VIDEO: Democratic House candidate calls it what it is

Further to "Did you 'celebrate the power' today?", posted here just yesterday... More than one of our readers has congratulated us for resisting the cheap joke by not substituting, for the "the" in the headline, a two-syllable word which can refer to a cat or to the female pudendum.

We admit to shyness about using said word. After all, this is a family publication! Besides, we are not "male feminists", like Just In Trudeau, the former Governor of Canuckistan. Apparently feminists like to not only use the p-word but to shout it from the rooftops. One such is Michigan House candidate Shelby Campbell. Here's an actual video of Ms Campbell, posted on Libs of TikTok and reposted on Blazing Cat Fur.

We've only seen this clip, and hope there's not more. Kinda makes you want to run right out to the voting booth, doesn't it? Ms Campbell is a Democrat, running in Detroit's District 13.

VIDEO: ICYMI. Did you "celebrate the power" today?

Sorry we're late posting this, but today, May 31st was a very special day for Canadians who have, or would like to have if the Liberals would pay for the surgery, the appurtenances mentioned in this speech by Pam Damoff, Liberal Member of Parliament for a riding in the Greater Toronto Area.

We must apologize for not drawing your attention to this Very Special Day until now, its fifth anniversary. Honestly, we didn't know until Agent 6 alerted us this morning. Only in Canada you say? Pity!

Footnote: It's interesting that Ms Damoff and her party neglected the opportunity to decry the barbaric cultural practice beloved of the Prophet and his followers, i.e. female circumcision, aka female genital mutilation. Guess it's not an issue in those parts of Canada which haven't yet been overrun by the Islamist hordes.

Dr Jordan Peterson & Victor Davis Hanson talk to & about Charlie Kirk

There are times when the world is too much with us, and this weekend was one of those times. The tragic assassination of Charlie Kirk, cut down by a loonie leftist for daring to talk about his beliefs, filled my mind as well as the ether. I needed time to process what I was seeing, hearing and reading.

Rather than add my pitiful two cents worth, I'm reposting two excellent videos which appeared on YouTube. The first, featuring Victor Davis Henson talking about Charlie (I want to remember him as Charlie, not "Mr Kirk") with Hugh Hewitt, appeared on the 11th. The second is an interview with Charlie conducted by Dr Jordan Peterson on 19 March 2025.

The two videos, combined, give you all you need to know about Charlie, who is already being referred to, rightly, as a political, even a religious martyr. RIP. We send a big thank-you to Agent 6, for taking on Ed.'s role and providing us with the URLs.

Charlie Kirk had many friends and admirers, among them Victor Davis Hanson, who joined me today to talk about Charlie, what moved him, and what his assassination could portend for the U.S. Victor’s new book “The End of Everything” is the somber backdrop to yesterday tragedy.

Dr. Jordan B. Peterson engages in conversation with Charlie Kirk -- author, speaker, and founder and CEO of Turning Point USA. They delve into his emergence as a leading voice in the Conservative movement, his choice to bypass traditional higher education, and the early indicators of ideological bias in academia.

The discussion also addresses how the university system has not only tilted toward the hyper-feminine but has transformed into a large-scale scam. Additionally, they examine academia’s departure from timeless questions of good and evil, faith, and foundational philosophy, to a focus on Marxist economics and cultural capture.

In addition to his role at Turning Point USA, Charlie also served as the CEO and founder of Turning Point Action, a related entity operating under a 501(c)(4) status. Turning Point Action’s mission is to embolden the conservative base through grassroots activism and to provide voters with the necessary resources to elect true conservative leaders. Turning Point Action has earned recognition as one of the leading grassroots forces in the country today.

VIDEO: Last moments of Delta 4819 - Who was flying?

Less than three weeks after the horrific mid-air collision at DCA (Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport), Delta Connection flight 4819 -- a Bombardier CRJ900 operated by Endeavor Air, a subsidiary of Delta Airlines -- crashed on landing at YYZ (Pearson International Airport in Toronto), overturning and winding up upside down on the runway.

As we reported in the DCA story, there was a lot of speculation by people right up to President Trump that DEI -- Diversity, Equity and Inclusion -- was a contributing factor to the tragic accident. People said that either the air traffic controllers or the pilots of the military helicopter, or both, were (possibly) DEI hires, not competent to perform their assigned duties.

