A video posted by on Truth Social yesterday showing Barack and Michelle Obama as monkeys has just been taken down following outraged cries of "racism!" from Democrats, Karens,

their controlled media, and others lacking a sense of humour. Would they have been so outraged if such a video had been produced by someone at the Biden White House, featuring DJT and Melania as, say, meerkats? Don't make me laugh!

The one-minute video calls attention to the fact that the 2020 election was stolen from President Trump. At the end of the video, a short clip shows the former American president and his first lady as monkeys, with the song "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" playing in the background. Ed. wasn't quick enough to download the full video, but we do have this report, with a screen shot of the naughty bit, from OneIndia.

Are we to believe that until yesterday no-one ever suggested, or even thought that people of the darker persuasion resemble their ancestors more than paler people? Didn't anybody ever see Planet of the Apes?

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a statement sent to AP that the clip was taken from "an internet meme video depicting President Trump as the King of the Jungle and Democrats as characters from the Lion King [the 1994 Disney movie]. Please stop the fake outrage and report on something today that actually matters to the American public."

Waiting for the 8th - "Election denier"? Who? Me? You bet!

"Election denier" is the latest term of opprobrium coined by the lickspittle media... or their Democrat masters... to describe those of us who dare to say that the 2020 presidential election was stolen. It goes into the thesaurus as a synonm for Republican, fascist, white supremacist, Nazi, racist, yada yada yada.

You can call me whatever you like, but I saw it happen before my very eyes, following the same pattern as the "democratic" elections in Zimbabwe some years before. Yer man is losing, so you stop the counting, because it's late or because the power's out, whatever. Then all goes dark and, comes the dawn, yer man is suddenly ahead!

During the night, it seems, truckloads of ballots have appeared out of nowhere (read: Philadelphia), which pushed yer man into an insurmountable lead. GOP poll watchers weren't asleep. They were kept in the dark, literally, at some distance from those who tabulated the results. Et voilà.

Walt awaits the results of Tuesday's mid-terms. Let's suppose (and pray) that Republican candidates win some close races, like... errr... the Pennsylvania Senate race. Will the Dumbocrats then complain that some great fraud has been committed and the election stolen? Can we then call them "election deniers"? Can we? Huh?

UPDATED: "Coup"? Who said "coup"?

"Coup" is the Democrats' word! So is "insurrection". Attempted coup" and "insurrection" are the Democrats' characterizations of the mostly peaceful protest at the Capitol on January 6th. 

The purpose of the demonstration was to stop or at least delay the confirmation of the result of the fake election. Was it organized? Evidently not! Did President Trump order it? Evidently not. If the Dumbocrats had even a scintilla of hard evidence -- e.g. a surreptitious recording of Mr Trump using the word "coup" or anything like it -- last night would have been the time to produce it. But there was nothing except allegations by never-Trumpers and the lickspittle media that "he was at the centre of it."

Of course President Trump was at the centre of things. He was still president, remember, and was in the White House as the events of 1/6 unfolded. He may have been as surprised as most others when the protest got out of hand. But the most he was accused of last night was not acting quickly or firmly enough to put a stop to the "riot". And that's old news.

Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY), Vice-chair of the January 6th Committee, said in her opening statement they had hard evidence that President Trump had a "sophisticated seven-part plan" to overturn the results of the 2020 election. And she averred that the Committee had obtained evidence that the White House had prior information of planned violence. 

All Ms Cheney could produce, though, was a clip of Steve Bannon saying on his January 5th podcast that "all hell is going to break loose" at the Capitol the next day. Mr Bannon's prediction -- accurate enough, as it turned out -- is not evidence of prior knowledge of violence. 

If Ms Cheney is telling the truth and has the goods, let's see what they've got! It is crucial that there be hard evidence, something more than the characterization of Ms Cheney or another committee member. The entire credibility of this committee comes down to that point.

After Ms Cheney wrapped up her very lengthy opening remarks, Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS), introduced a video package that he said contained footage "mostly" never seen before. It turned out to be a video of protesters breaching the Capitol, with an overlay of President Trump's voice. 

NewsMax anchor Greg Kelly tweeted: "Now they're just running POLITICAL COMMERCIALS. I mean, putting Trump's voice over this video -- it's FAKE. It's HOLLYWOOD. LUDICROUS!" Even NBC News' Lester Holt had to concede that "a lot of these shots will seem familiar to people."

