"Allahu akbar!" in France - Anus horribilis!

The knife attack in New Zealand (see previous post) wasn't the only one noted in the media today. What follows is a short item seen on Breitbart News. Out of respect for Agent 2, we have avoided using a more common word to describe the orifice from which a Moroccan "irregular migrant" pulled a knife on police in Perpignan, France.

The Moroccan, whose name and religion were not disclosed by Inspector Clouseau, was arrested at Perpignan's main railway station after resisting border police attempts to pat  him down. After being taken to the cop shop, the Moroccan allegedly became aggravated and aggressive, flashing his genitals to female staff members and spitting several times on police officers.

Then, despite having been searched by police, the man managed to pull out a knife that was allegedly hidden in his anus, and threatened to harm himself while pointing the weapon at officers. The officers made attempts to negotiate with the Moroccan, but decided to subdue him with a taser. After the taser failed to have its desired effect, the migrant stabbed himself three times in the abdomen with the knife before he was disarmed.

The police union commented on the incident, as follows: "In recent years, our colleagues have increasingly been the target of hostile behaviour and aggression by foreigners in an irregular situation ready to do anything to avoid their deportation or placement in an administrative detention centre."

Wow! Who could have foreseen that?!

"Allahu akbar!" in New Zealand! Islamic extremist stabs "at least six"

Remember what happened in New Zealand on 15 March 2019? A lone Australian, Brenton Harrison Tarrant, entered two mosques in Christchurch during Friday prayers, and shot 51 Muslims deade, wounding another 40. He was vilified in media reports as a white supremacist, racist, Islamophobe, extremist, terrorist, part of the alt-right, yada yada yada. 

New Zealand's super-woke Prime Minister Jacinda "Karen" Ardern said it would be wrong even to say or print Mr Tarrant's name, and banned publication of the video and manifestor which he had posted online before the attack. He was subsequently sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole – the first such sentence ever imposed in New Zealand.

Today, in beautiful downtown Auckland, police on Friday shot and killed a knife-wielding "extremist" -- notice the words "Islamic" or "Muslim" have been omitted -- who was "known to authorities." Before being shot, the assailant wounded at least six people (three seriously), all the while yelling "Allahu akbar!"

The attacker, whom the Authorities would not identify by name, was one of the 100s of "refugees" New Zealand welcomed 10 years ago, supposedly fleeing persecution during the Sri Lankan civil war. He was inspired (they admit) by the Islamic State militant group and was being monitored constantly... although not so closely as to prevent the "incident". 

When asked if the attack could have been revenge for the 2019 mosque shootings, Prime Minister Ardern said it was not clear. "A violent extremist undertook a terrorist attack on innocent New Zealanders," she told the meeja. 

"He obviously was a supporter of ISIS ideology," said Karen, but the attack "was hateful, it was wrong. It was carried out by an individual, not a faith. It would be wrong to direct any frustration to anyone beyond this individual." Yeah, sure. 

Q.: How many Islamic extremists does it take to change a light bulb? 

A.: Two. One to change the bulb and one to praise Allah for this incredibly sophisticated science, which was known to Arabs long before infidels stole it from them. 

Q.: How many Islamic extremists does it take to attack (with intent to kill) six "infidels" in a rampage of stabbling? 

A.: Just one. 

Q.: How many Islamic extremists are included in the 1000s of followers of the Prophet that Sleepy Joe Biden and Justin "Blackie" Trudeau are sending into your community, right now? 

A.: Who knows? None of this latest horde of "refugees" are being screened. All are presumed to be victims of Taliban terror, not the kind of Muslim fanatics who believes that infidels should be killed wherever they may be found... even in faraway New Zealand.

"Allahu akbar!" in Kabul: 12 US service personnel reported dead

Breaking news from Afcrapistan is that two separate suicides bombings around Kabul airport have left at some 40 dead -- including 11 United States Marines and a USN medic -- and scores wounded and injured. Is anyone surprised?

The bombings occurred outside the airport, where large crowds of people trying to flee Afghanistan have gathered as they await flights out of the country. Western nations had warned earlier in the day of a possible attack there in the waning days of a massive airlift.

Earlier today, several countries urged people to avoid the airport, with one saying there was a threat of a suicide bombing. But just days before the evacuation effort is scheduled to end, few appeared to heed the warning.

Over the last week, the airport has been the scene of some of the most searing images of the chaotic end of America's longest war and the Taliban's takeover, as flight after flight took off carrying those who fear a return to the militant Muslims' brutal rule.

Already, some countries, inclluding Canada, have ended their evacuations and begun to withdraw their soldiers and diplomats, signalling the beginning of the end of one of history's largest airlifts. The last Canadian Armed Forces flight out left just a few hours before the bombings.

Suspicion for any attack targeting the crowds would likely fall on a splinter Islamic State group called ISIS-K, not the Taliban, who have been deployed at the airport's gates trying to control the mass of people. The Taliban have so far honoured a pledge not to attack Western forces during the evacuation, but insist that foreign troops must be out by Sleepy Joe Biden's self-imposed deadline of this coming Tuesday.

This Mohammed here has been identified as the perpetrator of the "martyrdom operation". 

He is now in Islamic Paradise, one presumes, being serviced by 72 virgins.

This debacle, 20 years in the making, is the fault of the total and ajbect failure or the foreign policies of the Paranoid States of America and its Western Allies. For two decades, the USA, under both Republican and Democratic presidents, has insisted that it had a responsibility to protect the poor people of not just Afghanistan but the entire Middle East, and that the best way to do that is to act as peacekeepers and "nation-builders". Ha!

