Canadians! Sign this petition for a snap federal election!

Earlier today Walt posted Michael Matt's latest video in which he calls on us right-thinking people (geddit?) to keep up the fight against the liberals, wokesters, and all who would destroy our society. We need to stand up to them, to resist them to their faces!

One whose smug, self-satisfied face begs for resistance (or worse) is Justin Trudeau, Prime Minister (and Emperor wannabe) of Canuckistan. Recent polls show that the majority of Canucks -- of every region, race, creed, and gender -- can't stand him! According to the Angust Reid Institute, his approval rating as of October 2023 is a mere 33%, right down there with Demented Joe Biden's.

What is needed, most Canadians say, is an election. Sadly, because the pinko New Democratic Party is pledged to support Trudeau's Liberals come hell or high water, no election need be held until 2025. Unless... unless... enough Members of Parliament can see the handwriting on the wall to support a non-confidence motion in the House of Commons.

That's why Michelle Ferreri, the Conservative MP for Peterborough-Kawartha, is supporting an online petition, e-4701, now on the Commons website, waiting for your signature!

On 30 November, Ms Ferreri wrote on Facebook, "Misery is a powerful motivator and clearly this petition is elevating the voices of Canadians who are sick of the Trudeau-imposed misery and want a leader and a government they can trust."

The petition was originally put forward by Peterborough resident Melissa Outwater, who runs a Facebook page highly critical of Trudeau. Freedom Through Unity Peterborough/Kawartha includes posts from people mistrustful of Covid-19 policies and government in general.

"The policies of this government aren't aligning with the crisis Canada is facing: housing costs, infringement of civil liberties, highest inflation in history, unbalanced immigration policies, taxation to the point of poverty, weakening of our economy by importing natural resources that Canada already has and under-utilizes," the petition states. "Based on the past eight years of this Prime Minister, Canadians do not have confidence in this Prime Minister, after five ethics investigations and Canada’s reputation being tarnished on a global scale under his leadership."

Since it was started on 24 November, the petition has garnered some 175,000 signatures from across the Great No-longer-white North. The Peterborough Examiner reports that Ontario leads the tally with 65,244, followed by Alberta at 44,576 and Nunavut last on the list with 44 signatures.

No matter how many signatures the petition attracts, it is unlikely to succeed, because the MPs of not just the Liberals but all the other parties are so shit-scared of losing their jobs and their pensions in the Tory tsunami that will result from a snap election. All the same, if you're Canadian and you agree with the millions of Canucks who think it's time for Trudeau to go, you should sign the petition! Doing so is your personal act of resistance!

Liberal government of Ontario plans further attack on parental rights

Faced with the certainty of a crushing defeat in the next provincial election, Ontario's Liberal (mis)government, led by proudly lesbian Premier Kathleen Wynne, has introduced yet another measure to push gender ideology into the courts, schools and adoption/child protection services, and further reduce the rights of parents to raise their children without interference by the nanny state.

Ontario is one of the most liberal, most politically correct jurisdictions in North America. Following 14 years of Liberal misrule, Ontario boys can be considered girls, and girls can be considered boys. Ontario kids are being taught a sex-ed curriculum written by a convicted child pornographer -- Doctor (((Benjamin Levin))) -- and supported by both the fragrant Ms Wynne and Patrick Brown, the leader of the province's so-oxymoronical "Progressive Conservative" opposition.

Last month Ms Wynne's government introduced Bill 89, in the Ontario legislature. Laughably called the Supporting Children, Youth and Families Act, the new law will do nothing of the kind. In fact it will do the opposite of what its title proclaims. The bill is an attack on parental authority and will ultimately harm children.

By expanding the application of the definition of what is "a child in need", the bill, when it becomes law, will displace children from their family home even where there really is no need. Also, by pushing gender ideology onto child services, child protection, foster and adoption service providers, the bill will force judges to take into consideration a child's "gender identity and gender expression".

According to Agent 3, Bill 89 also attacks the right of parents to direct their children's religious upbringing. Parents and those who stand in loco parentis (and Children's Aid Services et al.) must bring up the child in accordance with the child's creed -- whatever that is. For example, if a child who is somehow determined to be a Rastafarian is placed with Catholic foster parents, they must do nothing to convert the child to the Christian Faith.