Rep. Cheney's introduction was mostly a preview of  future hearings. She said that the committee’s investigation is "ongoing" and that the Justice Department has only publicly revealed some of its work, and more may come out, errr, later.

Rep. Thompson, closing the two-hour-long piece of "resistance theater", said that the committee will reconvene next week and "examine the lies that convinced those men and others to storm the Capitol, to try to stop the transfer of power, he said, adding "We’re going to take a close look at the first part of Trump's attack on the rule of law, when he hit the fuse that ultimately resulted in the violence of January 6."

CORRECTION and update added 12/6. Agent 17 points out that there was more than one casualty connected with the events of January 6th. However, 35-year-old Ashli Babbitt, a veterean of the USAF, was the only one shot and killed by a cop. Rosanne Boyland, 34, of Kennesaw GA, Kevin Greeson, 55, of Athens AL, and Benjamin Phillips, 50 of Ringtown PA, died from other forms of trauma.

Are Dems dumb enough to bring criminal charges vs President Trump?

RealClearPolitics is an American political news website and polling data aggregator which has been publishing reasonably balanced analyses of the state of the disunion since 2000. In addition to being an editor for its sister publication, RealClearInvestigations, J. Peder Zane, contributes columns to RCP. "Are Democrats Really Going to Cross the Rubicon?", published yesterday,  is a must-read. If you haven't got time right now, the "Reader's Digest version" below answers Walt's headline question.

Little attention [has been] paid to the ineffably consequential decision by Democrats to go all-out in their assault on American democracy. 

Just as Julius Caesar invited civil war by crossing the Rubicon, the partisan House committee investigating the Jan. 6 assault on the Capitol let it be known that it will recommend bringing two sets of criminal charges against former President Donald Trump regarding the 2020 election.

Given how divided our country is, and the wide support Trump still enjoys, his indictment would be an incalculably reckless act. If Democrats had a slam dunk case against Trump, one could argue that they might have some justification for putting the nation at such risk. They do not. 

So far, their argument – which echoes the larger left-wing push to punish and erase all narratives that do not support their preferred version of reality – appears to be that there is a single truth, their truth, and that Trump’s unwillingness to embrace it is a crime. It is impossible to overstate the danger of this mindset, which is a profound assault on free speech and a dramatic escalation of the effort to criminalize political differences.

Politics in free nations is necessarily rough and tumble. It is a contest of ideas that often lack scientific precision. It makes room for debatable claims that may contain falsity as well as kernels of truth. The best evidence shows that Trump did not win as many votes as Biden in 2020, but also that it was a highly unusual contest filled with troubling irregularities. Prohibiting people from making that case is un-American. 

Once a precedent is set, it becomes the norm. Do we really want to go down this road of indicting – rather than just challenging and debunking – those whose only crime is holding problematic opinions? Why would Democrats place our republic in such peril? The answer is that they want this conflict.

As polls show their effort to transform America meeting ever wider resistance, they seem eager for a final battle that will allow them to vanquish the right once and for all. Unable to achieve their ends through democratic channels, they are intent on blowing up the system.

Democrats are convinced that only they possess the truth and that those who disagree with them are beneath contempt. They see their venomous tactics as virtuous. If you have ever confronted hard-core Democrats about these issues, you know there is no talking to them. All they have is their certainty. 

The incendiary path Democrats are heading down is unimaginably destructive, not just to the United States but to the world. As Putin continues his war in Ukraine and China’s saber-rattling regarding Taiwan intensifies, united American leadership is indispensable. Instead of bringing us together, criminal charges against Trump would burn down our house.

Kamala Harris: 1/6 "worse than 9/11 or Pearl Harbor"

Kamala Harris, the Indo-Jamaican Vice-President of the Excited States of America, kicked off the Brandon administration's remarks on the first anniversary of the January 6, 2021 Capitol "riot" by comparing it to the bombing of Pearl Harbor in 1941, and the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.

"Certain dates echo throughout history, including dates that instantly remind all who have lived through them where they were and what they were doing when our democracy came under assault," she said. "Dates that occupy not only a place in our calendars, but a place in our collective memory. December 7th, 1941. September 11, 2001. And January 6th, 2021."

 Turns out that President Trump knew, as early as mid-November, that the Dominion Voting System machines were not used in federal elections in Canada. Those old-fashioned Canucks persist in counting paper ballots... by hand! Can you imagine?!