The same conclusions were jumped to in the aftermath of the crash of 4819, with people demanding to know who the pilots were and their qualifications and experience. In this video, which has received over 2.8 million views since it was posted eight days ago, Taking Off analyst Dan Millican reveals the identities of the pilots and details their qualifications. And he offers his best guess as to which of them -- the male or the female -- had the controls as the plane crashed and burned.

Miraculously, everyone on board Delta 4819 survived. Mr Millican points out that this was by the grace of God, not the actions of the "heroic pilots", as the plane would have been uncontrollable a second or two after crashing. And his guess as to who was in control is just that, a guess. Suspicions will be confirmed... or not... once the relevant inquiries have been held and their reports released.

Still... one has to wonder about the safety of American skies when people with minimal qualifications, if any, are hired on the basis of race, gender or other politically-determined criteria. Don't be fooled, people. Wokeism can kill!

VIDEO: The New World Order takes a massive hit in US election

It's almost two weeks since the Day of Reckoning and the shock waves are still rippling through the woke Western world. There is much tearing of hair, weeping, wailing and gnashing of teeth. Particularly amongst the feminist community of wimmin who (according to Bill Burr) started all t his woke nonsense.

In the latest episode of Remnant TV's "Underground", Michael Matt analyses the results of the 2024 election and concludes that, in the words of the leading leftist rag,  “Pro-Abort Politicians Biggest Losers of November Election”.

Well, those weren't really the words of the New York Times. Their headling read "Wishful Thinking on Abortion Politics". Abortion was the biggest loser of all in the November election. And the politicians who support the killing of innocent babies -- Mr Matt mentions "Commie Kamala" Harris, Hillary Clinton and Tampon Timmy Walz -- were the biggest losers.

The unlerlying message -- the key to this video -- is those three familiar words, now trending again: "Christ is King!" The war is on, and the New Woke Order has lost this round. Will it lose the war? That, Mr Matt says, is where we come in. We mustn't stop now. As President-Elect Trump says, "Fight! Fight! Fight!"

Note from Ed.: Try not to be so stricken with mirth by what Mr Matt calls Francis near the end that you stop listening to the message.

"Modern society is revolting..."

Modern society is revolting against God and his created order. In some ways, there's nothing new: "He was in the world, and the world was made by Him, and the world knew Him not. He came unto his own, and his own received Him not." (St. John 1:10-11 DRV)

In another way, the revolt seems to have arrived at its theoretical conclusion: we are the gods of our own creation.

Society accepts that humans can become animals; which was preceded by the idea animals are persons too; which was preceded by a rejection of human dignity (physician assisted suicide); Preceded by the rejection of sexual differences of male and female (gender ideology); preceded by the rejection of the nature of marriage (homosexual "marriage"); preceded by the rejection of heterosexual normalcy (gay rights);

Preceded by the rejection of the sanctity of human life (abortion); preceded by the rejection of the dignity of motherhood (feminism); preceded by the rejection of differentiated roles (women in the workforce); which was preceded by the rejection of the sanctity of marriage (legalized divorce); which was preceded by a rejection of the family as the unit of society (women's suffrage).

The descent has not been slow -- all these things (except perhaps women's suffrage) happened within living memory -- but it has been sure.

It only remains for the revolutionaries to eliminate the dissenters. Let them come. What can separate us from the love of God?

Canadian election: The Great Non-Debate - Part 2

We begin our commentary on last night's English-language Leaders' Debate with this quote from the Globe and Mail's TV critic, John Doyle. "What happened across multiple Canadian TV channels was the worst of the worst, an example of utter failure in Canadian television, and a disgraceful insult to the intelligence of viewers and voters. That was not a debate, it was a farce. The fact that the political leaders even agreed to participate in the format is an indictment of their collective intelligence."

Indeed. Maxime Bernier, leader of the People’s Party of Canada, should consider himself fortunate that he didn't meet the Leaders' Debates Commission's blatantly rigged criteria for participating. What was supposed to be a debate between the leaders of Canada's "main" political parties -- including the Greens, currently polling at about 3% -- turned into a shouting match between the leaders and a roster of female (and feminist) "journalists" determined to prove that they could be even tougher and nastier than any man.

