While there, he will attempt to gauge the mood of voters in the Rust Belt, ahead of Tuesday's primaries. He anticipates being able to make a prediction on Wednesday. But, he cautions, he may be so charmed by the beauties of Buffalo in the spring that he may linger awhile.