I'll say once again that we set ourselves up to be referees in a Muslim civil war which was none of our business -- none whatever! This War for Nothing -- if I may coin a phrase -- has cost the Western nations 1000s of lives and billions of dollars. All for nothing. And now four more Americans are added to the casualty list. Will they be the last? Five days to go. Stay tuned.

"Allahu akbar!" in the UK. again, another case of "social isolation".

Just under a week ago, Walt told you about a Libyan asylum-seeker called Khairi Saadallah, who was (it seems) frustrated by the "social isolation" resulting from the Covid-19 lockdown in Not-so-great Britain, and took it out on a bunch of "protesters" gathered in Forbury Gardens, a public park in Reading, about 40 miles west of London. Three people were killed and three more wounded before Mr Saadallah was detained.

It has since emerged that the attacker, a devout follower of the Prophet Mohammed until he became a Baptist "in order to marry a white girl", had a thing about the alphabet people, something about their gayness being "unnatural" and "sinful", which "triggered" him since he saw the rainbow flag on display, this being "Gay Pride" month and all.

The official line, now, is that, while the killings were declared a suspected terrorist incident, mental health appeared to have been a significant factor. "Official documents" describe the new Christian's "various mental health issues", as well as struggles with debt, homelessness and alcohol abuse.

Let us see, now what excuse is offered for another sometime Muslim, a Sudanese national named Badradeen, who repeatedly complained about his living conditions in Glasgow's Park Inn hotel, which had been turned into a shelter for asylum-seekers, before going on a stabbing rampage, wounding six, before being shot dead by police on Friday. [Finally, one for our side! Ed.]

Mr Badradeen's erratic behavior allegedly prompted fellow hotel residents to report him to a British social worker. He arrived in the United Kingdom about six months ago, and started complaining almostimmediately about the food in the shelter, as well as the noise, threatening to attack fellow "refugees".

"He said that he was going to attack two guys in the room next to his because they're were making noise to deliberately annoy him," an asylum-seeker, identified only as Siraj, told the Daily Mail. Mr Siraj claimed that the Sudanese had also told him he was "fed up" and "very angry", and complained that there was "no daylight in his room." Several acquaintances interviewed by the tabloid believed that Mr Badradeen was gradually becoming insane and some had alerted the shelter staff, apparently to no avail.

"I think he was getting more mentally ill over the three months... He had gastric problems and had to isolate for around 20 days and his room had no light from a window," Nigerian-born Beatrice Onwuka said. She added the man had few friends, didn't speak much English, and ultimately changed his mind about seeking asylum in the UK.

"Authorities" now say... wait for it... that the sorry state Mr Badradeen allegedly found himself in might have been due to the measures the British government has taken to combat the corona virus pandemic. Asylum-seekers who had previously been living, as guests of British taxpayers, in apartments were moved to hotels during the pandemic. And instead of receiving money to buy food (or alcohol or drugs), they were forced to make do with three squares a day, served at the hotel. Many complained about getting the same food all the time, and Mr Badradeen said he was "very hungry" while living at the hotel.

Sky News reported that shortly before Friday's attack, Mr Badradeen phoned a "liaison officer" and an immigration lawyer. The lawyer promised to pass the man's concerns to the "safeguarding" team at the Home Office, which deals with protecting vulnerable people. The Home Office, responsible for the police, has not yet released the names of the vulnerable people injured by the attacker, except for the copper, who is said to be in critical but stable condition. Those injured in the rampage are believed to be residents and staff members of the hotel... sorry, shelter.

Mr Badreadeen was shot dead by police responding to the incident. The British "authorities" now say they are not treating the case as terrorism, just temporary insanity brought on by social isolation. Nothing Islamic about that, right?!

Berkshire stabbings: Not terrorism, just a reaction to "social isolation"

Did anyone actually hear the murderer yelling "Allahu akbar!"? OK, wait... Basic facts first. On Saturday evening, yet another BLM "protest" was held in Forbury Gardens, a public park in Reading, Berkshire, about 40 miles west of London. Nice place, or used to be when Walt was last there, a mere three decades ago. The oh-so-PC head of the local council authority told BBC-TV that the event "was a very well conducted peaceful demonstration", not connected in any way with what happened later.

What was he talking about? Some three hours after the "peaceful demonstration" wound up, a man ran into the park wielding a knife [scimitar? Ed.] with which he attacked "a number" of people, killing three and seriously wounding three more before being "detained" by the bobbies.

Inspector Knacker said there was nothing to suggest anyone else was involved and they were not hunting further suspects. Police and the government said the incident did not appear to be terrorism and they were keeping an open mind as to the motive, which they called "far from certain". But then, further details emerged....

The 25-year-old man detained at the scene was identified by "a Western security source, speaking on condition of anonymity" (so as not to be accused of stoking Islamophobia, no doubt) told Reuters that the man, who remains in police custody, is... wait for it... a Libyan asylum-seeker called Khairi Saadallah. His religion wasn't disclosed, but I think we can safely assume he's a follower of the Prophet.

As to his motivation, Nik Adams, the officer in charge of the police's anti-radicalisation programme said (following a similar attack in April) that social isolation during the coronavirus lockdown could make people more susceptible to being exploited by extremists. "Isolation may exacerbate grievances that make people more vulnerable to radicalisation -- such as financial insecurity or social alienation."

So Mr Saadallah, who at the moment is just "suspected" of murder, should not be pilloried for what he did. He's just another victom of corona virus, which, as is well known, is all the fault of Donald Trump. Case closed.