To quote Mr Doyle again, "Moderator Shachi Kurl took the view that her job was to stop the leaders from talking." The result was something like a Canadian version of The View, or maybe Family Feud, since all of the leaders were part of the great liberal extended family. That includes Erin O'Toole (the leftmost one in the picture), who is only pretending to be a conservative.

Apparently (says Mr Doyle) the format was to sometimes allow a leader to answer a direct question but also allow hectoring interruptions from another speaker and, at that point, the original speaker was told to shut up. Mr Doyle says the only winner was the moderator's attitude.

It's hard to pick any highlights from the debate that never was, because the constant interruptions and arguments from the Ladeez destroyed what hockey commentators call "the flow of the game". As the topics moved through climate change, the inevitable and unending indigenous reconciliation, affordability and the kung flu pandemic, all five leaders defended their records and plans. But M Trudeau, who is seeking a third term as prime minister, faced the harshest scrutiny.

He suffered most from the strange format -- individual questions, than A vs B, then C vs D vs Ed, with which one is which changing every round -- left Mr Socks the target of the other four, with the ability to answer directly only part of the time. He tried to make up for that by interrupting anyway, even if he wasn't in the group of two or three who were supposed to be talking.

Thus, although as on the previous night he wound up with the most air time, Mr McBlackface once again declined to directly answer why he called an election amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, telling voters they must "make a choice" about which leader's plan is best for the future.

He was also forced to defend his record on sexual misconduct in the military, with Ms Kurly asking why he hadn't done anything about the "misogynist culture" that caused such incidents. Green leader Annamie Paul (who checks three boxes on the "victims" list) contended that M Trudeau is "not a real feminist", two high profile female ministers who left his cabinet. M Trudeau told Ms Pall that he "won't take any lessons on caucus management from you."

After Mr O'Tool accused the Liberal leader of failing to secure the release of "the two Michaels" who have been languishing in Chinese prisons for over 1000 days, Mr Socks said taking a more aggressive approach will not yield results. He delivered his best zinger of the evening, "You do not simply lob tomatoes across the Pacific."

As the topic moved to climate change, the leaders contended that their various plans to lower greenhouse gas emissions by various percentages were the right ones for Canada's future. None of them denied the premise of the topic -- that there is some kind of climate "crisis" -- or asked whether any human action can change the course of nature. Ms Paul and Mr Singh blamed M Trudeau for the forest fires in British Columbia, without explaining how their nebulous plans would prevent further fires, floods or other acts of God (or nature).

Asked by an indigenous voter why he should trust any of the leaders after "150-plus years of lies and abuse of my people," Mr McBlackface said his government has made progress, but the other leaders quickly pounced on his admission (on this and other issues) that there's "still a lot to be done."

That led  the pretend-conservative leader to accuse the (please God) soon-to-be-former prime minister of pretending to prioritize issues instead of following up with action. "He announces things, and never delivers," said Mr O'Tool. "A prime minister has to deliver on the words."

Indeed. It's not likely that Mr O'Tool, if he should prevail on September 20th, will be any better at delivering on his promises than was Mr Socks, but let's face it, he's the only one with a real chance of becoming the next Prime Minister of Canuckistan.

Dear Canadian friends! If you live in a riding where the Conservative candidate is in a close race, hold your nose and vote for him/her. If you're in a Québec riding where the Cons have little chance, vote for the PPC if they have a decent chance of winning, otherwise for the Bloc. In all other circumstances, cast your ballot for the only party that offers a real conservative alternative -- Maxime Bernier's People's Party of Canada.

VIDEO: Proud Boys founder Gavin McInnes sets the record straight

Gavin McInnes, the founder of Proud Boys, has been taking a lot of heat lately. His alleged organization -- which isn't an organization really -- has just been declared a terrorist organization by the alleged government of his native Canada

In addition to being labelled as terrorists, the Proud Boys and Mr McInnes are being demonized for being white supremacists, neo-Nazis,alt-right monsters, yada yada yada. In this video, which is nearly three years old, Gavin discusses his 15 most controversial moments (to that point).

In almost every case, he says, his destractors are taking a phrase or sentence completely out of context, and/or failing to recognize that he is indulging in the millennia old technique of hyperbole -- exaggerate for effect. In other words, what he says is not be be taken all that seriously.