By eliminating the religious faith in a child's upbringing as an element of "services" to the child, Bill 89 diminishes the important role parents play in the spiritual and moral development of a child. Similarly, foster and adoptive parents will be treated unjustly if they don't subscribe to gender theory and/or ideology. For instance, if a child equipped with a penis, but who "identifies" as a female, is placed in care, the foster parents or care providers mustn't so much as question the child's "gender choice". They might even be required to assist the child in obtaining "gender reassignment therapy" (= a sex-change operation).

Walt predicts that, although ordinary Ontarians may oppose it (see link to petition below), Bill 89 will sail through the politically correct legislature. Walt further predicts that one of the unintended consequences of the new Act will be a dramatic decrease in the already low number of good-hearted people willing to adopt or act as foster parents. What's the point of being a foster parent or adopting a child if you can't bring up children according to the family values that you know are right and good for them.

Dear Ontario readers... If you fear for the future of your province, as well you might, you must let your voices be heard. The more you remain silent (for fear of being labelled as "old-fashioned" or "unprogressive" or "homophobic"), the more freedom you give up.

Tanya Granic Allen, President of Parents as First Educators, and Queenie Yu, a real conservative activist, plan on testifying before the government committee charged with studying the bill. They hope to present a petition against the bill, with 1000s of signatures, to place on record the fact that Ontario families are not OK with Bill 89 and the Wynne pro-queer agenda. Click here to read more about the bill, and sign the petition! Tell them Walt sent you.

Conservationists win a round in the fight for the Caledon Badlands

Last summer, Walt asked you to sign a petition to save the Caledon Badlands (aka "Cheltenham Badlands", "Finger Hills" or "The Funny Place") from the depredations of hordes of tourists -- city people from the Little Apple -- who were destroying the natural beauty of the place.

Imagine the four people shown in this picture multiplied by 100 and you'd have an idea of what it was like there of a summer Sunday afternoon. Imagine the amount of litter, for city people always think that someone else is going to clean up their trash. Trouble is, the Town of Caledon is (or was) a rural municipality. Although some of the richest people in southern Ontario live there, they had no money (so they said) to maintain the Badlands. Let someone else -- like the Bruce Trail Association -- look after it.

Strangely, the Town did find money in its budget to pave the road going by the Badlands. And they thought it would be nice to pave over at least a part of paradise and put up a parking lot. (Hello Joni Mitchell! Hope you're getting better.) The petition was an effort to stop further destruction of this unique site/sight.

Walt is delighted to pass on a message received from Alex Mior, who started the petition on Change.org. Alex reports VICTORY! The proposed parking lot has been stopped. But -- here come the weasel words -- the town council has stopped the project "for further review". It's true that can me "put on hold forever", but sometimes bad ideas get resurrected, so Walt advises lovers of the Badlands to NOT relax their vigilance.

There is, however, a further piece of good news. Earlier this month, the town council listened (for once) to the concerns of local residents, environmentalists and conservationists, and decided to put up a big fence along the road, to keep visitors off the "dramatic barren landscape", before it gets even more barren! A look at the photo in the story from the Caledon Enterprise will show you why fencing off the Badlands was long overdue.

Now the question is, should the fence be made permanent? There's already an outcry about denying access to public property. But serious nature lovers and outdoorsy types can still walk through the section of the Bruce Trail that skirts the southern perimeter of the Badlands. Check out the notice in the Bruce Trail News. It's only the city folk who will be shut out.

Further reading: "Caledon’s Cheltenham Badlands temporarily closed", on the Ontario Heritage Trust website. Walt urges you to follow the links at the end of the article to learn more about how you can help conserve the Badlands, and participate in discussions about the future of this beautiful piece of the Ontario landscape.

Lesbian premier of Ontario pretends not to notice as pervert who drafted new sex ed curriculum pleads guilty to kiddy porn charges

The story so far... Back in 2010, Kathleen Wynne, a proud member of the LGBT "community" who was then Ontario's Minister of Education, introduced a new sex education curriculum which would have preached the pro-queer message -- homosexuality is OK, "gay marriage" is OK, alternative lifestyles are OK, etc -- to children as young as six. The reaction of parents, teachers and religious leaders was so negative that then-Premier Dalton McGuinty pulled the pink rug out from under Ms Wynne, and the new curriculum was sent back to the eggheads in the Ministry of Education for a rethink.