UPDATE ADDED @ 1245: AP reported this morning that British police have changed their minds and say... now... that the attack is being considered a terrorist attack... after all. They did not use words like "Muslim" or "Islamic" or "jihad". Oh my no!

The Press Association, Britain's national news agency, reported that a Reading man of the same name and age as the attacker now in custody was sentenced to two months in prison last year for assaulting an emergency worker. The same man was also charged last year with assaulting a judge who had sentenced him. Just a coincidence, probably. Lots of people named Khairi Saadallah live in Reading.

Further reading (added 22/6/20): Today the jihadi wannabe's brother told the British meeja that the triple-murderer was only defending himself against a racist attack! Don't you wish, racist English, that you could be the judge, rather than one of the liberals who now sit on the bench?

"Allahu akbar!" at home in Afghanistan -- dozens, including newborns, killed

For the last couple of months, the Covid-19 "crisis", aka the Dempanic, as been not just the top story in our (((controlled media))), but, it would seem, the only story. They are so busy signalling virtue and pointing fingers that they have no time or space to report on threats to our way of life greater than those posed by the corona virus or the Chinese.

I refer to the militant Muslims, the Islamic terrorists whose aim is to kill us infidels -- all of us -- and conquer the world for Allah and his prophet, Mohammed.

That the jihadis have not been more active in North America and Europe of late is due in no small part to the closing of borders, following the lead given by Still-President Trump. But just because the terrorists have to stay at home doesn't mean that they've declared a "pauses" in their activity. Instead, they are killing other citizens of their shithole countries -- the ones that don't share their particular brand of the "Religion of Peace" (TM).

Just this week, militant Islamists attacked a maternity hospital -- let me say that again: maternity hospital -- in beautiful downtown Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan. They killed 23 people, including two newborn babies, their mothers and an unspecified number of nurses. In the photo you see an Afghan soldier carrying in his arms the body of a dead baby.

Why would the jihadis attack a materntiy hospital? Because it's in Dashti Barchi, a mostly Shiite neighbourhood. The jihadis, you see, are Sunni Muslims. [Didn't Canuck PM Justin Trudeau say, "Sunni ways, my friends... Sunni ways."? Ed.] So the mothers were giving birth to little Muslims, OK, but not the right kind of Muslims!

No-one immediately claimed responsibility for the attack, but both the Taliban and the Islamic State frequently target Afghan military and security forces in Kabul, as well as civilians. The Taliban denied they were involved. In the past, most of the attacks in Dashti Barchi were carried out by ISIS. "Allahu akbar!!!"

Afghan and US officials have been telling us for months now that the ISIS affiliate in Afghanistan has been weakened as a result of relentless American bombing raids on the group's stronghold in eastern Nangarhar province, as well as military operations by Afghan security forces and attacks by ISIS' rivals, Taliban insurgents.

If you believe that, consider the evidence of a separate attack on the same day, in which a suicide bomber targeted the funeral in Khewa district of a local pro-government militia commander and former warlord who had died of a heart attack Monday night. 24 mourners were killed and  68 wounded.

The dead included Abdullah Lala Jan, a provincial council member, while his father Noor Agha, a lawmaker, was wounded in the attack. In a statement posted online late Tuesday, the Islamic State group claimed responsibility for the bombing.

And so it goes. Cradle to grave, the Islamic terrorists are determined to get ya! Yesterday Afghanistan, tomorrow... who knows?

"Allahu akbar!" attacks continue in spite of Covid-19

A crazed knifeman stabbed two people to death and injured seven others outside a bakery in Romans-sur-Isère, in southern France.

Witnesses said the attacker entered the tobacco shop shown above and stabbed the owners and a customer. He then went to a nearby butcher's shop and attacked more people. Witnessess say he was yelling "Allahu akbar!" as he wielded his weapon, but Inspector Clouseau says... wait for it... the motive for the attack is not clear. The words "Islamic" and "terrorism" are stricken from the vocabulary of today's Europe.

France's feckless Prime Minister Emmanuel Macaroni tweeted, "My thoughts are with the victims of the Romans-sur-Isère attack - the injured, their families." He promised light would be shed on "this odious act." Anti-terror police have not taken over the investigation, but said they were "monitoring developments."

According to French media, the suspect is a 33-year-old man who told police he was born in Sudan in 1987. He was not known to the police or intelligence services, news website France Bleu reported.

The flics attending the scene are wearing hazmat gear because all of France is under strict lockdown, because of the corona virus. All residents must stay inside except for essential outside activities such as shopping or going to the doctor. Apparently that didn't stop the jihadi. I suppose that, if nothing else, Mohammed -- just guessing his name -- could be charged with failure to practise "social distancing"!

"Allahu akbar!" in Paris... again...

The policewoman thoughtfully picking her nose [Just scratching, maybe? Ed.] is on the scene of what French prosecutors now call a "terror-related" knife attack yesterday, in the Paris suburb of Villejuif. (Translates as "Jewville" or "Jewtown".) The assailant killed one man and seriously wounded two other people in Hautes-Bruyères park before being shot by the flics.

At first the authorities tried the same spin that was used so effectively in the Toronto Danforth "incident" over a year ago, claiming that the attacker, whom they would not identify, was mentally deranged, and that his motive was unknown. Today, however, Inspector Clouseau said investigations over the past few hours revealed that the assailant had been "radicalized" and had prepared the attack as part of a "terrorist undertaking".

Notice that they refused to utter such words as "Muslim" or "Islamic". They didn't have to. The jig was up, so to speak, when local prosecutor Laure Beccuau said the 22-year-old man shouted "Allahu akbar!" -- "God is great!" in Arabic -- not once but several times during the attack.