Putting his self-defence another way -- and he would probably say that he wasn't defending himself, just explaining -- Mr McInnes likens himself to Walt's favourite stand-up comedian Bill Burr. What he and Bill do is to say out loud stuff that a large percentage of us "regular people" say in bars.

A few of the Proud Boys may be genuine right-wing fanatics, but Walt reminds those who are crying for the censorship of every expression of politically incorrect thought that there are plenty of loony left nutbars out there too.

Those who are already "beyond the fringe" don't need Gavin McInnes or (for that matter) President Trump to incite them to the acts of violence that may be characterized as "terrorism" (in the case of the right) or "mostly peaceful protests" in the case of Antifa and BLM.

VIDEOS: Proud Boys declared a terrorist organization (?!)

Yesterday, the Proud Boys, founded by Gavin McInnes, was declared a terrorist organization amid an apparent crackdown on far-right violence. The action was taken, the government says, because Proud Boys members allegedly [There's that word again. Read: Nothing's been proven in court. Ed] took part in the January 6th "mostly peaceful demonstration" on the Capitol of the Excited States of America.

So it's only reasonable that Sleepy Joe Biden's shiny new administration would take action to suppress the Proud Boys... right? Except that the "government" referred to in the first paragraph was that of Canada, Justin "Mr Socks" Trudeau, Prop.

What? Really?! Why would the Canucks do that, when the alleged "attack" happened in Washington DC, 455 miles (as the Jim Crow flies) from the World's Second-coldest Capital? Surely it can't be because the Proud Boys was founded by a certified Canajan hoser, Gavin McInnes, whose comments and videos have been referenced many times on WWW.

You'll have to look quick to find those that have survived the censorship of YouTube. Many, such as the one embedded in "Gavin McInnes calls Canada 'a fucking mess'" (WWW 15/1/17) have already been consigned to the "memory hole".

Apparently the alleged "terrorism" is related to activities against the US of A and its alleged government, and thus is not the business of Canadian politicians. Think again. On January 25th, Canuckistan's House of Commons passed a motion proposed by the pinko New Democratic Party (which has been propping up Blackie McBlackface's minority Liberal government) calling on the said government to list the Proud Boys as terrorists. And so it did, becoming the first government of any country, anywhere, to designate the Proud Boys as terrorists, along with the likes of Blood & Honour, Combat 18, Atomwaffen and the Base.

The Hon. Bill Blair, who jumped from being Toronto's police chief to "Public Safety Minister" of Canuckistan, told the lickspittle meeja the "listing process" had been underway for months and the decision was "based on evidence, intelligence and the law," not politics. Since 2018, he said, Canadian authorities have noticed "an escalation of violence by the Proud Boys", making the group a "growing concern."

Walt wonders if anyone has taken the time to look into the origins and objectives of the Proud Boys. According to founder Gavin McInnes, it is not anti-American or even anti-Canadian, although I'm sure he stands by his description of Canada as a "fucking mess". (It's worse now than it was three years ago.) In fact -- the real facts, not the fake news disseminated by the Gliberals -- the Proud Boys is all about protesting the feminist emasculation of Western men, and standing up for true masculinity. Here are two videos in which Mr McInnes puts the record straight, and we do mean straight.

What Mr McInnes says is evidently not heard by "terrorism experts", like Prof. Amarnath Amarasingam, of Queen's University in Kingston ON. (I wonder if the words "Tamil Eelam" mean anything to him. But I digest.)

Sez the perfesser, "While the Proud Boys designation is a bit surprising, the others were a long time coming. Atomwaffen and the Base are only growing in size and violent rhetoric. They are also openly trying to recruit among more general far-right movements. Many of these groups have grown in their threat precisely because they are able to operate out in the open in terms of fundraising and recruiting. The listing should make all of this harder to do with impunity."

Aha! There's the nub of it. It is not illegal in Canada... yet... to belong to the Proud Boys or any other designated terrorist group, but it is illegal to support them by donating money, or even by buying their merch. Yes folks, you can go to jail for buying a Proud Boys tractor cap, tee or toque... or anything like this... or this... Of course you won't find it on Amazon, even though (((Jeff Bezos))) has stepped down, and it probably won't be long before it disappears from eBay too. But keep looking, and be PROUD to wear it!

VIDEO: What was Bill Burr doing on "Saturday Night Live"?

