Judge Judy says hush money show trial should haver have happened

Agent 3, who reckons that "Judge Judy" Sheindlin must have gone to law school about the same time as he did, saw her on CNN's "Who's Talking With Chris Wallace" a couple of hours ago. "It's too bad [he writes] that President Trump wasn't tried by America's favourite judge, rather than Judge Doom Merchan."

Why does 3 say that? Because Judge Judy thinks that the hush money show trial should never have happened.

"You gotta twist yourself into a pretzel," the learned judge told Mr Wallace, "to figure out what the crime was. [D.A. Alvin] Bragg doesn’t like him. New York City didn’t like him for a while. 

[But] I would be happier, as someone who owns property in Manhattan, if the district attorney of New York County would take care of criminals who were making it impossible for citizens to walk in the streets and use the subway, to use his efforts to keep those people off the street, than to spend $5 million or $10 million of taxpayers’ money trying Donald Trump on this nonsense."

It's not that Judge Judy is a big fan of President Trump. She campaigned for Nikki Haley in the Republican primaries earlier this year. In an op-ed written at that time, she said, "I have carefully stayed away from politics for 50 years, except to vote. But times have changed in our country, and I believe the moment has come for me to step out from behind the curtain. I want to speak honestly and from the heart — regardless of the consequences."

Speaking from the heart (we presume) about D.A. Braggart, the judge told Mr Wallace "I, as a taxpayer in this country, resent using the system for your own personal self-aggrandizement."

Agent 3 supposes that Judge Judy's opinion of the first anti-Trump show trial won't be heard officially during the appeals now working their way through the legal system [Is dis a system? Mr Natural], but the judges of appeal will certainly have heard about what she said. "The mills of justice grind slowly, but they grind exceeding fine."

Trump wins 14 of 15 states - libs getting hysterical already

You don't need me to tell you the results, eh. Super Tuesday was (as he said) really Super for President Trump, who already has something like 1000 of the delegate votes he needs to win the Republican nomination.

Nikki Haley didn't congratulate him though, much like offer support. Having spent some $117 million (of other people's money) to win 20 delegates (from Vermont and the Swamp), she now has the chutzpah to say The Donald nees to reach out to all those who voted for her. Yeah... sure...

I watched the results on the Big 3 for a few minutes last night. I started with NBC but had to change channels after about 5 minutes because I could feel my dinner coming up. CBS and ABC weren't much better. The common theme was that the End of Democracy in America is getting near, and all right- ["left-". surely. Ed.] thinking people must do whatever it takes (now that weaponizing the courts has failed) to stop the Orange Man.

Here are two samples of the kind of unbiased commentary featured in the lickspittle media yesterday. One is actual, and one is satire. See if you can tell which one is the real libtard hysteria.  

Mainstream Media Warn If Trump Is Elected He Might Indict His Political Enemies, Imprison Detractors, And Rig Elections In His Favor

Mainstream media outlets warned this week that if former President Trump is re-elected, he might indict his political enemies, imprison opposing journalists, and change the voting rules of future elections to favor his party. 

"If none of the Democrats' 73 indictments against Trump work, Trump might gain the power to have political opponents indicted," warned MSNBC commentator Rachel Maddow. "It's terrifying to think what could happen if a President were to wield the power to bankrupt opponents with bogus charges or intimidate journalists with legal threats. We are talking a danger the likes of which we have never, ever seen." 

Other outlets were reportedly quick to also sound the alarm, with CNN running a four-hour segment on how the DOJ must jail Republicans in order to keep Republicans from gaining the power to jail political opponents. CBS News, having recently seized confidential records from a journalist, called for the imprisonment of any journalist who does not write what the government tells them to write. 

"It's the only way to stop Trump from threatening journalists," explained CBS News President Ingrid Ciprian-Matthews. "We have to bend or break every moral and ethical rule in existence to keep Trump from breaking the rules." 

As of publishing time, Trump had been indicted for mass murder after telling his supporters that he promised to drain the D.C. swamp and get rid of all the corruption in the federal government. SOURCE

The New York Times is facing backlash over its coverage of Donald Trump and the 2024 election

The New York Times is facing a sustained wave of backlash. The Gray Lady has for several weeks been in the crosshairs of a vocal set of critics and readers who believe that Donald Trump poses a grave threat to American democracy and that the influential news organization isn’t adequately conveying those stakes to the public. 