In a completely unrelated story, official statistics released this week showed that Seine-Saint-Denis, to the north of Paris, is the third biggest département (a regional administrative division) of France, by population. It is also the poorest. And the site of one of the worst ghettos anywhere in the country.

Historically, Seine-Saint-Denis was not always so poor, and its largest city, Saint-Denis, used to be the place where Kings were crowned. That was a long time ago. Since then, it has been hit by mass immigration, economic crisis and a succession of Communist local governments. The flood of immigrants, mostly from the Muslim countries of north and central Africa, led to the building of "cités" -- cheap and large building complexes meant to house poor workers, and, later, severely impoverished populations outside of Paris. Cultural integration issues and economic crisis brought more poverty, and with it crime.

Police and firemen don't enter these cités any more, because it's too dangerous for them. Gangsters operate drug traffic there, using young men as their eyes and ears, sellers and henchmen. Those guys are uneducated, violent and will throw rocks or other projectiles at police and fire dpt vehicles if they breach territory. Media types with pale complexions enter the cités only to report the nasty news: rival gangs fighting, the occasional shooting, gang rape, and, of course, acts of Islamic terrorism.

UPDATED: Pensacola shooter was Saudi airman! 6 others detained

Cazart!!!

The gunman who opened fire inside a classroom at the US Naval Air Station at Pensacola FL this morning, killing three people and injuring seven others, was reportedly a Saudi aviation student. The suspect has not yet been identified by authorities, nor will they admit that the mass murder was an act of Islamist terrorism. But according to the Clinton News Network (!), the shooter was a member of the Saudi military who was in the United States for training.

The suspect fired a handgun in the attack, which played out over two floors in a classroom building at a base whose main function is training. The FBI has taken over investigation into the shooting. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis confirmed that the suspect was a Saudi national attending training at the base as part of a long-standing Navy program open to US allies, of which the medieval Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is one, apparently.

The motive for the violence was still under investigation. With his usual facility for ignoring the obvious, the Gov told the meeja, "There is obviously going to be a lot of questions about this individual being a foreign national, being a part of the Saudi Air Force and then to be here training on our soil. The government of Saudi Arabia needs to make things better for these victims. They are going to owe a debt here, given that this was one of their individuals."

Innocent question: Wasn't Pensacola "the cradle of aviation", where the 9/11 attackers (most of whom were Saudis) learned to fly planes into big buildings? Yet more of them are being allowed into the Paranoid States of America to learn the same things... for the same purpose??? Just askin'....

UPDATE ADDED 7/12/19: Late yesterday, Fox News reported that six (count `em, 6) Saudi nationals were detained for questioning Friday near the naval air station which was the site of the shootings. The FBI, which is leading the investigation into the shooting declined to reveal the identity of the shooter in the early stages of the investigation, but an unnamed US official told Fox News the gunman was an aviation student from Saudi Arabia named Mohammed Saeed Alshamrani. Ah yes, another "Mohammed" but of course his religion -- Muslims used to be called "Mohammedans" -- has nothing to do with his motives.

As the picture shows, the late Mohammed was a student in a US Navy training program for foreign military personnel. That program is aimed at "immersing international students in our US Navy training and culture" to help "build partnership capacity for both the present and for the years ahead," Commander Bill Gibson, the officer in charge, said in 2017. "These relationships are truly a win-win for everyone involved." Well, maybe not for those who were killed by Mohammed yesterday.

UPDATED: Allahu akbar! in London... now The Hague too!

Just when you thought it was safe to go outside again! After months of relative quiet, London has once again experienced the result of allowing hundreds of thousands of Muslim migrants to settle in one's country. Parts of central London are on lockdown, and Inspector Knacker of the Yard has declared an "isolated incident" on London Bridge this afternoon (GMT) a terror attack. Of course the authorities haven't used words like "Muslim" or "Islamist", but here's what we know so far.

A "person" started attacking people walking along London Bridge with a knife, before being shot by police on the north side of the bridge. Footage circulating on social media showed members of the public detaining the suspect and taking possession of a knife. Police confirmed that "a number of people have been stabbed."

The head of UK counter-terrorism policing told the meeja, "At approximately 2 PM today, police were called to a stabbing at a premises near London Bridge. Emergency services attended including officers from the City of London Police and Metropolitan Police. A male suspect was shot by specialist armed officers from City of London police and I can confirm that this suspect died at the scene." He added added that police "believe a device [apparently a suicide vest] that was strapped to the body of the suspect is a hoax explosive device."

Prime Minister Boris Johnson, Interior Minister "My Good Mrs" Patel and London Mayor Sadiq Khan all expressed concern and said they were being updated on developments. "We must — and we will — stay resolute in our determination to stand strong and united in the face of terror," said Mayor Khan. "Those who seek to attack us and divide us will never succeed." Mr Khan is a peaceful, moderate Muslim -- not the sort who would wage jihad on those who do not follow the Prophet.

No word yet as to the identity of the attacker, let alone his nationality, ethnicity or religious beliefs, or what he may have shouted just before he was sent to Paradise, where he's now being serviced by 72 virgins. Those who wish to bet that he was a British-born white Christian (or Jew) are invited to send their money by PayPal to the usual address. I'll pay 100 to 1 if that turns out to be the case.

UPDATE added at 1120: Word just in that two people have died from wounds inflicted by the attacker. Still no word on the perp's identity etc etc.

FURTHER UPDATE added at 1225: This just in on the Mojo wire: Dutch police said this afternoon (local time) that three people had been wounded in a stabbing on a shopping street in The Hague. Inspektor Klompen said they were seeking a man aged 45 to 50, and described him using a Dutch term often applied to people of North African descent. [Would anyone who speaks Dutch and can tell us the term please contact me. Ed.] Sounds like a jihadi copycat to me. Does that make me an Islamophobe?

