Well, it turns out that the folks at Benylin -- or their advertising agency, perhaps -- either do know the difference or are trying to have it both ways. Only yesterday, Walt saw a Benylin commercial, for "Mucus and Phlegm Relief". If I were going to buy an expectorant -- that's what it is -- I'd buy Benylin if only to support correct spelling.The Benylin ad, by the way, is not as emetic as the Buckley's ad. Here we see only a woman coughing up a loogie into ... errr ... the inside of her elbow. Apparently that's the way you're supposed to do it now. Enjoy your lunch.