Criticism of The Times is nothing new, but as it appears with each passing day that Trump has a real shot of recapturing the White House, the expressions of disapproval have become particularly pronounced. In the view of its critics, The Times has been far too distracted as of late by worries over President Joe Biden’s age, allowing it to steal attention away from the larger and far more serious danger posed by a second Trump administration. 

Critics have also argued that The Times covers Biden and Trump with disproportionate standards, placing false equivalence on issues surrounding the current president to those of the former president, who is facing 91 criminal counts and fantasized about being a dictator on “day one.” 

The latest salvo in the now weeks-long stream of criticism against The Times burst into view over the weekend when the newspaper published a poll it conducted with Siena College that found a majority of Biden voters believe he is too old to be an effective president. That poll touched off a torrent of angry commentary directed at the outlet, with some readers even declaring on social media that they had decided to cancel their subscriptions. 

“That they even asked this question is evidence of the bias — the agenda — in their poll,” Jeff Jarvis, the Leonard Tow Professor of Journalism Innovation at the CUNY Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism, posted on Threads. “Who made age an ‘issue’? The credulous Times falling into the right-wing’s projection. This is not journalism. Shameful.” “NY Times, did you ask your random voters whether Trump is too insane, doddering, racist, sexist, criminal, traitorous, hateful to be effective as President?” Jarvis asked, adding, “This is not a poll. It is your agenda.” 

Bill Carter, a media critic who spent the bulk of his career as a media reporter for The Times, suggested on Monday that the newspaper is, of course, imperfect. Carter conceded that “there are occasions when the paper’s coverage seems less attuned to the changing realities of our political dynamic” and that “not enough is made of the fact that one side treats things like truth and science as opponents to be fought and denounced.” 

“There might be some point to the accusation that the media have not sufficiently rung the alarms to alert the nation to an existential threat to democracy,” Carter said. “But if Democrats lose to Trump after all THAT coverage, the fault will not be in the media, but in themselves.” SOURCE

Turns out that South Carolina is not like Pennsylvania or Arizona. Truckloads of ballots did not arrive in the middle of the night to enable Nikki Haley to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat. [Did you make that up? Ed.]

The lickspittle media raced to be the first to declare a result, with ABC the winner, calling Trump the winner at approximately 7:00:09 EST. Here are the final numbers.

President Trump: 451,905 votes (59.8%), winning all 44 delegates to the GOP convention

Nikki Haley: 298,681 (39.5%), winning NO delegates

Ron DeSantis: 2951 votes (0.4%)

Vivek Ramaswamy: 728 votes (<0.1%).

So... no surprises, then. Just like the Holiday Inn. Walt notes two things.

First... the Republican Party belongs to President Trump, whether the RINOs and never-Trumpers (Hello, David Frum) like it or not. Whatever demographic or regional divisions may have existed in the past have been largely swept away. As proof of this, I offer the prospect of Senator Tim Scott being offered the No. 2 spot on the GOP ticket.

Second... the Dumbocrats must now be seriiously considering showing President Brandon the exit door, while there is still time [about a minute and a half. Ed.] to find another candidate for the presidensity.

Some Dems are putting on a brave face, saying Demented Joe is the only one who could beat the Orange Man, but the operative word there is "could"... not "will". If you're an independent voter and have to choose between two old white guys with health and legal issues, which one would you trust to pilot the ship of state through the stormy seas that lie ahead. [That's enough metaphors. Ed.]

That brings us back to "Waiting in the wings... or maybe just outside the window?", WWW 22/1/24. Mrs Barrack Hussein Obama would be a plausible candidate, but my guess is that she would only throw her do-rag in the ring once Brandon is tail-lights, and if Deep State has everything rigged so that she couldn't possibly lose.

Ms Haley vows to go on to Michigan and Super Tuesday. Whether or not she is able to find the support -- especially financial support -- necessary to do so doesn't matter. She was effectively cooked -- fried -- last night. After Super Tuesday is when the Democratic long knives will come out. Stay tuned.

