Was it something we said? YouTube censorship strikes again

Long before dawn yesterday, we posted a funny video, "Indian soccer play-by-play... nuts!!!", which showed a soccer playing colliding with a goalpost and hurting a sensitive part of his anatomy, as described by an east Indian commentator in the manner of speaking peculiar to people from the Bombay area. It was, in Walt's humble opinion, LOL funny.

Apparently some viewers -- not readers of WWW, we'd like to think -- rattled YouTube's chain, for the video became "unavailable" on WWW within mere hours of our reposting it. Now here's the crazy thing. The video, which was not Walt's creation or property, is still there on YouTube! See?

So we ask ourselves, who complained about whom? Could it be that some snowflake complained not about the video offending their tender sensibilities by provoking laughter at Indian speech mannerisms, but about our reposting it?!

How could it be? Did we do something politically incorrect by laughing? Wasn't that what the creator of the video wanted us to do? Or did we somehow promote racism etc etc by sharing the video with our readers? Is a puzzlement!

Whatever we did to offend the Masters of the Metaverse, we are certainly very sorry. Oh my goodness, yes! And we promise never to do it again, good sirs, if you will but tell us wherein we have offended. And to all those who think calling attention to the very real differences between people is not funny... many good lucks to you, by Jove!
