At least she washed her hands before going back to work

Interesting story from KENS-TV, the CBS affiliate in ole San Antone

San Antonio police recently arrested a 30-year-old school lunch worker for literally having a "closeted sexual affair" with a senior at East Central High School, where she had worked as a "nutritional assistant" (read: "lunchlady") for 11 years..

Jenna Michelle Woodworth was booked last week on a charge of "having an improper relationship between an educator and a student", a second-degree felony. The cops allege that Ms Woodworth had sexual intercourse multiple times with the student in a closet in the school cafeteria's kitchen.

School staff found a photo of the teen in the lunchlady's work locker when they cleaned it out after she was fired shortly after her arrest. Both Woodworth and the student were interviewed by police and admitted to the inappropriate relationship, which the cops say was ongoing right up until they got involved.

During an interview, the victim stated that on earlier last week Ms Woodworth picked him up in the stadium parking lot in a district vehicle and drove him to the Learning Academy Campus. According to the student's affidavit, Ms Woodworth walked him through a back door of the cafeteria kitchen, and when she was done with her morning duties, "they went to a closet in the kitchen and had sexual intercourse."

The student told officers the same interaction happened the following day. The affidavit noted that after the sexual interlude Woodworth would wash her hands and return to her cafeteria duties.

Walt is waiting to see if Ms Woodworth raises the Costanza defence: "Was that wrong? If anybody had told me that this is frowned on..."

VIDEO: Vatican cover-up of homosexual crimes leaves no choice for Catholics -- leave the Church or join us "rad trads"

Earlier this week, the Vatican gave a belated and totally inadequate response to the allegations of Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò, whose Testimony asserts that Pope Francis knew years ago of the activities of Cardinal McCarrick, the homosexual predator, and did nothing about the scandalous situation. What is the Holy Father's plan? Wait for it... He has "called the leaders of the world's episcopal conferences to Rome, to speak about the prevention of abuse of minors and vulnerable adults". Errr, that's it.

Yes, dear Catholic (and other) friends, you read that right. More than five years after Francis announced his plan to set up a special commission to recommend plans and policies for "the prevention of abuse of minors and vulnerable adults", the situation has, if anything, worsened. So what to do? Have another meeting! And did I mention when the meeting will be held? In February of next year! Until then, according to the Cardinal Archbishop of Chicago, the Pope will be too busy talking about climate change and being nice to refugees. "We won't be going down that rabbit hole!" (Actual quote from Cardinal Cupich. See "Cardinal Cupich goes off the deep end", with excellent video by Michael Matt, WWW 4/9/18.)

The TOR (Terms Of Reference) for the meeting look to have been drawn up by a team of Vatican lawyers -- the type of men who can pick fly-specks out of pepper with boxing gloves on. The scope of the meeting is carefully limited to preclude any discussion of the plague of sodomy between priests and "consenting adults" aged 18 or over. That leaves plenty of room for actively homosexual priests, bishops, cardinals and... others... to continue their activity.

Francis obviously has no intention of addressing the influence of a homosexual network among the clergy unless its activity involves an actual rape prosecutable under civil law. Even then, however, the cover-ups will continue as much as possible in the current climate of public scrutiny. The Gay Mafia wins again!

So... time for another video -- the second I've reposted this month -- featuring Michael J. Matt, editor of The Remnant newspaper. In "Michael Matt talks about calls for Pope Francis to resign, calls Archbishop Viganò 'Instrument of Divine Intervention'", WWW 2/9/18, I said "Mr Matt just keeps getting better and better. Perhaps he is driven to outdo himself by the increasingly parlous state of the Roman Catholic Church." In his latest video, Mr Matt not only steps outside the box but also smashes it to bits as he analyses what's really going on with the clerical sex abuse crisis.

"What is the Viganò Effect? How do Vatican II and the New Mass come into this? With the Catholic Church clearly occupied, should faithful Catholics just join the lynch mob? What's a faithful Catholic to do?" You'll find Mr Matt's carefully reasoned answer in the last few minutes. Dear Catholic readers, the time has come!