Walt doesn't watch Saturday Night Live for obvious reasons -- there's enough anti-Trump propaganda on the news -- so was mildly surprised that they had Bill Burr on this weekend. I wondered if BB would dilute the vitriol in his usual routine to suit the tastes (read: prejudices) of SNL's New York liberal producers... and audience. Here's what happened.

Seemed to me that Mr Burr stayed more or less true to form. But so did the audience. He was dying out there! The American people -- those on the coasts, anyway -- are so woke that nothing is funny any more. Everything must be taken seriously, so you can't rag on gay pride, white women, "wokeness" or any of the liberal shibboleths and expect to not be the next victim of the cancel culture.

One of our assiduous readers commented, "I find the whole drift into swearing, open sex, and incorrectness sad." Maybe our reader never listened to one of Bill Burr's monologues before, but I have to tell you, this wasn't your normal Big Balls Billy speaking. Compared with something like "The Philadelphia Incident", he toned his act down for lamestream TV.

Even so, the usual suspects dropped the shithammer on him for being insensitive, politically incorrect, yada yada yada. But "Being furious about Bill Burr's caustic comedy is a waste of time", as the Globe and Mail's John Doyle wrote yesterday. For those who can't or won't punch through the paywall, here's part of his review.

Bill Burr...opts for that old-fashioned stance of reason over passion. Some comics are enraged by what they call "cancel culture" and deliberately provoke in order to push boundaries and buttons. Burr simply takes the view that, as he sees it, sensitivity issues have gone too far. He's a 52-year-old white guy, married to a Black woman, he tells jokes and acts for a living, and he's skeptical about a lot of things.

It's easy to take Burr's jokes out of context, string them together and paint a picture of him as a misogynist jerk. In a recent interview, he said, "Comedy is a pastime. The pastime is making fun of something you're not supposed to make fun of because that gives you a mental break from all the taxing crap you have to do. Not everything has to be important."

Bill Burr: Paper Tiger, taped at the Royal Albert Hall in London, is the most recent and a fascinating example of Burr's tactics, and it's especially trenchant because he's not talking to an American audience in the venue. He gets busy mocking feminism, the #MeToo movement and Michelle Obama.

Paper Tiger is where he is now. He's like someone who shed the straitjacket of insecurity about his role and his humour. He's not aiming to demolish the current culture of outrage and sensitivity. He sees it for what it is, a movement that sometimes puts passion over reason and his lived experience tells him to be skeptical. He's nobody's enemy and he's no destroyer. He's just saying that everything is flawed, including him.

Couldn't have said it better myself. [You can say that again. Ed.] I hope Bill Burr keeps talking. It's so good to hear someone say what so many of us are thinking, and if the "woke" types don't like it, that't too [expletive deleted. Ed.] bad!

Misogyny and homophobia is OK... but only if you're Muslim

Ed. here. Walt is still under the weather and Poor Len has his mind on other things (read: hockey) so to reward our faithful readers for visiting WWW today, I've found a good cartoon which points out the double standard of our media and politicians regarding the recent unpleasantness in Christchurch.

See yesterday's post's footnotes for more comments.

Speaking of New Zealand and the NZ Prime Minister's (I won't give her publicity by using her name) being over backwards (not frontwards) to be nice to Muslims, check out "Troubling signs New Zealand shooting is being used to turn my country into Islamic State". on Lifesite News 21/3/19. This pretty well sums it up.

Footnote: Mueller Report... I know... Unlike the lamestream media, Walt won't comment until after news (if any) is reported.

On this special day, Walt salutes wimmin!

Mrs Walt (who prefers "Mrs" to "Ms") reminds me that today is International Women's Day, or, as the ultra-PC spelling has it, "Wimmin's Day". That's great. I love women... much better than the alternatives. [Trannies? Sheep? Ed.] To prove it, I am happy to feature a fetching photo of Copper Wimmin, "three obstreperous young women ["wimmin"! Ed.] who set audiences on fire with their brilliant lyrics, haunting voices and fierce harmonies."

That description may have been taken from the cover of one of their CS, called "Womyn". Thought you'd like to see the cover art.

Thus endeth Walt's Salute to Wimmin. You're welcome.

Endnote: Readers who like both wimmin and bikes won't want to miss a series of photo images called "Wimmin on bikes". Click here to see #447. You're welcome (again).

