VIDEO: How you can help make the voice of Catholic Tradition stronger

We have received an email from our old friend Michael Matt, editor of The Remnant newspaper. Many times in the past WWW has featured one of Mr Matt's excellent videos. The burden of this message is that "Remnant Underground" has struggled mightily to stay (uncensored) on YourTube. But the full, uncut version is available on Remnant TV. Mr Matt explains... 

I founded Remnant TV as part of our larger effort to reach the many millions of Catholics who’d begun to feel disenfranchised by the post-Conciliar Church. Along with one of my nephews and my then-teenaged son, Walter, I established The Remnant’s YouTube channel, which today can boast some 270,000 subscribers, nine hundred videos, and 37,000,000 views.

All was well until the Great Censorship Campaign of 2020 when the Gods of Big Tech – bowing to the demands of their Globalist overlords – elected to cancel free speech in the name of the “health and safety guidelines” established by the World Health Organization. Not surprisingly, Remnant TV’s YouTube channel was summarily demonetized, and it became clear to those who’d remained awake – not woke – that independent thinking was to become a casualty of Cancel Culture. 

And nowhere was this made more evident than on YouTube, where doctors, journalists, critical thinkers of all stripes were silenced by the masked-up champions of a warp-speed “vaccine” and a global lockdown. Initially, Remnant TV’s YouTube channel survived, after a fashion, but we could feel the noose tightening. Our time to go came in August of 2020 when one of my videos went viral. 

It was called, “THE GREAT RESET: Davos & the Plot to Cancel Trump,” it reached millions of viewers, and set up our channel for the purge. Soon thereafter, YouTube deleted my second viral video, “CORONAVIRUS: Globalism’s Perfect Storm” and although we were allowed back after one week, it was clear that the algorithms were now very much stacked against my channel. We were being shadow banned on a weekly basis, and many of our 270,000 subscribers were being kept in the dark when it came to RTV’s regular postings.

With the handwriting scrawled all over the wall, I determined to create a completely independent video platform, which included renting our own Content Delivery Networks (CDN) here at home and also in Europe. This is not cheap, but it’s absolutely essential if we’re to remain out of the control of Big Tech. The success of our privately-funded video platform – Remnant-TV.com – hinged on total independence from Amazon servers, something most alternative platforms use (including Rumble, by the way).

Believe it or not, I faced one surprising challenge: Since Big Tech offers a wide variety of the best bells, whistles, and options in the business, many good people were not eager to leave the mainstream platforms. It became necessary for me to convince my followers to support something not many content creators had even attempted – a completely independent and privately-funded platform. 

And today – three years later and with your support – I am happy to confirm that it worked. Remnant TV can boast ten million views with a functionality and user-friendly application unsurpassed by any other privately funded video player. And for that I thank God and I thank you for making Remnant TV a success.

So today – with the 2024 election year upon us and another Big Tech crackdown looming – I want to ask your help to push this project over the last hurtle. What I need more than anything else is help getting the word out to patriots and traditional Catholics everywhere that Remnant TV is now in a position to provide totally uncensored truth and analysis on its own platform.

VIDEO: Michael Matt's take on Russia's invasion of Ukraine

In this morning's post, I quoted an e-mail received from Michael Matt, editor of The Remnant newspaper, in which he comments on the Vatican's annouoncement that Pope Francis will, on March 25th, consecrate Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. He wonders, as do Walt and many others, whether Francis will effect the Consecration in the manner requested by Our Lady of Fatima, so as to obtain the conversion of Russia aqnd bring the world a period of peace. 

A day before the Vatican's announcement, Mr Matt recorded "Crisis in Ukraine: What's Really Going On" - the latest episode of The Underground, posted on Remnant TV. Please listen carefully to the caveat at the beginning of this video. Mr Matt is not for Putin or Russia, nor is he against the Ukrainian people (although their government is another matter). What Mr Matt is against is the suicidal rush to start a war between Russia and the West! Listen up!