Typical of the pushback against the gay mafia's attempts to force their "morality" on innocent children was the famous "Don't confuse me; I'm a girl!" ad, sponsored by the Institute for Canadian Values. The lamestream media and the usual gang of secular humanists and celebrants of diversity called the idea that girls should be left alone to be girls, and boys to be boys, old-fashioned, homophobic, etc etc and so forth. But give it time, they said. We'll give it a few minor tweaks and bring it forward again, after a decent interval.

Time passes. "Premier Dad" resigns and hands the reins of power over to... wait for it... Kathleen Wynne. The new curriculum remains in the closet [keen choice o' words! Ed.] until Ms Wynne somehow wins an election, and then, lo and behold, is trotted out again last November. Were any significant changes made? Errr, no.

It didn't take long for Ontarians to see past the new cover and copyright date. Isn't this the same stuff, they asked, that they tried to foist on us a couple of years ago? Who wrote this stuff, anyhow? Aha! The penny drops! That question was asked and answered more than a year earlier, when Dr. Benjamin Levin, former Deputy Minister of Education, was arrested on charges of making and possessing child pornography. See "Are perverts pushing Ontario's sex education curriculum? Could be!"

Oh... that guy... was the reaction of Ms Wynne and the new Education Minister, Lez Sandals. He didn't have anything to do with it. He was Deputy Minister years and years ago, and anyway, those charges haven't been proven in court, so don't give it another thought. We'll be bringing out the new curriculum in the spring and it's better. Nothing in there to worry about. You'll see.

Whoops! The words were still echoing in the marble halls of the Pink Palace when Professor Levin's lawyer announced he'd made a deal with the Crown for his client to plead guilty to some of the charges. Soon. Like the beginning of March. Double whoops!! Roll the damn thing out double-quick, Ms Sandals! And so it was done.

That brings us to today, when, as promised, Dr. Levin pled guilty in a Toronto court to three charges: making written child pornography, counselling a person to commit a sexual assault, and possession of child pornography. The agreed statement of facts, read into the record by the Crown, was so shocking that one Toronto TV station warned its listeners not to listen [hahahahahaha... Ed.]

The man who had a large hand in drafting the new sex ed curriculum liked to hang out in Internet chat rooms. Among the people he chatted with were undercover cops in Toronto, London (Ontario) and New Zealand -- all posing as women interested in sexual activities with children.

In a conversation beginning in August 2012, the Toronto officer said she had two daughters aged 8 and 14. According to the Crown, Levin "normalized and encouraged the sexual touching of the girls by their mother."

In June 2013, the same officer logged into an "incest" chatroom claiming to be a mother attracted to her 8-year-old daughter. The court was told Levin instructed her on how to "groom the child to get her 'used to sex'", to expose her daughter to pornography, to be nude, and to masturbate in front of the child.

Hmmm... "Get her used to sex," eh. Isn't that what the new sex ed curriculum aims to do by starting to teach kids about sex as early as Grade 3, and the reproductive anatomy even earlier? Grade 3... That would be age 8. Where have we heard that number before?

Back to the chatroom... The undercover cop "advised Mr. Levin that she had followed his instructions...that she had sexually assaulted her child," the court heard. "Levin instructed (her) to 'play' with this child. [He] stated that it was fine if the child cried and the child should understand that more would be done to her. The theme of these discussions was sexualization of the officer's child."

Sexualization of a child. Isn't that... (See above.)

The court heard also that Levin didn't think the undercover officer's profile was real, but didn't suggest or ask if she or her daughter were real people. "Nor was it explicitly suggested that their exchanges were intended to be pure fantasy. He knowingly counselled [the officer] to sexually assault her daughter."

Remember, what you're reading are not allegations. These are details from the statement of facts agreed to by Professor Levin's counsel.

In his chats with the London policewoman, in December 2012, Levin expressed further fantasies. According to Crown counsel, "He said he hoped his daughters would 'share' their own children -- his grandchildren -- with him and his wife."

With the undercover officer in New Zealand, Levin's discussions included sending images of females under the age of 18. One depicted a girl in a bondage scene with an adult woman standing over her. Levin's comment on the picture? "Mmm? So hot to imagine a mother doing that to her girl to please her lover."