What a pity that most US states are too "progressive" -- word chosen carefully, to do it the simple, honest way. Americans would have been spared all the drama, litigation and suspense of the fake election of 2020.

VIDEO: 9 suspicious things that happened during election night

Anyone who argues that the swamp rigged the November 3rd election to steal it from Still-President Trump is dissed by the lamestream media as being a crank, nutbar, racist, Nazi yada yada yada. Even some Republicans and (true) conservatives who should know better have been forced to STFU. Other seemingly sensible people, including a few Dumbocrats, say that, yeah, there were "some incidents" of fraud or other "irregularity", but nothing serious enough to overturn the result.

Yet doubts -- reasonable doubts -- persist. Poll after poll shows that around half of respondents believe that something crooked was done, and don't believe that Sleepy Joe Biden won the presidensity fair and square. 

Why do they think this? What happened on election night that would provoke suspicion? Here's a list of 9 strange things that occurred in the wee hours of November 4th and thereafter, compiled by Patrick Basham, director of the Democracy Institute. 

1. Late on election night, with Trump comfortably ahead, many swing states stopped counting ballots. In most cases, observers were removed from the counting facilities. Counting generally continued without the observers. [Walt observed that's what happened in the 2008 election in Zimbabwe, which confirmed the re-election of dictator Comrade R.G. Mugabe.]

2. Statistically abnormal vote counts were the new normal when counting resumed. They were unusually large in size (hundreds of thousands) and had an unusually high (90 percent and above) Biden-to-Trump ratio.

3. Late arriving ballots were counted. In Pennsylvania, 23,000 absentee ballots have impossible postal return dates and another 86,000 have such extraordinary return dates they raise serious questions.

4. The failure to match signatures on mail-in ballots. The destruction of mail-in ballot envelopes, which must contain signatures.

5. Historically low absentee ballot rejection rates despite the massive expansion of mail voting. Such is Biden’s narrow margin that, as political analyst Robert Barnes observes, "If the states simply imposed the same absentee ballot rejection rate as recent cycles, then Trump wins the election."

6. Missing votes. In Delaware County, Pennsylvania, 50,000 votes held on 47 USB cards are missing.

7. Non-resident voters. Matt Braynard’s Voter Integrity Project estimates that 20,312 people who no longer met residency requirements cast ballots in Georgia. Biden’s margin is 12,670 votes.

8. Serious "chain of custody" breakdowns. Invalid residential addresses. Record numbers of dead people voting. Ballots in pristine condition without creases, that is, they had not been mailed in envelopes as required by law.

9. Statistical anomalies. In Georgia, Biden overtook Trump with 89 percent of the votes counted. For the next 53 batches of votes counted, Biden led Trump by the same exact 50.05 to 49.95 percent margin in every single batch. 

 At the end of Mr Basham's article in The Spectator, he writes: It is particularly perplexing that all statistical anomalies and tabulation abnormalities were in Biden’s favor. Whether the cause was simple human error or nefarious activity, or a combination, clearly something peculiar happened. If you think that only weirdos have legitimate concerns about these findings and claims, maybe the weirdness lies in you.

But wait (as Vince Offer used to say), there's more! Mr Basham didn't mention Michigan. Simone Gao posted this shocking video on her Zooming In channel on November 8th. Let's call this one Number 10.

How many more stories like this are there? Perhaps 1000s! Individually, perhaps, they only account for a few thousand fake votes. But add them up and you have enough to tip the election to the establishment's preferred candidate. 

Doesn't it seem to you, dear reader, that the swearing-in of "President-elect" Biden should be put on hold until all the pieces of the fraud jigsaw puzzle can be put together? Let's see if SCOTUS will have the intestinal fortitude to call a halt, or at least a "pauses" to let the truth come out!

VIDEO: Could President Trump invoke the Insurrection Act to force a redo of the election? Update from Epoch Times' Roman Balmakov

Since the theft of the 2020 election, we've run a couple of videos by The Epoch Times' Roman Balmakov -- see Thursday's post -- which have been well received. He speaks fast, yes, but his analyses are clear and informative. 

Here's the latest, in which Mr Balmakov discusses the possibility that Still-President Trump might invoke the Insurrection Act of 1807? What would happen if he did so? And is the Insurrection Act tantamount to Martial Law?

* The Supreme Court ruled that the federal government may remove illegal aliens from the 2020 Census count. 