VIDEO: "Allahu akbar!" encore à Paris - 4 policiers tués

First, the story the way the Clinton News Network told it at 1216 EDT today.

Four police employees were killed in a knife attack at Paris police headquarters on Thursday, according to city prosecutor Remy Heitz.
The three policemen and a female police administrative worker were killed by a fellow member of staff, who was later shot dead, authorities told CNN.
The incident took place inside the building, which is located near Notre Dame Cathedral on the Île de la Cité in central Paris.
One victim is undergoing surgery, said French Interior Minister Christophe Castaner. He did not elaborate on the victim's condition or injuries.
Castaner said the assailant was a 45-year-old man and had been an employee at the police station since 2003. There is no indication of a motive yet.

What M Castaner actually said, in a hastily-called presser, was that the attacker "n'avait jamais présenté de difficultés comportementales" ("had never shown any behavioural difficulties") or "le moindre signe d'alerte" ("the least warning sign").

For those who don't speak the language of Molière, the newsreader said investigators told reporters they are exploring the possibility of a personal conflict, and anti-terrorism prosecutors were following the dossier. Why? Because the attacker (now dead of lead poisoning) had converted to Islam 18 months ago. For the moment, she said, it is not known if there is any connection between the man's new-found religion and the attack. But Inspector Clouseau is working on it. Allahu akbar!? Voyons!

UPDATE ADDED 5/10/19: Suspicions confirmed! Jean-François Richard, the Paris prosecutor in charge of the investigation, told the press today that the perpetrator of the deadly knife attack "had likely contacts with members of the Salafist movement."

Salafism is a fundamentalist branch of Islam that has become tied to violent extremism through jihadist attacks and groups like Al-Qaeda and ISIS which adhere to its belief that Islam has strayed from its roots and must return to traditionalist teachings and practices. Such as? Well, the killing of "infidels", for one!

Islamic terrorists strike close to home -- theirs!

While we were waiting to see who was behind this weekends mass murders in El Paso and Dayton -- wondering if it was the work of terrorists (domestic or imported) or maybe just a couple of deranged individuals (as it turned out) -- the real terrorists, the jihadists, were in training in the Middle East. In Cairo, chief shithole of Egypt, to be specific.

Sadly for mearly two dozen Cairenes, their practice run -- moving a car full of explosives to the site of a planned attack -- didn't go off as planned. Or perhaps I should say it went off before it was planned, as the car exploded late Sunday night on the busy Corniche boulevard along the Nile River, setting other cars on fire, killing at least 20 and injuring at least 47, most of them Muslims. No cries of "Allahu akbar!" were heard, just a shout of "Oh shit!"

The massively weaponized vehicle [Hey! You learned a new word! Ed.] exploded near Egypt's main cancer hospital (pictured) shattering parts of the facade and some rooms inside and forcing the evacuation of dozens of patients. The hospital's main gate was damaged, along with several patient rooms and wards, according to a statement from Cairo University, whose medical school uses the institution as an educational facility. Windows and glass doors on the hospital building were shattered.

One patient told the meeja, "Parts of the ceiling of the hospital were collapsing as I got out of my room. People were running everywhere and shouting." The Egyptian Health Ministry did not say whether any patients or hospital staff were among the casualties. Another witness said that several vehicles on the street were damaged, burning those inside.

Inspector Mohammed Mohammed of the Cairo Police initially said the explosion was caused by a multi-vehicle accident. But today the Interior Ministry acknowledged that a car bomb was involved. The authorities accused a militant group known as Hasm, which has links to the outlawed Muslim Brotherhood, saying it was moving the car, which had been stolen months ago, to carry out an attack, errr, somewhere else.

The attack is the deadliest in Cairo since a bombing at a chapel adjacent to Egypt's main Coptic Christian cathedral killed 30 people during Sunday mass in December 2016. That attack was claimed by Egypt's affiliate of the ISIS group. For years, Egypt has battled Islamic militants, led by an ISIS affiliate, in the Sinai Peninsula. That insurgency has at times spilled over into other parts of the country. Smaller bombings, usually by roadside devices, have taken place more often, targeting security forces and in two cases tourists near the Pyramids. Car bombs, however, have been far rarer in the capital.

Revenge of the Muslims? Mass shooting on tram in Netherlands

CAVEAT! This is a breaking story. I'm trying not to jump to any conclusions here, just presenting the facts as known so far.

The small Dutch city of Utrecht, about 30 miles south of Amsterdam, was the scene of a terrorist attack this morning. Three people were killed and at least nine injured when a shooter opened fire inside a public tram (= steetcar/trolley, for our North American readers). A spokesthingy for the police told the meeja, "Several shots were fired in a tram and several people were injured. Helicopters are at the scene and no arrests have been made." He said nothing about the severity of the injuries or the status of the shooter.

Another spokesthingy said the suspect could have left the scene by car, and did not rule out the possibility that more than one person was involved. The shooter is still at large and there are reports of other shootings. So far there are no reports of anyone yelling "Allahu akbar!", but police say they are "considering" terrorism as a motive, and officials raised the region's threat level to "5" -- the highest.