Other images sent to the officer by Levin included the picture of a crying girl on which he commented "That girl might be crying because she was used somewhat roughly by her mother's lover." In June 2013, at the New Zealand officer's request, Levin created an online story "detailing the violent sexual assault of a 10 year old child."

Why am I posting all this? Because, remember, Benjamin Levin, the man guilty by his own admission of advocating the "sexualization" of children, is the same Benjamin Levin who held the post of Deputy Minister of Education in Ontario, and, again by his own admission, played a major role in developing Ontario's new sex education curriculum.

In 2009 Dr. Levin presented the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) with a bio in which he boasted, "I was the Deputy Minister of education. In that role, I was the chief civil servant. I was responsible for the operation of the Ministry of Education and everything that they do; I was brought in to implement the new education policy." Source: the OISE newsletter.

If Dr. Levin's sexual appetites were so depraved that he could counsel a mother to assault her own child, Ontario parents are well within their rights to be suspicious of the motives for the curriculum's introduction of detailed information about sex to children. Surely it's not old-fashioned or homophobic to see it as a subtle "grooming" of innocent children in preparation for corruption and abuse!

If you're an Ontario parent and you want to stop your children being groomed, to protect them from the likes of Benjamin Levin, click here to sign the Institute for Canadian Values petition, AND (or) here to sign the Parents As First Educators petition. For the sake of your children, do it now!

Experts warn against dangers of Canadian government's police state bill

Ed. here. Walt's comments below were posted a week ago. Today, CBC Radio's The House features an interview with Prof. Craig Forcese, of the Faculty of Law at the University of Ottawa, in which he highlights the serious flaws in Bill C-51, aka the Harper Police State Bill. We also recommend the backgrounders written by Prof. Forcese and Kent Roach, of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, which tells you in great detail why this bill is a threat to the civil liberties of all Canadians.

Attention Canadian readers! Your civil liberties are threatened by Bill C-51, the "anti-terrorism" bill introduced by your Dear Leader, super-authoritarian control freak Stephen Harper.

The editors of Canada's self-styled national newspaper, the Globe and Mail -- the same ones who endorsed Mr. Harpoon and his party at the last federal election -- now accuse him of using his new spying law to create a "secret police force" in Canada.

Why call it a "spying law"? Because C-51 will give reckless and unnecessary powers to the Mounties, CSIS and other spy agencies, including the ability to detain people who haven’t committed any crime, with minimal oversight or democratic accountability.

Dear Canadian readers, don't let Harper mislead you as to what C-51 really means. Four former prime ministers -- Joe Clark, John Turner, Jean Chrétien, and Paul Martin -- are among almost two dozen prominent Canadians concerned about this bill!

Your rights and freedoms -- freedom of assembly, freedom of speech, even freedom of thought -- are in danger. Be sure to read "What's happening to Canada?!", posted here yesterday.

Your Dear Leader is telling you that people like Opposition Leader Thomas Mulcair are careless of the security of the country, unpatriotic, and probably in league with the Islamic extremists too! The way he tells it, to be against C-51 is to be against Canada. If there's a climate of fear in the Not-so-great Not-so-white North today, Harper created it!

Yet, a poll published on Thursday claims 82% of respondents support this draconian, totally over-the-top legislation. I don't believe it. I don't want to believe it. Did they ask you? Are you willing to trade your rights and liberties for "enhanced security" against the threats which are the direct result of Harper's pro-Israel, pro-American foreign policy?

There’s little doubt that many Members of Parliament -- including some Conservatives -- are concerned about the outrageous laws and lack of oversight. But before they stand up to Harper, they need to know that people across Canada will speak out too.

Dear Canadian readers, you must ask yourselves: are you the kind of people who give up your freedoms to fear-mongers, or are you the kind of people who will defend your democracy? Right now is the time to reject fear! Sign this online petition to stop the encroachment on your freedom of Harper's increasingly authoritarian and dictatorial state.

Thanks to Agent 34 for making us aware of the petition. Stay free!

Neither too late nor too soon! Sign the petition!

It's less than two years until the Big One -- the 2016 presidential election. There's good news and bad news. The good news is that Obama won't be running again. The bad news is that Hellery Clinton will almost certainly be the Democratic candidate. The even worse news is that her Republican opponent might well be Yesterday's Man, Mitt Romney. Aaaaargghhhh!