VIDEOS: Trump emphasizes weakness of Ford's testimony. FBI report to find "no corroboration". Walt predicts Kavanagh confirmation

Triple headline today because I want to tie everything together so the inevitability of the confirmation of Brett Kavanagh as the next Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States will be apparent.

Let's start with President Trump's speech Tuesday night at a rally in Southaven MS. In the style of a trial lawyer addressing a jury, Mr Trump summarized the key questions and answers in the sworn testimony of Christine Blasey Ford, line by line, to show the total inadequacy of her recollection of the alleged assault for which Judge Kavanagh is being pilloried by the anti-Trumpers (whose real agenda is protecting Roe v. Wade and "abortion rights"). In case you missed it, here's the clip they're all talking about.

For speaking plainly and forcefully about the gaping holes in Ms Ford's story, POTUS is being criticized for being insensitive, callous, misogynist, yada yada yada. A Republican senator called his remarks "just plain wrong", without specifying (because she couldn't) what was wrong with what he said. Here's the response from the President's Press Secretary, Sarah Huckabee Sanders.

This morning it appears that President Trump was not wrong to suggest that the whole Ford assault affair, the whole he-said-she-said circus is nothing more than a Democratic Party tactic to delay the confirmation of Judge Kavanagh, and, in spite of all the sturm und drang, a dog that won't hunt.

The New York Times claims to have spoken late last night with an unnamed official (surprised?) who was briefed on the FBI's investigation into the allegations of Ms Ford (and two others), who told them that the report, now in the hands of the White House, found no corroboration of the sexual assault allegations.

The unnamed official said the FBI contacted ten people but interviewed nine in total, and that the White House concluded that the interviews didn't support the allegations. The Wall Street Journal, citing people who it said were "familiar with the matter" also reported that the White House found no corroboration.

Seems to me that should be about the end of it, even for the Republican ladies and Senator Flakey. Ms Ford has had her 15 minutes of fame. The Democrats got their investigation, and it came up with nothing. Nada. Zip. It will be hard, now, for the doubters to vote against confirmation, which could come as soon as the day after tomorrow. Lifetime pct .988.

Further viewing: Down in The Remnant Underground, Michael Matt has a wholly different take on the Kavanaugh nomination hearings. What he calls the "witch hunt" is all about one thing: liberal America's commitment to human sacrifice and moral chaos. Watch and think!

Canuck PM's "peoplekind" joke (?) proves "PC humour" an oxymoron

Canada's pussified Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, is being rightly ridiculed in his own and the other AABC countries for a remark he made during one of his recent "town hall meetings". Yes, we have the video. Here 'tis, [with apologies from Ed. if you couldn't see it before. Had to find a different source. Ed.]

You heard right. M Trudeau told the woman asking a question that she should say "peoplekind" instead of "mankind". He was taking questions from the usual gang of SJWs and other lefties at MacEwan University in Edmonton AB, as part of a cross-country tour which looks suspiciously like campaigning on the taxpayers' dime.

The questioner, one of the church ladies from the controversial feminist "World Mission Society of God", apparently wanted to make a point about volunteerism. She said, "We have received the Queen's Award in the UK; we have received many awards. However, unfortunately in Canada, our volunteering as a religious charitable organization is extremely difficult. We came here today to ask you to also look into the policies that religious charitable organizations have in our legislations [sic] so that it can also be changed because maternal love is the love that's going to change the future of mankind."

Then M Trudeau cut her off, saying, "We like to say 'peoplekind', not necessarily 'mankind', cause it's more inclusive." Seriously. That's what he said. Now that his horrible example of over-the-top political correctness has gone viral, he says it was just his attempt at a "dumb joke". If that's the case, the joke backfired on Hairboy, who has been mocked by commentators in the blogosphere and even in the (((controlled media))).

He has been accused of "manspaining feminism". And he has been called names, like "the Canadian Kim Kardashian". That epithet came from the pen (or keyboard) of Rita Panahiis, an American-born Iranian-Australian opinion columnist and critic of Islam. "'We like to say peoplekind, not necessarily mankind'," she wrote. in the Heraldsun. "That's one woke himbo." (A "himbo" is a male bimbo. Geddit?)

Well, Rita... we get the governments we deserve. The American people elected Donald Trump. And their smug neighbours to the north elected... Canada's Kim Kardashian. LMAO.