* Georgia is now conducting a state-wide signature audit of all mail-in votes. 

* A hand recount in Michigan confirmed that Antrim county falsely reported their results on election night.

VIDEO: 2020 election update from Roman Balmakov

One video is worth 1000 words... or 10,000. Here's the latest from Roman Balmakov of The Epoch Times. Here's what's included: 

•   A judge ordered the release of half the inmates inside Orange County jails. But the local sheriff will not comply. 
•  In Nevada, the Appeals Court ruled in favor of religious freedom, and struck down rules which limited church attendance. 
•  In Pennsylvania, a Republican group is again asking the Supreme Court to take up their case.
•  A new report shows that, on average, any county which adopted the Dominion Voting Systems moved 2 to 3 percentage points towards Democrat presidential candidates.

   

What can I say except... once again... the fat lady hasn't sung yet. [What about the fat ladies on The View? Ed.] Stay tuned!

Back to SCOTUS! Sidney Powell launches voter fraud challenge

Some folks just won't give up... and a good thing too! The Supreme Court of the United States refused to hear the Texas challenge to the results of the rigged 2020 election, effectively ruling against the argument that states could not change the voting rules by executive order or judicial fiat. So much for Pennsylvania.

That brings us back to the question of whether Sleepy Joe Biden will be made 46th President of the Excited States of America as the result of massive, massive voter fraud in (at least) Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona, Nevada and... wait for it... [Why wait? Ed.]... Georgia.

That's what Sidney Powell has been alleging for weeks now, and she has said for nearly as long that she has proof. She calls it the Kraken*. Ms Powell's Kraken contains details of the forensic audit done in Michigan that proves systemic voter fraud occurred through the Dominion Voting System tabulation. It also has proof of at least 200,000 fraudulent votes cast nationwide. 

But wait (as Vince Offer used to say), there's more! The Kraken contains official Georgia elections records that prove the Dominion Voting Systems program's "inability to repeatably duplicate creditable election results." In other words, official Georgia election canvassers could not rely on Dominion Voting Systems software to count the vote because it couldn't repeat the same vote totals twice. Here's part of Ms Powell's 42-page submission to SCOTUS. 

15. The Interim Report shows multiple grave problems with the accuracy and vulnerability to hacking and evidence destruction of the Dominion Voting Systems (“Dominion”) machines used in Antrim County, Michigan. The report is relevant to each of the Related Cases because each of the states in question uses Dominion equipment. The Interim Report vindicates the lengthy opinion and order of Judge Amy Totenberg in Curling v. Raffensperger, 2020 WL 5994029 (N.D. Ga. 10/11/20), which found “extreme” and unacceptable security risks in the Dominion system. Compelling evidence and expert analyses show convincingly that the results of the Dominion system cannot be trusted and should not have been certified.

16. The findings in the Interim Report are consistent with the expert testimony provided by Mr. Ramsland regarding Dominion’s vote manipulation in the Petitioners’ November 25, 2020 complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia (the “District Court”) (R 450; 2438), and with his testimony in the Related Cases. Mr. Ramsland concluded in the Georgia case that, for the State of Georgia, “at least 96,000 mail-in ballots were fraudulently cast,” and “136,098 ballots were illegally counted as result of improper manipulation of the Dominion software,” id., each of which is several times larger than former VicePresident [sic] Biden’s margin of victory in Georgia (10,457 votes). Similar anomalies exist in the Related Cases. Among other things, the Complaints in the trial courts and the Petitions to this Court in each of the Related Cases all seek prospective injunctive relief requiring a similar forensic audit of Dominion voting machines.

17. The Coffee County, Georgia Board of Registration and Elections refused to certify the machine recount election returns on their Dominion systems “given its inability to repeatably duplicate creditable election results.”6 The results of the machine recount report were internally inconsistent and could not be reconciled and were inconsistent with both the election night count and the hand audit.7 The Coffee County BRE analysis confirms the findings of the Interim Report, cited above, that ballots going to adjudication can be changed on a wholesale basis by the operator with no oversight, controls or accountability, an extremely serious vulnerability.

Any scientist will tell you that the results of any test or experiment must be replicable to be credible. The same applies... or should apply... to the counting of votes in the most important presidential election since the Civil War. Let's hear SCOTUS disagree with that one!