But let us not give up yet! It's possible, just possible that Ron Paul might respond to a draft. At least, that's the hope of his devoted followers, who are organizing a petition on the new Ron Paul 2016 website.

But isn't he retiring from politics? Well, that's what he's been saying, but you know how it is with politicians. Even the good ones [Is there such an animal? Ed.] have been known to say one thing and do another. Mr. Paul's fans say that if 100,000 supporters pledge by February 2015 to support Ron Paul in 2016, it might still be possible to convince him to run for President again.

You are invited to join in encouraging Ron Paul’s candidacy by signing the message of support on the site. And since the USA is still the Land of the Free -- in theory, anyway -- you should feel free to include your comments and suggestions for his campaign.

Disclaimer: Walt should point out that Ron Paul 2016 is not connected directly or indirectly with Mr. Paul. It is a new version of a site that has been maintained for at least four years by fans of the Great Libertarian. They make a few bucks by selling "Ron Paul" merchandise. Help the cause and antagonize your liberal friends by buying some!

The Canuck version of Zwarte Piet?

Walt's earlier post about the Disunited Nations' disapproval of "Zwarte Piet" ("Black Pete") -- a character from Dutch Christmas tradition -- brought an almost instant message from Agent 3, with a link to "Board apologizes for vice-principal's blackface costume".

This story comes from the central Canadian province of Ontario, whose ultra-liberal Liberal government -- headed by a self-proclaimed lesbian -- is so politically correct that it won't offend anyone... except white, born-in-Canada Christians. If you work for an Ontario school board, woe betide you if you do, say or even think anything that could possibly be construed as racist, homophobic, Christian, pro-life, and so on ad nauseam.

The lesson was apparently not learned by Lionel "Blood" Klotz [no more cheap jokes, please. Ed.], a vice-principal at Mayfield Secondary School in Caledon, Ontario. Mr Klotz foolishly dressed up for Hallowe'en as, errr, Mister T. Fool!!!

Putting on blackface anywhere in Canada, even just to amuse the kiddiewinks, is like following a lit fuse in search of an explosion. You don't have to wait very long. Progressive thinkers in Caledon -- one of Canada's richest exurbs -- complained to the Peel District School Board, who duly investigated and found Mr Klotz guilty of racial insensitivity, for which he is going to be disciplined. And the school board has issued the standard grovelling apology to any and all who might have been offended.

Meanwhile, as seems to be SOP nowadays, an online petition in support of Mr Klotz has been started. Hundreds of students -- smarter than their teachers perhaps -- have already signed at #SaveKlotz2013. According to the Red Star, Mr Klotz could not be reached for comment this afternoon. Agent 3 thinks perhaps he's on his way to Amsterdam to take up a new position as a Zwarte Piet.

UN PC police out to get Zwarte Piet

Today Walt was saddened (but not surprised) to learn of the latest attack of the PC police on European Christian tradition. The target this month is a character from Dutch-Flemish folklore, an important part of the Santa Claus and Christmas tradition of the Netherlands and the northern part of Belgium.

The big day for good little Dutch boys and girls is December 6th. That's when Sinterklaas [= "Santa Claus"! Ed.] comes to town. Families gather together to read poems ["The Night Before Christmas" maybe? Ed.] and exchange gifts.

Jolly old Saint Nick doesn't come by reindeer-powered sleigh. No sir! He comes by boat, not from the North Pole but from Spain. And he has company, too -- a comical helper known as "Zwarte Piet". As you can see in the picture, "Black Pete" (as he would be called in English) has a black face, red lips and curly hair. So, as was bound to happen eventually, the chairthingy of a UN Human Rights Commission yesterday condemned Piet as "an offensive caricature of black people".

"The working group does not understand why it is that people in the Netherlands cannot see that this is a throwback to slavery, and that in the 21st century this practice should stop," Verene Shepherd told the Dutch television programme EenVandaag.

Many of the horrible racist Dutch -- including many dark-complected folks from the Dutch bits of the Caribbean -- disagree. Piet's supporters say he's a positive figure whose appearance is harmless. At one time, Piet was referred to as a "servant" of the elderly saint, but in recent years those references have been replaced with the idea that he gets black from soot as he climbs down chimneys to deliver toys and candy for children who leave their shoes -- wooden, of course -- out overnight.