Footnote: Agent 3 reports that Her Britannic Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II (by her Canadian representative, the Governor-General) today gave Royal Assent to a bill changing the second line of the English version of O Canada (Canuckistan's national anthem) from "True patriot love, in all thy sons command" to "True patriot love, in all of us command". Let all peoplekind rejoice! (Walt likes the French lyrics much better!)

VIDEO: "Gotcha!" - Jordan Peterson ties feminist SJW in knots

Just two months ago, in "Hitler reacts to Canuck grad student thought crimes" (WWW 25/11/17 - includes hilarious video!) Walt introduced you to Professor Jordan Peterson, one of Canada’s most brilliant, courageous, and rigorous academics. Prof Peterson became a hero to conservatives and free speech advocates by declaring his refusal to use those stupid "transgender pronouns" -- "ze", "zer", "zis" etc -- or to speak words others insisted he speak.

Before the kerfuffle about Lindsay Shepherd'd censure by Wilfrid Laurier University for daring to show a portion of a debate featuring Prof Peterson to a class of impressionable university students (see post), Prof Peterson had himself been "urged" by his employer, the University of Toronto, to "stop making" remarks that would cause discomfort or offence to "transgenders" (read: transsexuals) or snowflakes of any kind.

The "pronoun wars", as they have become known, brought Professor Peterson to prominence. The over-the-top reaction to his standing up for free speech has given him an audience of millions and kept copies of his new book 12 Rules for Life: An Antidote to Chaos, near the top of best-seller lists the world over.

Earlier this month, while on the obligatory book tour, Professor Peterson submitted to a half-hour interview on Britain's Channel 4 in which he faced Cathy Newman, a very hostile feminist of the alt-left persuasion. on Britain’s Channel Four. Without getting as hysterically argumentative as his interlocutor, the professor answered her snide remarks and barbed questions on "gender equality", the male-female pay gap, our supposedly patriarchal society, and, inevitably, his alleged "transphobia".

The climax came at about the 23-minute mark, when Prof Peterson calmly countered her question as to why his right to freedom of speech should trump her "right not to be offended". His answer left the angry lady literally speechless. During the painful pause which followed, the professor exclaimed (quietly), "Ha! Gotcha!"

Here's the video, already viewed on YouTube by over 4 million people. You can fast forward to the fun part if you like, but Walt recommends watching the whole thing -- twice -- for a clear presentation of what's wrong with all the loony feminist claptrap that you hear everywhere (Step forward, Oprah and the wimmin on The View!) these days. If you have to spend more than 30 seconds in conversation with one of these raging feminists, make a few mental notes, so you can get her (or "zer"...whatever) to STFU without actually saying that!

VIDEO: Vote NO MA'AM!

There's a lesson for American voters in the current brouhaha between Canada and the EU over free trade. A couple of years ago, when Canada was under the dictatorship of Steve Harpoon, the Dear Leader drank the koolaid of globalization and started work on making a free trade deal with the European Union. The Canada-Europe Trade Agreement (CETA) was worked out, and endorsed by the Gliberal government of Justin Trudeau, which took power a year ago. Open trade and open borders are the kind of thing liberals love, and CETA fits their one-world agenda perfectly.

Fast forward to October of 2016, when CETA is due to be ratified by the member states of the EU, all 28 of them. 27 countries fell into line without any fuss. And then there was Belgium. That country is divided more or less in half by language and ethnicity. The southern half, Wallonia, is home to French-speaking Walloons. (Gotta love that name.) The Walloons, it turns out, think increasing globalization is not a good idea. Gives too much power to multinationals, you see. The parliament of Wallonia passed a resolution against CETA last Friday, so Belgium's federal government is unable to give its consent.

Enter Canada's International Trade Minister, Chrystia Freeland, who was sent to Brussels to tweak the deal a little bit and so persuade the stubborn Walloons to change their minds. As Walt pointed out in April, Ms Freeland is a certified and certifiable member of the liberal elite. She is the spoiled child of privilege, the type who feels she is entitled to her entitlements, such as spending $6000 of taxpayers' money to hire a photographer to record her presence at a trade summit in Paris, or swanning around the world -- first class, of course -- preaching the benefits of globalization, free trade agreements and helping all the poor people of the Third World.