Trivial footnote from Ed.: The kraken is a legendary sea monster of gigantic size and cephalopod-like appearance in Scandinavian folklore. According to the Norse sagas, the kraken dwells off the coasts of Norway and Greenland and terrorizes nearby sailors by its sheer size and fearsome appearance. "Kraken" also happens to be the name of the new Seattle franchise in the National Hockey League. And that explains the image. Got it?

VIDEOS: Still-President Trump & 17 states join TX appeal to SCOTUS

Still-President Donald J. Trump asked the United State Supreme Court today to allow him to join a suit brought by the Great State of Texas seeking to overturn the tainted results of the 2020 election by throwing out the voting results in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wiscons.

In a separate brief, lawyers for 17 (count `em - 17!!!) states led by Missouri’s Republican Attorney General Eric Schmitt also urged the nine justices to hear the case. 

As I said yesterday, this is important, because this case is not about voter fraud -- not to say that there hasn't been any! -- but about the constitutionality of decisions taken in Pennsylvania, Georgia and other states to allow mail-in ballots and/or extend the time in which ballots could be received. That's the issue that could well upset the Democrats' cart of poisoned apples!

Listen carefully to the American controlled media tonight. That sound you hear is liberals' whistling past the graveyard! Well might they worry. Check out this analysis by Roman Balmakov of The Epoch Times, posted to YouTube yesterday.

 

And here's an update, posted just an hour ago. Watch it now before YouTube takes it down, for the reason that posts alleging "voter fraud" or anything like that are no longer to be permitted! Only "authoritative news sources" will be permitted to talk about the election. The rest of us, including Mr Balmakov, are to be silenced.

 

YouTube and the rest of the controlled media should bear in mind an old adage: Just because you have silenced someone doesn't mean that you have converted him! UPDATED: Emergency debate on holding another election

A week ago, Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) asked the Supreme Court to hear an emergency appeal challenging the election results in Pennsylvania, contending that hearing the appeal "would be an important step in helping rebuild confidence in the integrity of our democratic system." 

"Today, an emergency appeal was filed in the U.S. Supreme Court challenging the election results in Pennsylvania," said Sen. Cruz. "This appeal raises serious legal issues, and I believe the Court should hear the case on an expedited basis." On Monday, he volunteered to argue the case for the appellants, if they wished. 

Not waiting to see if SCOTUS would "grant cert" (certiorari) in that case, the State of Texas last night filed a lawsuit directly with the Supreme Court challenging the election procedures in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin on the grounds that they violate the Constitution. 

Texas argues that these states violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution because they made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or through executive actions, but not through the state legislatures.

Additionally, Texas argues that there were differences in voting rules and procedures in different counties within the states, violating the Constitution's Equal Protection Clause. 

Finally, Texas argues that, as a result of the illegal changes to voting procedures, there were "voting irregularities" -- putting it mildly -- in those states. 

So it would seem that, one way or another, the Supreme Court is going to have to examine the results of the deeply flawed 2020 election, whether the Democrats and their sycophants in the controlled media like it or not. 

The prospect of a redo looms sufficiently large to provoke a debate at an emergency meeting of the Mudge Country Current Affairs and Historical Society, of which Walt happens to be Recording Secretary. Here are the minutes of last night's meeting, held in the Naughty Pine Room of the Paris Hilton. [The Paris in America, not the French one. Ed.]

The special general meeting of the MCCAHS was convened on December 7th, 2020 (the 79th anniversary of Pearl Harbour), with Ms Cordelia Weatherbee in the chair. 

Mr Whiteman read the minutes of the previous meeting at which it was decided that the situation created by the recent elections demanded that every citizen bend his thoughts to the question of how the parties should conduct themselves in the next critical few months, after which coffee and sandwiches were served. 

Moved by Mrs Chodinecki, seconded by Dr McInerney, that the minutes be accepted as read. Carried. Mrs Chodinecki said she would also like to say a special word of thanks to the ladies of the CWL (of which she is President) for the coffee and sandwiches. Carried. 

Wilson Huang moved, seconded by our local Rep. Algonquin J. Calhoun, that a telegram be sent to Joe Biden urging him to take all precautions, between now and January 20th, to avoid tripping over his dog again or otherwise imminentizing his demise, which would lead to a constitutional crisis over whether a Vice-President could be sworn in to replace a President who had not been sworn in.