Security was reportedly stepped up at mosques in the province as well, as the shooting comes only four days after mass shootings at two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand. That shooting was deemed a terrorist attack and the suspected shooter -- a white Australian -- allegedly posted a manifesto espousing anti-Muslim and anti-immigrant views. I think it's highly unlikely that the shooter in today's terrorist attack -- it's not too soon to use that phrase -- will turn out to be a white Australian, or a white anything-else. It's more likely, IMHO, that he will be a follower of the Prophet, a Muslim refugee or immigrant (of which the Netherlands has more than enough) intent on avenging the 50 Muslim refugees and asylum-seekers killed in NZ. Walt explains motive for the New Zealand attacks on Muslims

New Zealand! Whoda thunk it? Check any list of World's Most Boring Countries and you'll find New Zealand right up there in the top three with places like Canada and Norway. Nothing ever happened in New Zealand, until yesterday. And then...

In the NZ city of Christchurch, at least three white people, one of them an Australian, staged attacks on two mosques during Friday prayers, killing 49 Muslims and wounding nearly two dozen more. At least one of the attacks was live-streamed on social media. The Authorities, normally reluctant to characterize such occurrences when shouts of "Allahu akbar!" are heard, were quick to denounce yesterday's attacks as "right-wing extremist terrorism".

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern described the "incident" as "one of New Zealand's darkest days." Clichés about "thoughts and prayers" were immediately uttered by Paragons of Virtue (TM) around the world, including even President Trump. Police have asked mosques across the island nation to close, as a precautionary measure.

Three suspects are in custody, according to Inspector Knacker. One of them -- the Australian -- has been charged with murder. Now it's time to ask the Big Question: Why did they do it? Is it simple Islamophobia -- fear and loathing of Islam and followers of the Prophet? Walt thinks there's more to it... and, at the same time, less.

What we are seeing, today in New Zealand previously in Québec and other Western countries, is the extreme expression of anti-immigrant backlash. It didn't have to be Muslim immigrants. It could have been Hindus (like the Sri Lankan Tamils) or Christians (like the mostly Catholic Venezuelans who are flooding into Colombia) or Jews (like the so-called "black Jews" who are migrating from Africa to their "homeland" in Israel).

People who are the majority population of any country don't like the feeling of being invaded by hordes of aliens from shitholes, particularly when those aliens seem intent on bring their shit -- shit culture, shit habits, shit work ethic, etc -- with them.

Think, for example, about Sharia law -- the Islamic "justice" that punishes adultery by stoning and homosexuality by castration or even execution. Think about the Islamic culture that not only allows but encourages husbands and fathers to murder their wives and daughters for bringing dishonour on the family, e.g. by wearing blue jeans or not wearing Islamic head-covers. It's not hard to understand why citizens of Western countries say, "If you want to live in a place where those customs are normal, why don't you go back where you came from?!"

I don't condone the killing of innocent people, no matter whether it's four dozen Muslims or the 1000s of Christians killed by Islamic jihadists in the Middle East as well as Europe and countries of the West. But I do understand where the killers are coming from, so to speak.

What I don't understand is why hordes of Muslims are flooding into New Zealand, Australia, Canada, the UK and the USA. I mean... I understand it in the sense of, if I lived in a shithole like Pakistan, I'd try to worm my way into the USA too, especially if I didn't have to give up my religion and way of life.

But I don't understand why people would go where they are obviously not welcome. The signs, like the one illustrating this post, are there to be seen. Maybe attacks like yesterday's are just some misguided people's way of making the message even more plain.

Footnote: Seems I'm not the only one who had these thoughts. Today's Telegraph quotes Australian senator Fraser Anning as blaming the Christchurch terror attack on the "increasing Muslim presence" in Australia and New Zealand. "I am utterly opposed to any form of violence within our community, and I totally condemn the actions of the gunman," he said. "However, while this kind of violent vigilantism can never be justified, what it highlights is the growing fear within our community, both in Australia and New Zealand, of the increasing Muslim presence. The real cause of bloodshed on New Zealand streets today is the immigration program which allowed Muslim fanatics to migrate to New Zealand in the first place."

"Allahu akbar!" in Germany - cops arrest Iraqi "refugees" in bomb plot

If the headline bears a remarkable similarity to "'Allahu akbar!' in Canada - cops arrest Syrian 'refugees' in bomb plot" (WWW 25/1/19), that's because the story is virtually the same, except that the locale is City, Germany, and the number of "refugees" arrested is three instead of two.

German federal prosecutors announced yesterday that three Iraqi refugees have been arrested on suspicion of planning an Islamic extremist bomb attack. Die polizei said Shahin F. and Hersh F., both 23, and Rauf S., 36, were taken into custody in an early morning raid by a police SWAT team in the area of Dithmarschen, near the border with Denmark. German laws forbid the release of the last names of the jihadists, for reasons of political correctness.

The two younger men are suspected of preparing a bomb attack and violating weapons laws, and the older one is alleged to have aided them. A spokesthingy for the federal prosecutor's office said the men appear to have been in the early stages of planning. "We believe that Shahin F. and Hersh F. were firmly committed to carrying out an attack," she told reporters, "but...according to our information the concrete target and timing of the attack weren't determined yet." Oddly enough (?) that's exactly what the Mounties said in the Canadian case.

But the Germans went way farther than the ultra-PC Canucks, alleging the two men decided in late 2018 to "carry out an attack motivated by Islamic extremism in Germany." Imagine that! Unlike the mealy-mouthed Canucks, they actually used the words "Islamic" and "terrorists" in the same sentence! According to the spokesthingy, there are indications that they sympathized with ISIS, although there was no evidence so far that they were members of, or directed by Islamic extremists.

In December, the spokesthingy went on, Shahin F. downloaded instructions on how to build a bomb, and ordered a detonator from a contact person in Britain, but never got it as it was its delivery was stopped by Inspector Knacker of the Yard. At the same time, the two younger men carried out tests using about nine ounces of gunpowder extracted from New Year's fireworks, and asked Rauf S. to procure a firearm.

