VIDEO: Why the weaponized FBI is targeting traditional Catholics

Last November, Most Rev. Joseph Strickland was "fired" by "Pope" Francis from his position as Bishop of Tyler (Texas). His crime? Opposing globalism, wokeism, and the leader of the New Church of the World Order.

Following an apostolic visitation (a word with some interesting meanins) in September, several of Francis' cronies in the Vatican advised him Francis to pressure "Bishop Joe" to resign. But the good bishop refused to bend the knee! In October he penned an open letter to the faithful saying "[resigning] would be me abandoning the flock that I was given charge of by Pope Benedict XVI."

On 31 October 2023, at the Rome Life Forum of LifeSiteNews, Bishop Strickland read out a letter (attributed to a "friend") which included the question: "Would you now allow this one [Francis] who has pushed aside the true Pope [Benedict XVI] and has attempted to sit on a chair that is not his define what the church is to be?" The letter also described Francis as an "usurper of Peter's chair" and "an expert at producing cowards".

Bishop Strickland did not dispute these accusations, and described the letter as "challenging". He then made his own comment that Pope Francis backed the Vatican's "attack on the sacred". He was asked to resign on 9 November, and, after refusing again, was deposed on 11 November 2023.

But the prelate has not been silenced. He continues to stand up and speak up for the True Faith, whenever and wherever he can. Last week he spoke at CPAC at National Harbor Maryland. His subject was the FBI's investigation of traditional Catholics, revealed in hearings before the House Judiciary Committee last fall. See "New Report Details the Extent of the FBI's Weaponization of Law Enforcement Against Traditional Catholics".

Bishop Strickland was interviewed on this and related topics by Breitbart News' Matthew Perdie. Listen carefully as he gives a clear and concise explanation of why the liberals, wokesters, and Deep State have a hate-on for traditional Catholics and other Christians.

Key takeaway (at about the 5th minute):  “The Catholic Church is, and should be, totally opposed to this woke agenda … The Catholic Church should reject [the woke agenda] because it’s a rejection of God. It’s a rejection of who we are: created in the image and likeness of God... [Tyrannical leaders] are threatened by those who stand for the truth and won’t budge."

VIDEO: Latest news and views from Michael Matt at Remnant TV

It's been a while since we reposted a video featuring Michael Matt, the editor of The Remnant newspaper. The recently concluded Synod on Synodality (which we thought would be the Synod of Sin) turned out to be something of a damp squib, just a continuation of the "church of accompaniment" nonsense dreamed up by Jorge Bergoglio, the man who calls himself "Pope Francis".

There wasn't a whole lot there to talk about, so in this week's video Mr Matt talks about a potpourri of other things, notably Francis' dismissal from office of Most Rev. Joseph Strickland, now the former Bishop of Tyler TX.

But there's much more. Listen as Dr Jordan Peterson (!) talks about the power of the Rosary. As Mr Matt says, "Looks like God’s coming back, and he’s bringing hell with him." Here's the video.

Even if you're not Catholic, you need to be concerned about the crisis in the Church. Ever since the "progressives" started their campaign to weaken and ultimately destroy Holy Mother of Church, the entire Western world has fallen into a state of decay.

The war on the Church is a war on our entire society! We must resist Francis and all the enemies of Holy Mother Church, both without and within! Join us in this prayer: Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil; May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; And do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan and all evil spirits who wander through the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.

VIDEO: Want to stay a priest? Don't speak against abortion... or Biden!

There was still more news late last week. What better time to release bad news than in the ten days or so before Christmas the Winter Holiday, when people have their minds elsewhere, thinking about presents and turkey and travel and (maybe) the coming of Jesus the Christ, to bring light into a dark world.

Speaking of the dark world, the Vatican chose the peak of the Christmas holiday rush to send out a notice to anyone who might care that Father Frank Pavone, the head of the advocacy group Priests for Life, and sometime spiritual advisor to President Trump, was "laicized" -- removed from the priesthood -- in November, and should now be referred to as just "Mr Pavone".

What could Father Pavone (who remains a priest even though he may be barred from priestly office) have done to deserve such a punishment? Even Father Nicholas Gruner, the Fatima Priest, whose voice the Vatican tried to silence for decades, was never "laicized".

The man who calls himself Pope Francis must have either approved the decision or stepped aside to allow it to happen. Priests don’t get defrocked every day, and a well-known priest like Father Pavone must have transgressed beyond a few curses on Twitter to force the hand of the Unholy Father and receive the ultimate priestly punishment.

The Vatican said merely that Father Pavone was "found guilty in canonical proceedings of blasphemous communications on social media, and of persistent disobedience of the lawful instructions of his diocesan bishop."

No specifics were given, but it is well known that Fr Pavone frequently clashed with his superiors over some of the language he has used in his social media postings. In 2020, in the heat of the election campaign, a tweet he authored referred to "supporters of this goddamn loser Biden and his morally corrupt, America-hating, God hating Democrat party."

Aha! The real sin was criticizing the apostate President Brandon! Was there more? We hand the narrative over to our old friend Dr Taylor Marshall.

Father Pavone promises to keep fighting. And he has some powerful supporters. Most Rev. Joseph Strickland, Bishop of Tyler TX, tweeted: "The blasphemy is that this holy priest is canceled while an evil president promotes the denial of truth & the murder of the unborn at every turn, Vatican officials promote immorality & denial of the deposit of faith & priests promote gender confusion devastating lives…evil."

Just  so. Let us pray, once again: "Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil; May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; And do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan and all evil spirits who wander through the world for the ruin of souls. Amen."

VIDEO: The world needs a Marian "Blue Wave"

This past October 13th was the 102nd anniversary of the final Apparition of the Blessed Virgin Mary at Fatima. In a two-minute video published two days earlier, Very Rev. Joseph Strickland, Bishop of Tyler TX, issued a call to participate in what he calls a "Marian blue wave". Bishop Strickland describes this as "a refocus on the beautiful gift of the Rosary, and the call to prayer that the Blessed Virgin Mary has given us so many times."

"The Rosary is a rather simple prayer," said the prelate, "repeating a basic message of devotion to our Lord Jesus Christ, seeking the will of the Father, and asking Mary to intercede for us, the people of God.... We pray for the sanctity of life, from conception to natural death, and we pray for healing in the world and the Church at this time."

Our Lady of Fatima, pray for us!