As President of the VU (Vizmins United) of Mudge County, Mr Huang said he felt sure the people weren't psychologically or financially ready for another election. In his own case, Mr Huang continued, he had been called upon during the recent electoral activity by the representatives of both parties and (looking at Mr Calhoun) one Independent, for donations of fortune cookies to be served at coffee parties (of not more than 10). As a result, he expected his fortune-cookie account to be in a deficit position for at least six months.

Johnny Crapaud rose -- just barely -- on a point of order, calling the motion gratuitous, ill-considered, insulting, inflammatory, irrelevant, immaterial and ridiculous, not to mention uncalled for an unnecessary. That being the case, he said, copies should be sent to both Mr Biden and President Trump. Mr Crapaud was ruled out of order, as indeed he was, in all respects.

Mr Calhoun said he craved the indulgence of the chair to say a few words in behalf of the proposition to which he, along with Mr Huang, the distinguished restauranteur, had lent their names and for which they were desirous of the widest expression of support. (Not for nothing is Mr Calhoun known as "the golden-voiced tribune of the prairie".) 

Mr Calhoun said that he, as a responsible statesman, was keen to see the electoral impasse cleared away so that a great nation might not be impeded in any way in its inexorable march toward the sunny uplands of a brighter tomorrow. Nevertheless, he recognized it as his bounden duty, having offered himself for yet another two years, not to stop one day short of the contract period.

Irving Greenslade, speaking for the Downtown Businesspersons Association, said that no man or woman or other was more desirous than he of seeing the nation achieve the sunny uplands of a brighter tomorrow -- in fact he already had in stock a number of fine summer-weight fabrics which the well-dressed gentleman would wear when we got there -- but that he believed the situation needed to be resolved decisively at the earliest possible moment.

Consequently, Mr Greenslade suggested, a petition should be sent to both President Trump and "President-elect" Biden calling on them to take office together, in a Government of National Unity (GNU), turning the White House into a condominium and occupying the Oval Office on alternate days. That would result in a virtual deadlock, which would have the salubrious effect of preventing the federal government from doing anything more to for the nation in this time of crisis. 

Dr McInerney said that as far as he was concerned, no GNUs is good GNUs, and he therefore moved that preceding motions and suggestions be tabled, for further consideration at a date to be fixed by the President (of the MCCAHS). Carried. God save the United States of America!

UPDATE ADDED AT 1830. Seven (count `em, 7) states -- Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, South Carolina, and South Dakota -- have now joined Texas lawsuit, arguing that the Equal Protection Clause has been violated in this election. 

This is important, because this case is not about voter fraud -- not to say that there hasn't been any! -- but about the constitutionality of decisions taken in Pennsylvania, Georgia and other states to allow mail-in ballots and/or extend the time in which ballots could be received. That's the issue that could well upset the Democrats' cart of poisoned apples!

More evidence of massive fraud in Pennsylvania election count

Today's post is going to be longer than usual, because it's necessary to provide some detailed examples to refute the claims of the Dumbocrats and the sycophantic controlled media that Still-President's Trump's allegations of massive voter fraud in the 2020 elections are baseless.

The lamestream media have been protesting (too much!) that Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell et al. have not given any examples of "major irregularities" in the counting of ballots in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona and other closely contested states. In his speech this week, POTUS gave many examples, but even as he spoke, still more evidence of massive fraud was coming to light.

At a news conference on Tuesday, the Amistad Project (1) released bombshell new evidence of voter fraud, including an eyewitness report that up to 280,000 ballots "disappeared" from a trailer in Pennsylvania. 

Accounts from USPS workers and others, they said, reveal multi-state illegal efforts to influence the election in at least three of six swing states. "Evidence from these whistleblowers in the form of affidavits and video interviews are being used in litigation by the Amistad Project to ensure election integrity and to uphold election laws in key battleground states."

Details include potentially hundreds of thousands of completed absentee ballots being transported across three state lines, and a trailer filled with ballots disappearing in Pennsylvania. "Experts retained by the Amistad Project in sworn declarations state that over 300,000 ballots are at issue in Arizona (2), 548,000 in Michigan, 204,000 in Georgia, and over 121,000 in Pennsylvania."

Among the reports cited by the Amistad Project was the eyewitness account of Jesse Morgan, a driver for a USPS subcontractor, whose route runs through the Pennsylvanian cities of Lancaster and Harrisburg. On October 21st, Mr Morgan said, he was instructed to deliver 24 bulk mail containers holding approximately 144,000-288,000 ballots from New York to Pennsylvania. He observed written addresses and at least one postmark on some of the ballots, indicating that they already had been filled out by voters. 

