Just before leaving for a little holiday in la-la-land, Walt had occasion to visit a
large dairy farm in central Canada. The owner showed me a large array of solar panels which they installed about three years ago. He reckons that it will take another ten years before the set-up has paid for itself and said he lives long enough to see that. Of course, he added, that's assuming that the panels last that long!
