Since the theft of the 2020 election, we've run a couple of videos by The Epoch Times' Roman Balmakov -- see Thursday's post -- which have been well received. He speaks fast, yes, but his analyses are clear and informative.
Here's the latest, in which Mr Balmakov discusses the possibility that Still-President Trump might invoke the Insurrection Act of 1807? What would happen if he did so? And is the Insurrection Act tantamount to Martial Law?

A judge ordered the release of half the inmates inside Orange County jails. But the local sheriff will not comply.
In Nevada, the Appeals Court ruled in favor of religious freedom, and struck down rules which limited church attendance.
In Pennsylvania, a Republican group is again asking the Supreme Court to take up their case.
A new report shows that, on average, any county which adopted the Dominion Voting Systems moved 2 to 3 percentage points towards Democrat presidential candidates.

Note to Ed.: Haven't you heard of the latest form of political incorrectness -- fatphobia? Seriously. Accusations of "body shaming" apparently weren't specific enough.
Still-President Donald J. Trump asked the United State Supreme Court today to allow him to join a suit brought by the Great State of Texas seeking to overturn the tainted results of the 2020 election by throwing out the voting results in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wiscons.
In a separate brief, lawyers for 17 (count `em - 17!!!) states led by Missouri’s Republican Attorney General Eric Schmitt also urged the nine justices to hear the case.
As I said yesterday, this is important, because this case is not about voter fraud -- not to say that there hasn't been any! -- but about the constitutionality of decisions taken in Pennsylvania, Georgia and other states to allow mail-in ballots and/or extend the time in which ballots could be received. That's the issue that could well upset the Democrats' cart of poisoned apples!

Listen carefully to the American controlled media tonight. That sound you hear is liberals' whistling past the graveyard! Well might they worry. Check out this analysis by Roman Balmakov of The Epoch Times, posted to YouTube yesterday.
And here's an update, posted just an hour ago. Watch it now before YouTube takes it down, for the reason that posts alleging "voter fraud" or anything like that are no longer to be permitted! Only "authoritative news sources" will be permitted to talk about the election. The rest of us, including Mr Balmakov, are to be silenced.
YouTube and the rest of the controlled media should bear in mind an old adage: Just because you have silenced someone doesn't mean that you have converted him! In American politics, everything comes down to race. That's been more true than ever these last few weeks. Even Covid-19, the lefties tell us, is part of the "systemic racism" that "oppresses racialized persons". Dontcha geddit? The percentage of black and Latino Americans infected with the dread virus is higher than the percentage of paler people. That proves it's all part of a racist plot!
If you have the feeling that you've heard all this before, and that it's all the veriest bullshit, you are right. The liberal elites, the controlled press, and the Democratic party have been shovelling load after steaming load of this stuff out the door, into the streets and into the ether of the Internet ever since Still-President Trump was elected... and well before that, truth be told.
Every now and then someone dares to say "Hold on a minute. What you're saying is counterfactual." They are quickly silenced by their employers, the media censors and the "experts", but thanks to YouTube (and other Internet outlets), you can still hear them, if you know where to look. Here's one of them, Larry Elder of Epoch Times, who happens to be, errr, black.
In this 14-minute video, Mr Elder takes a look at former President Barack Hussain Obama and his transition from saying that race wasn’t important to fully embracing identity politics. He also looks further into how disadvantaged black Americans truly are and finds some interesting information. Check it out.