Those opposed to tinkering with tradition have set up a Facebook page, with a "Pete-ition" [geddit? Ed.] to preserve the traditional appearance of Zwarte Piete. According to the Economist the page has already had over 2 million "likes", showing the strong emotional attachment that most Dutch have to the character. Being the last person on earth who refuses to join Facebook, I can't give you the link, but if you're on FB it shouldn't be hard to find it. Please do!

What happens if 50 states secede?

On Monday Walt asked, "Will petitions for secession succeed?" That post has drawn a higher-than-usual number of hits, and it appears some of you have followed through by signing one (or more) of the petitions open at the White House website We The People.

Not that we're taking all the credit [certainly not! Ed.] but the number of states for which petitions have been lodged has increased from 21, as of Monday, to... Wait for it... 50. Yep, the big 5-0.

The secession petition push began on November 7th, when a disgruntled voter from Slidell LA [That would be Louisiana, not Los Angeles. Ed.] filed a petition requesting that his state be allowed to secede from the Disunited States. Peacefully, of course, as provided for in the Constitution.

Residents of other states were quick to jump onto the bandwagon, or the last train out of Union Station, if you like. So what happens next? Well, to require a response from the White House (or its current occupant), the signatures of 25,000 people are required.

As of 24 hours ago, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, Tennessee and Texas had reached the threshold. (Texas leads the pack with over 110,000 signatures as I write.) Since all those states voted for the Not-so-inevitable Mitt, that's about what you'd expect. But the petition for Florida has also accumulated the necessary number.

A petition for a recount of the entire election has over has nearly 60,000 signatures, and a petition to impeach the Prez is closing on 30,000. Just noticed, too, petitions that El Paso and Austin be allowed to secede from Texas! Presumably if TX withdraws from the USA, and El Paso and Austin withdraw from TX, those cities would remain part of the USA? This could get confusing!

Before you break out your state flags [or Confederate flags! Ed.] And get your Confederate money or gold coins out from under the mattress, let's bear in mind that these petitions are nothing new. Similar petitions were started in 2004 and 2008, and what came of it. All that's required of Hussesin Obama is a response, and that response could well be "Nyah nyah na nyah nah!"

Will petitions for secession succeed?

About this time 150 years ago, tens of thousands of Americans were fighting to get their states out of the Union. In part this was because they resented having the central government in Washington impose on them its policies of social engineering. Many thought President Lincoln's plans would lead inevitably to the mongrelization and decline of American society.

Well, the Federals prevailed, the slaves were emancipated, everyone became "equal" -- somewhat later, you understand -- and American society became the best on earth. Or not, depending on your point of view.

It took 143 years for Americans to elect a (somewhat) black president, the one who just got re-elected with the support of just a hair above half of those who voted. The rest -- a hair under half of those who voted -- don't seem to be taking it to well.

Should the disaffected minority take up arms to leave the Disunited States? Certainly lot. It wouldn't go any more good now than it did in 1861. Besides, the Supreme Court ruled unilateral secession unconstitutional.

So all you good ole boys can put your muskets away. However, America being the democracy that it is, you can still exercise your democratic right to petition for rederess. In fact, the Formerly White House has set up a website to accommodate your online petitions, including, if you so wish, petitions to secede from the union.

Well, guess what? Within a week of Al O'Bama's re-election, citizens from no fewer than twenty-one -- count `em, 21 -- states have filed petitions asking to secede from the United States.

The rule is that if you get 25,000 signatures or more, the White House has to respond to your petition. [Does "Chuck you, Farley!" count as a response? Ed.] Louisiana was first, posting its request on November 7th. It was joined by Texas on November 9th. There are 14,879 signatures on the LA petition as I write, and 22,375 on that of Texas.

Similar petitions from Alabama, Tennessee, and Oregon [Oregon? Really? Ed.] are also gaining traction, with each receiving thousands of supporters over the weekend alone. Other states trying to secede include Florida, Arkansas, South Carolina, Missouri, Kentucky, Colorado, New Jersey, Montana, North Dakota, Indiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Alabama, Michigan, Georgia and New Jersey [Shome mishtake, shurely! Ed.].

All the petitions quote a passage from the Declaration of Independence, which says: "Whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and institute new Government."

To sign one of the petitions, or post your own, go to "We the People". Let's see what happens.