Pope has known about gay sex scandals in US Church for years

A staunchly conservative Roman Catholic prelate, Archbishop Carlo Viganò, formerly an apostolic nuncio to the USA, has accused Pope Francis -- "the most progressive pope in history" as the lamestream media call him -- of knowing for at least five years of the gay sex abuse allegations against disgraced Cardinal theodore McCarrick, now wearing his dog collar in the dog house for "allegedly" (LOL) abusing scores of priests and seminarians.

The accusation comes as Francis tours Ireland, playing the old humble card yet again as he begs for forgiveness for decades of Catholic abuse, not just in America but in Eire, Chile and... well, if you're part of the Gay Mafia, the world's your playground.

Archbishop Viganò stated his case in an 11-page letter published today. In his testimony, the prelate said he told the pope, "Holy Father, I don't know if you know Cardinal McCarrick, but if you ask the Congregation of Bishops, there is a dossier this thick about him. He corrupted generations of seminarians and priests and Pope Benedict ordered him to withdraw to a life of prayer and penance."

Abp Viganò goes on to say that he was surprised, shortly thereafter, to see that instead of being sent into seclusion, the cardinal molester began travelling on missions on behalf of the Church. He reportedly went to China, and was known to have been one of the Vatican's intermediaries involved in talks between the US and Cuba talks in 2014.

A cascade of child sex abuse scandals dating back to 2002 have shaken the foundations of the Roman Catholic Church. The latest revelations came just this month in Pennsylvania, where a grand jury report found that 300 priests had abused more than 1000 children, mostly boys, in six dioceses for a period of some seven decades.

Abp Viganò's "Testimony" is highly substantiated and charges other important cardinals, from Pietro Parolin (aka "Peter the Roman") to Sean Patrick O'Malley to Óscar Andrés Rodríguez Maradiaga. It is absolutely a must-read, and you can access it, in its entirety, by clicking here.

Archbishop Viganò's letter railed against "homosexual networks present in the Church", with the word "homosexual" appearing 18 times. Political correctness foils detection and punishment of 1400 sex abuse cases in English city

Here's the story in a PC nutshell. Rotherham is a city in South Yorkshire, England. Its population is about 260,000, a substantial (and visible) minority of whom are south Asian -- Pakistani Muslims to be precise. For sixteen (16) years, a ring of Pakistani perverts preyed on something like 1400 (fourteen hundred) children, in what police describe as "organized child sexual exploitation".

In 2010, five Pakistani Muslim men from Rotherham were found guilty of sex offences against girls as young as 12. In 2011 Ashtiaq Asghar was jailed for the murder of 17-year-old Laura Wilson, who had been a victim of sexual exploitation.

There have been four separate enquiries into the scandal, going back as far as 2003, with the most recent being released just this month. Yet the perps mentioned above are the only only ones to have been convicted of anything. No-one else has been charged. None of the officials or "authorities" charged with protecting children from such predators have lost their jobs. Instead there has been only a massive, scandalous and ongoing coverup.

How can this be? No prize for guessing it's because of political correctness. The sexual abuse, exploitation and trafficking of children by Muslim vizmins has been called a "taboo" subject. City councillors and other officials stand accused of "ignoring a politically inconvenient truth". Why? For "fear of being thought racist" and "threatening 'community cohesion'". Such is life in politically correct Britain.

Of course nothing like this could ever happen in Canada or the USA!

10 reasons behind sexual violence in India

In the spirit of peace on earth, goodwill to men... errr, men and women... errr, people [OK. Ed.] Walt has tried to lay off the Indians and Muslims during this holiday season. However, the rape of a 23-year-old medical student on a bus in New Delhi cannot pass unnoticed.

Sadly, rape is all too common in South Asia, not least because women are regarded in Hindu and Muslim societies as second-class citizens in every sense of the word. In India, "Eve-teasing" has existed for centuries. In the civilized world this "sport" would be called what it is -- sexual harassment.

The only thing surprising about this particular case is the severity of the attack. The victim has now died, turning the matter into a murder case. The Indian government promises that the trial of the 6 (yes, six) accused will be fast-tracked. In India that means they might appear before a judge before they die of old age. Or not. It's India, so no-one can say.

Olga Khazan and Rama Lakshmi of the Washington Post put together a list of ten reasons why India has a sexual violence problem. Walt has reversed their numbering, in the Letterman style, to put the most important reason at the end. Here's the list.

