The Sudan-born man had unprotected sex with three teenage girls, two of whom he infected with HIV, the virus that causes potentially-deadly AIDS. While the acts were consensual the Lolita-loving lothario didn't inform his sex partners of his condition.
Ogouk came to Canada as a refugee in 2005. In 2006, he was informed he was HIV-positive, and told to use protection and inform his sexual partners about his health.
One girl, 15, was lucky she wasn't infected but two others weren't so lucky. By the time cops went looking for him, Ogouk had moved to Calgary where he was later charged with aggravated sex assault against two more women. Both happily tested negative. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to five years in prison. In addition, he was hit with a seven-year jolt for his Winnipeg crimes.
At his sentencing, Ogouk said, "If I get a chance, I don't do that again. I'm very sorry for that." But he was not ordered deported.