When Mr Morgan reached Harrisburg, "a self- identified 'transportation supervisor'" told him "to drive the whole load to Lancaster without unloading the portion intended for Harrisburg." When he arrived at Lancaster, he parked his truck in the normal place, only to find the next morning that the truck and the ballot containers had disappeared!

The Amistad Project stated that the ballots had traveled across three state lines. "Mr. Morgan experienced several odd behaviors by a select group of USPS personnel which postal experts in sworn statements indicate grossly deviate from normal procedure and behavior." 

Mr Morgan's account isn't the first example of mass ballot "loss" in Pennsylvania. Days before the election, officials in Butler County announced that 1000s of mail-in ballots from the predominately Republican county simply disappeared in the mail. As of October 29th, nearly 75% of the 40,000 mail-in ballots requested by voters in the county remained unreturned. The county blamed USPS, which has denied responsibility.

Sweeps of USPS facilities after the election led to the apparent discovery of 1700 supposedly "lost" ballots from Pennsylvania.  More than 30,000 ballots from that state either have no return dates or ones earlier than their send dates. An independent analysis of ballot return dates found that USPS may have "mismanaged" at least 100,000 Pennsylvania mail-in ballots altogether.

The Amistad Project revealed additional reports by "postal workers in Pennsylvania who were instructed to place Trump mail – including campaign literature – in undeliverable bins while making sure that Biden mail was delivered in a timely fashion."

Pennsylvania was not the only state where the in-person vote count favouring Still-President Trump, was overturned by mail-in ballots, absentee ballots and provisional ballots. According to Amistad, USPS whistleblowers in Michigan and Wisconsin swore to first-hand knowledge of systematic ballot backdating. 

Their news conference featured the testimony of Gregory Stenstrom, a forensic computer expert and Delaware County poll watcher, who, in an affidavit alleging widespread fraud, said he "witnessed unsupervised access by a vendor representing Dominion during which the vendor apparently violated election system certification protocols and inserted jump drives to download and update the aggregation machines counting the vote."

Mr Stenstrom detailed these charges at the voter fraud hearing held by the Pennsylvania State Senate last Friday. He said it is "impossible to verify the validity of about 100,000 to 120,000 votes" from Delaware County. "I personally observed USB cards being uploaded to voting machines by the voting machine warehouse supervisor on multiple occasions."

The supervisor, who was "not being observed" and was "not part of the process," inserted unidentified USBs into voting machines two dozen times, according to Mr Strenstrom's affidavit. "We have multiple other witnesses who saw it, including Democrat poll watchers," 

Voting machines from Toronto-based Dominion Voting Systems have been linked to a rash of election day glitches that affected over 80,000 ballots in Georgia alone. Several Pennsylvania counties reported Dominion machine breakdowns and other issues, like voters losing their votes after failing to handle Dominion ballot printouts properly. The Trump campaign says they have testimony of several Dominion workers "admitting that they were trained how to dispose of Trump votes and add to Biden votes." 

Gregory Stenstrom also attested that he and a fellow poll watcher observed between 60,000-70,000 ballots kept in a back room and never counted. "We have a picture in here of a large number of boxes that I took that were filled with what appeared to be ballots sitting by the BlueCrest machine," his affidavit says. "They were there for about three hours and then they disappeared." 

Mr Stenstrom added that "we just learned two days ago that virtually all chain of custody logs, records, yellow sheets, everything, from Delaware County are gone. So we have a situation in where we have 100,000 to 120,000 ballots, both mail-in and USB, that are in question."

On November 17th, Steven J. Miller, a mathematics professor at Williams College, submitted yet another affidavit putting into question 90,000-100,000 absentee ballots from Pennsylvania. 

Dr Miller analyzed data from surveys and phone interviews with registered Republicans conducted by Voter Integrity Project, a group retained by Amistad. According to his affidavit, of the 1706 Republicans who said they did not request a ballot, 556 nevertheless had ballots requested in their name. 

463 of 1150 who said they had requested a ballot and sent it back said that their ballots had not been counted. Based on these ratios, Dr Miller wrote, "I estimate that the number of ballots that were either requested by someone other than the registered Republican or requested and returned but not counted range from 89,397 to 98,801." 