The head of the German federal police said a task force of around 200 investigators had searched properties in three states, while keeping a close eye on the suspects, who had refugee status under Angela Merkel's discredited Willkommenskultur policy. In a remarkable statement of the obvious, he told reporters "The case shows that the threat of Islamic terrorism is still present." Imagine that (again)!

It wasn't immediately clear when the suspects came to Germany. More than a million "refugees" and asylum-seekers entered Germany in 2015-16, most of them young followers of the prophet Mohammed from Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan. The involvement of several asylum-seekers in extremist attacks or plots has helped boost support for the anti-immigrant Alternativ für Deutschland (AfD) party.

Security authorities have thwarted several Islamic terrorist attacks in Germany since the killing of 12 innocent people when a truck mowed down people at Berlin's Christmas market in 2016. Yesterday's news is bound to be repeated. The barbarians are not just at the gates, but inside the gates, and there will be no getting them out now.

"Allahu akbar!" in Canada - cops arrest Syrian "refugees" in bomb plot

Cries of "Allahu akbar!" were not heard in Kington ON, because the Mounties, "assisted by the FBI", nipped in the bud a plot by followers of the Prophet Mohammed to "deliver, place, discharge or detonate an explosive or other lethal device...against a place of public use with the intent to cause death or serious bodily injury." That's one of the charges laid today against a "young person" who cannot be named or otherwise identified under the provisions of Canada's ultra-lax Youth Justice Act.

Police also charged the "young person" with knowingly facilitating a terrorist activity. Along with the lad (or ladette), Inspector Knacker also arrested an adult male whom CBC News, disregarding M-103, identifies as... wait for it... Hussam Eddin Alzahabi, a friend of the "young person".

Mr Alzahabi also happens to be a "refugee" whose family, originally from Syria, came to Canada in 2017, during Canuck Prime Minister Just In Trudeau's frantic campaign to bring more than 50,000 Syrian refugees to Canada through government and private sponsorships. (The Alzahabi family had actually been in Kuwait for 10 years, but that's not important.)

According to a bulletin posted to the website of a Kingston-area Catholic church detailing the journey of the Alzahabi family, the family's sponsorship application was approved in the spring of 2016, but the family was still awaiting its final security and health checks that fall due to the "overwhelming number of applicants." It appears that those checks may, errr, never have been completed.

Mr Alzahabi's father, Amin, told the meeja today that his son had been arrested but not charged. "I want to know where he is," the father said at his Kingston home. Professing astonishment at the arrest of his son, he went on to tell a CBC News interviewer, "They tell me they search about him about terrorists. I know my son, he didn't think about that. He like Canada. He like the safety in Canada. How could he think about that? It's fake news about my son. I trust my son. I know he cannot do anything against any human, humanity. They inspected everything from my house. They didn't find anything. I think this is not good."

"Not good" indeed! Looks bad at a time when immigration and border security are emerging as the ballot questions for this fall's general election. And don't think the Prime Minister's Office hasn't noticed. Speaking at a "town hall" meeting in Miramachi NB yesterday, Mr Socks warned voters to "be wary of fear-mongering about immigration". A young Syrian "refugee" then thanked him for allowing her family to come to Canada. Any suggestion that the PM was informed in advance of the pending arrest and that the Miramichi event was a lame attempt to get in front of the anti-immigrant, anti-Muslim backlash is of course nonsense, and deserving of prosecution. M-103!

Meanwhile, the Gliberal propaganda machine, in concert with the CBC and Canada's tame media [$650 million does a lot of taming! Ed.] are already working hard on damage control. At a presser this afternoon, Inspector Knacker of the RCMP said the investigation is still ongoing, and refused to comment on the ideological motivations of the people apprehended or say if they had any ties to foreign elements.

Elsewhere, Islamic community groups, mental health workers and police officers are meeting even as we speak to "calm fears and discuss ways to prevent an anti-Muslim, anti-immigrant backlash". See? Those are the CBC's words, not just Walt's! Bronek Korczynski, who led the Alzahabi family's sponsorship through Our Lady of Lourdes church, said the community groups that met today will attempt to head off rumours and spread the message that the alleged offences have nothing to do with Islam. Yeah. Right.

VIDEO: Why Walt doesn't fly any more - "Allahu akbar!" in the air

I used to be a frequent flyer, and I'm not just talking North America, but Europe, Asia and even the Dark Continent. Saw a lot of weird stuff, but never (thanks be to God) anything like this.



According to Aerotime News, this happened yesterday afternoon aboard a Boeing 737-800 operated by Transavia (the discount airline of Air France-KLM) as flight TO4118 from Paris Orly to Tunis Carthage International Airport.

Somewhere over Sardinia, the big guy with the beard, a Tunisian and a devout follower of the Prophet Mohammed, decided he wanted to go into the aisle of the aircraft to say his prayers. The cabin crew took a dim view of this -- perhaps luncheon was being served -- and wrestled the man, heard shouting "Allahu akbar!" to the deck.

You can also hear passengers shouoting, perhaps responding to the man's cries that he was Muslim like them and that they should help him! Aerotime News quotes local news outlet France Bleu as saying the cabin crew thought the man was heading for the cockpit and they'd better do something before there was an MH370-type incident.

After the man was subdued, the plane was diverted to the Nice-Côte d’Azur airport, where it landed safely. Although he fought furiously, again shouting "Allahu akbar", the passenger was arrested by the gendarmes and transported (at no extra charge) to the local hoosegow. However, "after medical examination, his health condition led to lifting custody in the prospect of forced hospitalization in a psychiatric facility," according to the city prosecutor.