10. Few female police

9. Not enough police in general

8. Blaming provocative clothing

7. Acceptance of domestic violence

6. A lack of public safety

5. Stigmatizing the victim

4. Encouraging rape victims to compromise

3. A sluggish court system

2. Few convictions

1. Low status of women

Walt's experience of India is admittedly limited. But I have been there and have reason to believe the list is accurate. I knew about "Eve-teasing", for example, long before this week and know someone who was victimized in this way back in the 1980s.

And I heard a women's rights advocate interviewed on the CBC this week. She said a woman who goes to an Indian police station to report being raped is not unlikely to be assaulted again (especially if she is of a lower caste) by the police men.

We have a new agent -- hereinafter known as Agent 93 -- who contends that this problem is, if not unique, at least worse amongst "Indians in India" than amongst Indians in America, Britain or Canada. Maybe so, but even in the ABC countries at least half of the ten reasons given still obtain. The fight for justice for women is a long way from being won.

How judicial inquiries work

In the UK and Canada, the accepted way to "deal with" a scandal which is having unpleasant political repercussions is to hold a judicial inquiry or a royal commission. Here's how it works. You find an "unbiased" (but compliant) judge -- a retired judge verging on senility perhaps -- and give him terms of reference that effectively take away his fishing pole. That is, you restrict him from poking too deeply into the dirt at the heart of the matter.

A paradigm of futility would be Canada's famous White Oliphant commission, a topic Walt harped on [wrote on, surely. Ed.] back in 2010. The real scandal was the money that former Prime Minister Lyin' Brian Mullarkey received from Airbus Industries for his part in getting Air Canada (then a crown corporation) to buy a substantial number of its A320 aircraft.

However, the commissioner, Mr Justice Oliphant (retd), was told he was to enquire only into whether Baloney had had any business dealings while he was still prime minister with Karlheinz Schreiber, an oleaginous German-Canadian dealer in armored cars, spaghetti machines and what have you. It was Schreiber who gave the Jaw That Walks Like A Man brown envelopes full of 1000-dollar bills, which the Jaw stashed away and, errr, forgot about until the Mounties started investigating, errr, Schreiber.

The other thing you do, to make sure an inquiry or commission does no harm to anyone, is to deny it the power to punish anyone. It can make findings, and even recommendations, but don't let it initiate criminal proceedings or actually punish anyone or order anyone to do anything. Walt finds that this is ridiculous and recommends that future commissions actually be provided with a few teeth.

Fast forward three years and change location to London, where the British government and its broadcasting arm, the British Broadcorping Castration [British Broadcasting Corporation! Ed.] are up to their nether regions in shit over hundreds of sex crimes which (an independent broadcaster has revealed) were committed by the famous comedian and notorious paedophile, Sir Jimmy Savile.

"Sir Jimmy" got his knighthood from Her Britannic Majesty, by the way, and a similar honour from the late Unblessed Pope John Paul II. Embarrassingly for the Queen and the Vatican, the honours cannot somehow be taken back, since the old bugger mercifully died some months before his delicts came to light.

This week, Brits have been shocked [Shocked, I tell you! Ed.] by more claims of sexual abuse, this time by a senior politician of the Thatcher era. On the BBC's Newsnight programme, a young man said he had been abused by an unnamed politician -- not Lord McAlpine -- at the Bryn Estyn children's home in Wales.

The response of the British government to the latest wave of sex abuse allegations has been altogether predictable. On Tuesday, Home Secretary Theresa May announced a new police inquiry is to investigate fresh allegations into the way police handled child abuse accusations in care homes during the 1970s and 80s.

And -- get this! -- there will also be a judicial inquiry into the failings of previous judicial inquiries. Amazing, isn't it?

Footnote: The legal beagle who drew the terms of reference for the useless Oliphant commission duly received his reward from a grateful Conservative government. He is now the Governor-General of Canada.

Forgotten the Oliphant commission already? See "The Oliphant labours, and brings forth...nothing" and "The Oliphant hath laboured...". [Some lack of originality in the second headline. But that was back in 2010. We're doing better now...aren't we? Ed.]
