in a letter to the faithful that under the appearance of innocent fun, Hallowe'en can be "destroying the spiritual life." Hallowe'en "tricks" hide "diabolical attitudes", the prelate said, by encouraging readiness to harm the others.

And the Archbishop of Warsaw, Most Rev. Kazimierz Nycz, said in a website message that Hallowe'en goes against the teaching of the Church by promoting the "occult and magic".

So, good Catholics, please keep in mind that "Hallowe'en" is derived from "All Hallows' Eve", the eve of All Saints' Day, which is a national holiday in predominantly Catholic Poland, and still a holy day of obligation throughout the Universal Church. See you in church.

Polish solon fined for politically incorrect joke

Reuters reports that a Polish legislator, Robert Wegrzyn of the ruling Civic Platform, apologized today for a joke he made about gays and lesbians. Here is the joke.

Asked yesterday by a TV commentator for his views on homosexuals forming legal civic partnerships, Mr. Wegrzyn said, “We can forget about gay men, but I would gladly watch lesbians.”

End of joke. Now for Walt's Polack joke of the day.
Question: How many Polacks does it take to tell a funny joke?
Answer: Obviously more than one.

Nevertheless... Mr. Wegrzyn's comments drew criticism from the usual gang of wimmin’s and LGTB groups, forcing Wegrzyn to say he was sorry for any offence he may have caused.

But, he added, “human beings are made in such a way that we should live in a partnership according to nature. If somebody wants to live differently, that’s his problem but he should not flaunt it.” No joke.