IMHO (and that of Dr Ron Paul and many others), we must not allow our liberal politicians and their lickspittle media to lead us into the trap set for us by the Soros-led globalist elites. The way to help the Ukrainian people is not by attacking the Russians and starting a nuclear* war. 

By all means do whatever you can to help Ukrainians resist the Russian invaders, and survive the humanitarian disaster now unfolding. But don't make things worse by waging war against Russia on Ukrainian soil. There's an African saying: when two elephants fight, the grass gets trampled.

If you love your country as much as the Ukrainians love theirs, pray for peace. And if, as we believe, the Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary can bring that sbout, pray that Pope Francis does it, and does it in the manner the Blessed Virgin Mary requested. Our Lady of Fatima, pray for us!

* Footnote: I don't like to be that guy [Go on! You love it! Ed.] but can the USA's ambassador to the United Nations not learn how to pronounce "nuclear" correctly? It's not "nu-cu-ler", the way Homer Simpson says it, but "nu-cle-ar". Clear?

Notes and thoughts re Consecration of Russia & Ukraine

The mojo wire has been humming since we posted "At last???!!!! Pope Francis to consecrate Russia and Ukraine to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, as requested by Our Lady of Fatima", yesterday afternoon. Although the lamestream media, dominated by secular humanists who know next to nothing of Christianity, Catholicism and the Fatima apparitions, have ignored this story, the  Consecration is an event that has been awaited and prayed for for 105 yeares. Attention must be paid!

An assiduous reader wonders why Pope Francis intends to consecrate "both Russia and Ukraine" to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. "Didn't Our Lady of Fatima request just the consecration of Russia?"

The short answer is that when the Blessed Virgin appeared to the three seers in 1917, the Bolshevik revolution had not yet taken place, and Ukraine was still a part of the Russian empire. An independent republic was proclaimed in 1918, but died aborning. By the time Sister Lucia saw Our Lady again in 1929 (see below), Ukraine had been part of the USSR for a decade. So, the "Russia" in Our Lady's message included Ukraine.

Walt has received an email from Michael Matt, editor of The Remnant newspaper, whose videos we often repost here. Mr Matt writes:

While I am relieved that he’s not consecrating Russia and Ukraine to Pachamama, I nevertheless do have one question: No matter where you come down on the Crisis in Ukraine, can you think of a more perfect opportunity than this for the Pope, united with all his bishops, to finally and at long last consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary? 

It would be so easy to finally do it right. Why now? Well, perhaps a better question is: Why not now? The eyes (and the wrath) of the world are focused on Russia. The consecration would not upset any of the Vatican's precious "dialogue partners". 

Even the world's hapless bishops would go along with it this time since their partners in media and government would certainly have no problem with it. Why not? Well, Russia, Russia, RUSSIA! It's a win/win for everybody! So why not just do it right? It's as if the Vatican will do almost anything to not obey the Mother of God's very specific requests. 

Mr Matt is referring to the specifics of Our Lady's Apparition at Tuy (Spain) in 1929, in which She told Sister Lucia, "The moment has come in which God asks the Holy Father to make, in union with all the bishops of the world, the consecration of Russia to My Immaculate Heart, promising to save it by this means. So numerous are the souls which the justice of God condemns for sins committed against Me, that I come to ask for reparation. Sacrifice yourself for this intention and pray."

The emphasis is mine. Pope Francis has not commanded "all the bishops of the world" to join in his consecration. The Vatican has only said that "the same act, on the same day, will be carried out in Fatima by His Eminence Cardinal Krajewski, Apostolic Almoner, as envoy of the Holy Father."

The late Fr Nicholas Gruner, founder of the Fatima Center, once told one of Walt's agents that he (Father Gruner) thought the then pope (John Paul II) was afraid to order the bishops to join him when he did the flawed consecration of the world (not Russia, specifically) in 1984, for fear that not all the bishops would obey.

