The idea of Canuckistan turning its back on the US of A to become an "associate member" (whatever that means) of the Europen Union doesn't make sense to us... but then nothing that country's Liberal government does ever makes sense to anyone but themselves. Thanks and a tip o' the toque to Agent 3.