When the Walloons failed to succumb to Ms Freeland's charm (?) offensive, she threw a hissy fit, storming out of the meeting room to tell the meeja "These people are impossible! I'm going home to my children!" Well, at least she didn't call the Walloons "deplorable", but she's the sort of liberal feminist who might have used that word. Just like... you know who!

Walt asks the MEN of America, do you want to be ruled for the next four years by the gender warriors --  WIMMIN like (((Madeleine Albright))), Elizabeth Warren, Justice (((Ruth Bader Ginsburg))) and... you know who?! NO?! Better join NO MA'AM -- the National Organization of Men Against Amazonian Masterhood. When the existence of this organization was revealed on Married With Children (watch the video below), you probably thought it was just a joke. It's no joke now! Vote accordingly!

VIDEO: Gavin McInnes sez Hillary Clinton = Tony Soprano

Well, it's Labour Day (or Labor Day, if you prefer). Time to get back to work. I admit that I haven't done a lot of writing this past month. But I've done a lot of watching. Just this week I came across this fine Gavin McInnes clip show on the subject of the woman who has the best shot at being the next POTUS... if American voters don't wise up.

Footnote: Mr McInnes mentions the name of one of Walt's agents. Let's hope no-one makes the connection.

VIDEO: Carly Fiorina chosen by Cruz, breaks into song!

Never before in the history of WWW -- over six years now and counting -- have we reposted one of Stephen Colbert's bits, but this one is just too good. Really it doesn't even need the set-up.

Ted Cruz Announces His Losing Mate by lateshowwithstephencolbert

Is it possible that Carly Fiorina could ever have been taken seriously by anyone as a candidate for the presidensity? Or as CEO of a multi-billion dollar multinational corporation for that matter. But hey, as Canuck PM Justin Trudeau said when he apportioned his cabinet equally between women and men, "It's 2015!"

Having gender parity in a cabinet. What an idea! Isn't that what Hellery Clinton is proposing, as if she thought of it all by herself? Maybe she could make Ms Fiorina Secretary of... errr... well... errr...

FREE: "Pope Benedict, 'Gender Theory' and the Threat to Civilization"

Ed. here, with a special FREE offer for our Catholic readers and for all who are concerned about the degradation of our Christian values and society -- Western civilization itself.

A friend has sent us a pamphlet published this month by the Fatima Center entitled "Pope Benedict, 'Gender Theory' and the Threat to Civilization". Here are the two introductory paragraphs.

Pope Benedict XVI, in his 2012 Christmas address to the Roman Curia, warned against what is called "gender theory". This theory, which coincides with the rise of homosexuality in society, claims there is no such thing as a God-given masculine nature or a feminine nature. Individuals are free to choose and remake their gender.

The acceptance of such theories not only defies God and nature, but gives rise to the persecution of Christians, and of anyone who opposes the pro-homosexual program....

The section headings which follow include: Nature Defied; The Family Threatened; Normal People Bullied; and Persecution and Punishment.

The entire article is too long for us to republish here on WWW, but we are converting it to a .pdf file (less than 1 MB), which we will e-mail to you, FREE. All you have to do is e-mail us your request.

We won't save or sell your e-mail address. You won't receive any follow-up mailings, requests for money, or spam. We make this offer only because we feel this message MUST be circulated to all Christians concerned for the future of our society.

Footnote: Those who were scandalized, earlier this month, by the political correctness of school authorities in Hillsboro MO in allowing "Lila", a self-proclaimed "transgendered" girl, to use the female lockers and toilets in "her" school will find this article of great interest. It is also relevant to Ontario parents fighting the provincial government's new pro-LGBT sex education curriculum.

"Naked" women's cycling team uniforms raise eyebrows (etc)

The Giro di Toscana, Italy's annual "Tour of Tuscany" bicycle race, should draw more attention than usual this year, if only for the unusual competition uniforms to be sported by the team from Colombia, shown below.

Walt predicts onlookers will onlook twice, or three times, or more, as these ladies pass by. What you see is -- need it be said -- just a design painted on their one-piece speedos. Still, the uniforms are certainly eye-catching, aren't they? [What do they look like from the back? Ed.]

The Colombian team is sponsored by the capital city of Bogota, and backed by the Colombian government. Does this mean that sexism is still alive and well -- officially endorsed, even -- in Latin America? Protests from the usual wimmin's groups are expected within the hour.
