Walt is still trying to figure out how the American-Israeli war against Iran and Lebanon is going to end. But will end... somehow... and likely on terms more favourable to our interests than those of our Islamist enemies. Objectively you'd have to call that a "win" than anything else.

You wouldn't know it, though, to listen to the liberal lickspittle media, who are doing their damnedest to paint the current impasse as a loss for President Trump. They can't explain what's actually unfolding in Iran, let alone the behind-closed-doors talks in Pakistsan, so they swing wildly between calling POTUS a "warmonger" and "weak", trotting out the ridiculous "TACO" jape.

The reality points to an Iranian regime that's been militarily and strategically crippled. Adversaries like Russia and China are feeling the ripple effects, and NATO’s cracks are on full display. Victor Davis Hanson takes the long... and more positive view.