I do not wish to impute motives to Pope Francis, but there will be those who will suggest that the pope is stopping short of ordering all the bishops to join him, in case his consecration doesn't produce the desired result! He would then be able to say that he did the best he could, in the circumstances.

But let us not get ahead of ourselves. Let us be both faithful -- full of faith! -- and optimistic, confident in God's mercy and love for those who love Him. Our Lady of Fatima, pray for us!

We must all pray and contact our bishops, asking that they join in the Pope's consecration of Russia and so fulfil the request of Our Lady of Fatima. Walt recommends the novena started by LifeSite News, for Pope Francis to consecrate Russia as Our Lady asked.

VIDEO: For the sake of civilization, Francis must be stopped!

Jorge Bergoglio, the man who calls himself "Pope Francis", must be stopped. That's the message in the latest video from Michael Matt, editor of the Remnant newspaper. Whether or not you’re a Catholic, I urge you to pay attention to Mr Matt's plea. It's not just about rescuing Holy Mother Church from the haqndes of the globalists, but about saving civilization, by which we mean Western/Christian civilization. 

Christian patriots of every denomination have a common enemy -- the cabal of globalist one-worlders. Their worldview is antithetical to the worldview of Christianity, which is why they are the obedient servants, not of Jesus Christ, but of population controllers, climate change fanatics, and globalist operatives such as Klaus Schwab, Bill Gates, and George Soros. 

Theologians are examining the options for how to remove an evil man intenton gaining total control of the Catholic Church. But in the meantime, resistance is key and not just from Catholics. All those who understand the power and influence of the Catholic Church on geopolitics will recognize how perilous the situation is. 

Mr Matt is at the forefront of a rapidly growing movement of Catholic traditionalists, including YVT, who make this appeal for the sake of Christian civilization as a whole. Powerful globalist entities are still hell bent on co-opting the Catholic Church, with Her two billion adherents worldwide, because they know very well that if the Church blesses and approves their diabolical plan to take over the world, there will be little to no opposition to their geopolitical agenda. 

Francis is key to the globalist vision for humanity. So even if we wanted to leave the Church (which we do not!), that would not help the situation, since there would then be even less opposition from within. We must stay on in order to expose and oppose these infiltrators. And with God's help, that’s exactly what we intend to do!

Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; and do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan and all evil spirits who wander through the world for the ruin of souls. Amen.

VIDEO: Michael Matt: Time to talk about reality - a country in chaos

Much as I admire and agree with Dr Taylor Marshall's call to not give up, to stand up and fight -- see our last post yesterday -- I think it's time to take a long hard look at things in the cold light of dawn. As I write -- the sun has not yet come up -- it seems as if Still-President Trump needs to win Pennsylvania, Georgia and North Carolina (where mail-in ballot fraud threatens to overturn his narrow lead) and one of Nevada or Arizona.

The lamestream media declared Arizona for Old Joe just past midnight November 4th, even though hundreds of thousands of ballots hadn't been counted and there were long lines of Trump supporters waiting to vote. That shows you what a tough fight this has been and will be.

So let's say, for the sake of argument, that Vice-President Biden gets to delete the "vice" from his title -- leave the vice to his minions -- and moves into the White House on January 21st. Is it the end of the world? No. The Republicans still control the Senate, and there is a conservative/originalist majority on the Supreme Court, so there will be checks on the socialist, one-world, secular humanist craziness of Bernie Sanders, Kamala Harris and the Squad. Thank God for that.

But we can't stop fighting and leave the protection of Christian values and Western freedoms to the Senate and SCOTUS. Dr Taylor was not wrong to say we must go on fighting, not just until the theft of the election is confirmed, but for at least the next four years, until the American people see their mistake and get a chance to rectify it at the polls.

Just released this evening! Michael Matt, Editor of The Remnant newspaper, discusses the rapidly deteriorating situation in what he calls "the People's Republic of Canada". (Walt's term is "Canuckistan"). The Canadian sheeple, who have drunk deep from Mr Socks' chalice of liberal progressive Koolaid, are already getting used to the idea of checkpoints on their highways and "isolation camps" (read: gulags) for those who won't wear their masks and generally obey Big Brother's rules.

