Hyuge win for rightist Alternativ für Deutschland in German election

The big breakthrough for the Right which Walt has been predicting came on Sunday as voters in the German state of Saxony-Anhalt overwhelmingly chose the Alternativ für Deutschland (AfD) to run their government. Lifetime pct .988.

It's a historic victory for a once-ridiculed populist party that the lickspittle media routine call "extremist", "radical right" and "neo-Nazi". They're not laughing how. In fact the liberals and their press agents are soiling their shorts in terror! They're saying now that Sunday's win signifies a deep crisis of established politics in Germany and sends a message to right-wing populists around the world that the political tides are in their favour. What do you think of that, Frau Merkel?

Speaking in Magdeburg, Alice Weidel, co-leader of the federal AfD, told the meeja, "I'm feeling so excited and I'm so proud of our team here in Saxony-Anhalt. We have a huge responsibility, not only in Saxony-Anhalt, but in Germany overall."

The AfD promises to improve relations with Russia, ban Pride flags in schools and create separate classrooms for refugee children. And it gets better! They're calling for "remigration" -- the mass deportation of people bogus refugees, asylum-seekers and other illegal aliens who invaded the Fatherland once the floodgates were opened by former Chancellor Angela Merkel. 

The AfD's Saxony-Anhalt chairman, Martin Reichardt, said, "No one who is honest, and no one who is accepting our laws and no one who is not illegal in Germany has to be scared because of our party."

One German who is shit scared is soon-to-be ex-Chancellor Friedrich "Fred" Merz. He warned that the triumph of the AfD in the Saxony-Anhalt election means his government "cannot simply move past as if nothing happened," as he accepted "the most severe election defeat in years, indeed in decades."

Herr Merz admitted Germany still needs "fundamental reforms", and defended his liberal-ish government's track record. Our of the other side of his mouth, he rejected any talks of giving up and resigning from his lofty post.

Meanwhile, triumphant AfD leaders celebrated "a dream result", which they said showed the growing appetite for change in German politics. What puzzles me is how the forces of One Worldism can continue to suppress a similar appetite for change in the politics France, the Disunited Kingdom and Canada. Surely the people of those countries must wake up some day!