"Almost surely, the number of ballots requested by someone other than the registered Republican is between 37,001 and 58,914," the professor stated. "Almost surely the number of ballots requested by registered Republicans and returned but not counted is in the range from 38,910 to 56,483." 

Federal Election Commission Chairman James Trainor noted that Dr Miller "would be qualified in almost any court in the country" and said that his analysis "adds to the conclusions that some level of voter fraud took place in this year's election. The rush to certify results that are this suspicious from places with known election violations would nullify millions of votes that were legally cast by individual voters."

Only a month ago...

Seems like an eternity, doesn't it? A month ago this morning, Americans woke up to find that President Trump, who appeared on the night of November 3rd to be on the path to re-election, had, while they slept, somehow been "unre-elected". 

So said the anti-Trump lamestream media, led by Associated Press, ABC, and even (gasp!) Fox News. During the night, they asked us to believe, crates of mail-in ballots, absentee ballots and provisional ballots had appeared in places like DeKalb Co. GA, Maricopa Co. AZ, Detroit and (of course) Philthydelphia. And... strangely believe it... those votes favoured Sleepy Joe Biden by margins of roughly 99 to 1!

Whoda thunk it? Around 0230 EST, Mr Biden emerged from his basement to say that he was about to get into the getaway car. President Trump issued a statement saying that he had won the election, but the political pundits (read: propagandists) immediately said "Don't believe him! All the votes haven't been counted yet! Wait until we've printed some more ballots!"

The month since then has been characterized by further counts, recounts and rerecounts, umpteen lawsuits and bitter acrimony. Earlier this week Still-President Trump spoke from the White House to update the nation on what's been happening. Here, in case you missed it, is what he called "the most important speech I ever gave."

   

The controlled media buried this speech, and reports of the latest developments in the contest over who really won, "below the fold". And now they've gone silent. So has "President-elect" Biden. Apart from announcing a few appointments (including the composition of his all-girl communications team), Sleepy Joe hasn't said anything, nor has he appeared in public. 

Why have they all gone quiet, all of a sudden? Could it be that they're afraid they didn't make a clean getaway? New evidence of fraud emerges every day. The election ain't over yet!

This Christmas, whether the Democrats and  their hangers-on like it or not, Donald J. Trump will still be President of the United Statese of America. VIDEO: "The fight isn't over", latest voter fraud news from Simone Gao

On Monday we reposted one of Simone Gao's Zooming In videos, with details of Sidney Powell's claims that the Democrats have manipulated the counting of ballots to steal the 2020 election. Ms Powell and others have now launched new lawsuits in Georgia and Michigan to overturn the results in those states. Here's a follow-up, focusing on the incredible swings in vote counts in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

In this video, political theorist Darren Beattie asks how it could be that a large batch of 90,022 mail/absentee votes, suddenly added to the totals at 0909 on November 5th, could have yielded 95% for Sleep Joe Biden. Mr Beattie draws on statistics from the New York Times(!), which showed the total votes going up by only 9534, implying that in-person votes actually went down by 80,488! On its own, this is a very strange irregularity, as ballots cannot disappear, and in-person ballots cannot become mail ballots. In Mr Beattie's opinion, something is seriously wrong in the reported data; the only question is what.

Chinese dictator sends congrats to Sleepy Joe

The South China Morning Post passes on a report from Xinhua, the official news agency of the People's Republic of China (read: Communist China) that Chinese President (read: dictator) Xi Jinping has sent a warm message to Old Joe Biden congratulating him on being elected President of the People's Republic of America.  

Agent 78 has taken me to task, in the past, for calling Mr Xi a "dictator", but the fact is that the  constitution of the PRC has been amended to allow Mr Xi to remain president for life, without having to bother with sham elections. [What does a "sham election" look like? Can you give an example? Ed.]

And Mr Xi has long enjoyed dictatorial powers, including the power to silence critics and suppress mockery. Over two years ago, the Commies banned Winnie the Pooh -- the book, the film, the merch, everything -- after mischievous "enemies of the state" started drawing comparisons between the beloved bear and the rotund President Xi. Like this.

I don't know what all the fuss was about. The American media posted caricatures of Still-President Trump all the time, and were allowed -- nay, encouraged! -- to do so. And I'm sure that freedom will extend to "President-elect" Biden as well. After all, Democratic America isn't a dictatorship... right? I'm sure a caricature of Sleepy Joe will appear in WaPo or the Times any day now. Stay tuned???