The rest of the passengers spent the night in Nice before continuing their trip this morning. [Nice! Ed.]

VIDEO: Happy New Year, Manchester! - "Allahu akbar!"

While we in North America were getting ready to party last night, a man in Manchester (geddit?), England was arrested after stabbing three people at the city's Victoria train station. Inspector Knacker of the Greater Manchester police told the meeja that a man and woman in their fifties were taken to hospital with knife injuries. An officer with the British Transport Police also suffered a stab wound and received treatment at the scene.

Counter-terrorism authorities are leading the investigation into what police described as a "critical incident". Chief Constable Ian Hopkins said, "We are treating this as a terrorist investigation which is being led by counter terrorism officers with support from Greater Manchester Police." Notice, however, the omission of the words "ISIS", "Islamic" or "Muslim". The 25-year-old suspect, whom the coppers discreetly refused to name [Try "Mohammed". Ed.] is being questioned on suspicion of attempted murder... only that... in spite of having been heard yelling "Allahu akbar!" as he was being bundled into the Black Maria. Have a listen.



That man there, the one yelling "Allahu akbar!", is now being held in custody under the provisions of... wait for it... the Mental Health Act. There is still no word as to his ethnicity, status in the UK, or religion.

Readers will remember [We hope! Ed.] the Manchester massacre of May 2017 -- a bombing at an Ariana Grande concert in which nearly two dozen innocent people were killed and many more wounded by... wait for it (again)... Islamic terrorists whom the same police didn't identify as such until public pressure forced them to reveal the politically incorrect truth.

So begins 2019, another year just like last year, or possibly worse but certainly not better. (Lifetime pct .989.) And you will be there! That's the takeaway from "critical incidents" like this. No matter where you live in northern/western Europe, if you venture out into any public space -- a railway station, a market, a busy street -- you'd better watch your infidel ass. The jihadis really are out to get you!

UPDATED: Strasbourg shooter identity confirmed; sure enough...

It's now the morning after the Strasbourgh Christmas Market shooting, and Walt must admit to being only partly... OK, mostly right about the nationality, ethnicity and religion of the man who shot and killed three people in the French city yesterday. The Paris public prosecutor told the meeja that the assailant "previously known to police" is Chérif Chekatt, born in France of Arab parents. M Chekatt is a Muslim. Walt's lifetime pct .990.

It is also correct (if not politically correct) to call M Chekatt a terrorist... an Islamic terrorist. According to the authorities, he was already in the French government's "S-file" -- a security watchlist that is so big as to make it impossible to monitor all the potential threats. Police had raided M Chekatt's apartment yesterday morning, but, not finding him at home, turned their attention to other things. A few hours later, the follower of the Prophet was heard yelling "Allahu Akbar!" (= "God is great!") as he opened fire on people enjoying an evening out at the Christmas market.

The public prosecutor said two people were killed and one left brain-dead. Twelve were wounded, six seriously. M Chekatt did not return to his apartment, and is still at large. The Deputy Minister of the Interior acknowledged that he may no longer be in France. Where might he have gone? Belgium? Germany? Not-so-great Britain? Or maybe he has gone to claim asylum in Canada... Allah knows!

It's not until the last sentence that the PC state broadcaster gets around to telling us that "French investigators say Cherif C., who is of North African descent, was radicalized in prison and had been on a watch list as a potential security risk."

UPDATE ADDED 13/12/18: As of this morning (FMT), French authorities are still looking for M Chekatt. Where or where could he be? Meanwhile, Emperor Macron's government has asked the Yellow Vests protesters not to take to the streets again this weekend, because (they say) the security forces are stretched thin and stressed out because of the Strasbourg shooting and the ensuing (and ongoing) manhunt. How convenient!

UPDATED: Uh-oh! Shots ring out in French Christmas market, 4 killed

This is a breaking story. I'll update it as soon as my suspicions (and yours!) are either confirmed or denied.

A report coming in on the mojo wire from Thomson Reuters says that at least two people were killed and another eight wounded today in a shooting near a Christmas market in the eastern French city of Strasbourg. A local shopkeeper told a TV station, "There were gunshots and people running everywhere. It lasted about 10 minutes."

Police say the gunman is still at large. The French Minister of the Interior told the meeja the suspect has been identified and is known to have a criminal record. Thomson Reuters quotes a source at the local prosecutor's office as saying that an investigation is underway, and... wait for it... that the motive behind the shooting was not immediately clear.

A couple of paragraphs later, the wire service adds that France remains on high alert after a wave of attacks commissioned or inspired by Islamic State militants since early 2015, in which about 240 people have been killed. Hm.

They forgot to add that Christmas markets are favourite targets of the jihadis. Not quite two years ago, a follower of the Prophet drove a large truck into a Christmas market in the heart of Berlin, killing nine people and injuring many more, perhaps as many as 50. Watch this space to see if we'll be able to substitute the words "Allahu akbar!" for "Uh-oh!" in the headline.

UPDATED ADDED at 1630 FMT: French authorities now confirm that "at least four people" have been killed, with another half dozen wounded, and counting. The dead do not include the suspect, who they are saying is a "common criminal, known to police." While the flics hunt for him, parts of Strasbourg are on lockdown and a major security operation is underway around the city's famed Christmas market.

Walt asks, if the suspect is known to police, why aren't they telling us who he is? Is it possible he's a Muslim immigrant? What they do say is that the police counter-terrorism unit has taken over the investigation. I guess that's all the answer we need. But stay tuned anyway.
