A lot of the snivel servants who make up the ever-expanding nanny state have nothing better to do than mandate warnings about health and safety issues, for the benefit of inDuhviduals (Scott Adams coined that word) who are totally lacking in common sense. Like these.

To be fair, some of these are in response to outrageous awards given by (mostly) American courts for pain, suffering, and emotional distress caused by such things as burning the tongue on a McDo's apple pie fresh out of the microwave.