VIDEO: "Today the Church of Rome finds itself in...spiritual collapse"

That's not Walt speaking, nor even our old friend Michael Matt, editor of The Remnant newspaper. That's the Most Rev. Athanasius Schneider, the auxiliary Bishop of Astana, Kazakhstan. Bishop Schneider gave a lengthy interview to The Remnant in which he discussed, amongst other things, Fratelli Tutti, the latest encyclical issued by Jorge Bergoglio, who some still call "Pope Francis".

In this short(ish) video, John-Henry Westen, of LifeSite News, presents the highlights of the interview. Bishop Schneider joins the chorus of traditional Catholics dismayed by Francis' apparent interest in worldly affairs, rather than the salvation of souls. Fratelli Tutti is all about the brotherhood of man (as the Freemasons say!), with barely a passing reference to God or His Son. Bishop Schneider says the encyclical "lacks a clearly supernatural horizon."

Listen and learn more about the things Francis says which aren't Catholic at all, but a big steaming load of new-age, one-world, secular humanist... nonsense.

VIDEO: Michael Matt refutes claim that The Remnant is too political

Seems we're all pretty much agreed to forget about the Not-so-great Debate. And now that Still-President Trump and the First Lady have been diagnosed with Covid-19, and won't be able to get out on the hustings for a couple of weeks, we need to talk about "politics beyond Trump". There are other things going on!

There are some in the Catholic Church who think that religion and politics shouldn't be mixed. Some are critical of The Remnant newspaper and editor Michael Matt for campaigning for the re-election of President Trump. But they need to learn something from Pope Bergoglio. In today's world, especially in the Excited States of America, religion and politics cannot be separated!

Almost every major issue in the 2020 election has religious overtones and undertones. The globalism espoused by the Holy(?) Father is just one example. In this video, Mr Matt tackles head-on the argument that there can be any separation, in these troubled times, between church and state. Prayer by Archbishop Viganò for re-election of Donald Trump

Michael Matt, editor of The Remnant Newspaper (who videos are often reposted here) has been saying for months now that if you're an American, and a traditional Catholic, you have no choice but to vote to re-elect Donald Trump to a second term as President of the United States. True, Mr Trump is not Catholic, and true, he has made mistakes, but consider the alternative! "What alternative?", I hear you ask, and you're right. There is none.

Earlier this month, Mr Matt and his colleagues at The Remnant League of the Sacred Heart launched a Rosary Crusade to pray every Friday until November 3rd for the special intention of the re-election of President Trump in the face of yet another burgeoning New World Order. If possible, those who join the Crusade should receive Holy Communion on the first Friday of every month, and observe a Holy Hour for this intention.

This Prayer Crusade is dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus with special invocation to Our Lady of Victory, that she will intercede on behalf of our country even as she did at Lepanto, and inspire Catholic Americans to do all in our power to turn our nation back to Almighty God over the course of the next four years.

Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò, whose increasingly stringent, nerve-striking attacks on the Second Vatican Council have started to irritate the Powers That Be in the mainstream (read: modernist) Catholic Church, has publicly endorsed President Trump, and received a letter of thanks and encouragement for so doing. Mr Matt has therefore asked Archbishop Viganò to lead us in the Crusade. The prelate has responded by composing a special prayer, which it is hoped will be prayed by millions of true Catholics, not just in the USA but around the world, during the Friday night Rosary.

Almighty and Eternal God, King of Kings and Lord of Lords: graciously turn your gaze to us who invoke You with confidence.

Bless us, citizens of the United States of America; grant peace and prosperity to our Nation; illuminate those who govern us so that they may commit themselves to the common good, in respect for Your holy Law.

Protect those who, defending the inviolable principles of the Natural Law and Your Commandments, must face the repeated assaults of the Enemy of the human race.