The Skinny Lady hasn't sung yet

Here's a FACT that Mitch McConnell, Chris Christie, David Frum, CNN, MSNBC, Chris Sununu, and all the anti-Trumpers (including, sadly, Walt's Agent 2) can't deny. President Donald J. Trump won the New Hampshire Republican primary.

And the corollary... Despite having spent over $30 million in donations from big business and the Establishment, former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley garnered something like 44% of the votes against 55% for Mr. Trump.

Yet somehow, Ms Haley (née Nimarata Hikki Randhawa) insisted in her un-concession speech that somehow she had won, and would follow up her triumph with a win in South Carolina in a month's time.

Let's see now. Ms Haley ran third (of the main contenders) in Iowa, and second (of two) in New Hampshire. Putting it another way, she was last in Iowa, last in New Hampshire, and now she expects to finish first in South Carolina. Really?

There hasn't been much polling in Ms Haley's home state yet, but state polls taken before the Iowa caucuses, showed her trailing President Trump by 30 percentage points, give or take. The Donald enjoys very strong support there, and has been endorsed by prominent South Carolina politicians including Senators Tim Scott and Lindsey Graham.

Here's another FACT. If you exclude all the disaffected Republicans (including NH Governor Chris Sununu), Democrats and independents who voted for Ms Haley, President Trump's margin was at least double the 11% of the total vote. President Trump now owns the Republican Party, and has all but clinched the GOP nomination for thee 2024 presidential election.

Last night, talking of Ms Haley (although he didn't mention her by name), he said, "She's doing... a speech like she won. She didn't win. She lost." 

After last night's result, Americans can now look forward -- with anticipation or fear, take your  pick -- to a rematch of the stolen 2020 contest. The people and organizations mentioned in the first paragraph -- including Ms Haley -- insist that such a contest will be close. 

Before the NH polls closed yesterday, President Brandon puffed up his hollow chest and boasted that he was the only one who had beaten Mr Trump before, and he would do so again. The Democrats have even printed up T-shirts bearing that message. Walt sez: Oh yeah? Care to put some money on it? Lifetime pct .989.

Get your 2024 election bets down now!

Online pollster InteractivePolls shows President Trump the clear favourite to win the 2024 presidential election. Their aggregation of recent polls gives the Donald a 21.28% chance of being re-elected, with the President Brandon well behind with only 14.71%, and the first WOC vice-president even farther behind at 11.11%. Here's how the trend-lines look, graphically.

Following Camela Harris was Ron DeSantis at 8.70%, Nikki Haley 4.35%, and Pete Buttgag bringing up the rear [Careful... Ed.] with 3.70%. Oops, I misspoke. Mike Pence was actually last, at 3.12%.

Citizen Trump has either tied or edged out Sleepy Joe in a number of hypothetical 2024 general election matchups. An Emerson College survey released this month showed Mr Trump edging out Mr Brandon, 45% to 43%. An I&I/TIPP poll released in October showed Old Joe behind The Donald in every part of the US of A except the northeast.

Back in June, Breitbart News reported the phenomenon of Governor. DeSantis’s rise in presidential betting markets. At the time, USsportsbonus.com found that both men had 4/1 odds to be the Republican nominee in 2024 (20% implied probability), making them tied for the favorite position. However, Mr Trump’s 7/1 odds to win the 2024 Presidential Election (12.5%) are better than Mr DeSantis's 12/1 odds (7.7%).

Mr Trump recently suggested that Mr DeSantis would be a good running mate. Smart thinking, since, according to Sportsbonus, the Florida Governor is the biggest threat (within the GOP) to the former President. US Sportsbonus gambling industry analyst Jay Sanin wrote, "DeSantis has improved significantly in both markets since February, when he was a distant 40/1 to win the election and 12/1 to be the Republican nominee."

That's the state of play just a year after the fake election that put Mr Brandon in the Oval Office. A yeaer from now, after Republicans regain control of both the House and the Senate (lifetime pct .991), Sleepy Joe will be the lamest of lame ducks, a true occasion for Thanksgiving.
